Arrived on site per customer they had flames coming up from bottom of oven this Was probably due to a grease fire that the customer sent cleaned up. Customer had bottom plate disassembled and had cleaned the baffle. Bottom of oven was very clean. I turned the oven up to 350 then to 450 flame bar is working igniter is working good no flames coming out bottom of oven. There was an odor from the degreaser that sat off the customers fire alarms because we ran it up to 450 but there was no smoke advised customer to run oven at 3:50 then to 400 then to 450 to burn off residue from degreaser which should subside overtime.

Uninstalled wall oven. Required removal of microwave to gain access to electrical conduit for wall oven in order to give enough slack in electrical for oven to be uninstalled. Disassembled wall oven. Replaced main control board and user interface touch screen control. Tested operations. Verified user interface touch screen control is no longer delayed. Customer still has issue of food smoking while in use. Stated that food cooks perfectly fine but smoke is coming out of oven and setting off smoke alarms in house. No grease build up found in oven and I did run oven to 450 degrees with no smoke coming out of it. Advised to try cooking food again to see if possibly the new control board may have corrected the issue or not. If not I recommend trying a different method of baking food. Customer stated that they cooked brownies and it smoked. If issue continues I guess replacement of broil element may be best first step for this issue.

Spoke with LG tech support and they said the only way it would appear to do a whole new cycle is if extra rinse was selected: then it appears that a new cycle has started. I spoke more with customer and she said this is the one time its done this, and it was a load of two bed sheets. Found it actually had gotten off balance in final spin so it was refilling with water to try and redistribute the load. Everything runs great. Went thru and tested drain pump multiple times, flexed drain hose and water lines checking for breaks or tears. Both look great. Thoroughly checked inlet valve with top off and ran unit thru 3 cycles. Found no signs of water leaking marks inside of washer. There is furnace drain, reverse osmosis water tank and lots of other things in the basement that could be backing up or leaking. On my visit everything seems proper with washer. Customer stated she had a blockage on the door boot drain she had cleared and wondering if that could cause leaks. I said it is possible and to keep the drain holes clear.
