Customer states the dishwasher was leaking, the door gasket was half pulled out, put the gasket back and checked for leaks, no leaks at this time.

Customer states refrigerator is warm, found the compressor not working as it should, replaced the compressor, checked for leaks, filled with refrigerant. Informed the customer it may take 24-72 hours to cool off.

Upon inspection tub full of water! Removed tub full of water and deemed drain pump has failed! Ran and picked up pump no leaks ! Working great! Done; pckd up 1 AHA75673404 (DRAIN PUMP ASSM - MOTOR SOLD SEPARATELY)

Returned to inspect cooling issue after previous sealed system repair. Found restriction at the filter dryer yoder-to-dryer connection. Replaced filter dryer, pressure tested with 100 PSI nitrogen, and all joints passed. Vacuumed and recharged with 3.5 oz of R-134a. Final pressures at 100 PSI high side and 0 PSI low side, condenser temp reaching 90?F, and evaporator fully frosted. Unit is now operating properly.

I removed the washing machine lid to access the inlet valves for hot and cold water. I sit water to the appliance off and disconnected the hot and cold supply lines. I removed the hot ave cold solenoid valves ave replaced both with the hardware sent to the home. Assembled the valves and secured them in place, connected rubber water lines inside the washer and turned water supply on to both valves. No leaks found what so ever and the washer fills, agitates, drains and spins as expected again. The washing machine is good for normal everyday use.Replacement parts in pictures.

Upon arrival customer had the unit apart to fix a drainage issue, now having issue of dishwasher door not closing fully, inspected unit and found that the door was not in the correct hinge position, was able to get the door to hinge properly and close fully, a pop noise can be heard when closing the door, found the pop to likely be a wearing seal, recommended customer to use the unit and call back if at a later time he would like the seal to be replaced but at this time it is not hindering the functionality, reattached drain hose that was removed by customer and tested unit, it is operating properly

Complaint of SD error code and some noise coming from the washer during cycle, ran unit through test mode which became stuck at c8 with is the change from agitate to spin, followed recommended tests and found the unit to have a bad bearing, there is a large amount of grease and rust underneath the unit, quoted blue book for repairs, customer stated they would call back if they decide to fix the unit but will likely buy new, reason for additional parts is that the rotor bolt is stuck on and cannot be bought separately, bolt will likely be broken if we attempt to remove it during the repair process

Complaint of oven not heating properly, tested unit on bake at 400?, unit is functioning properly, the average temperature during test bake was 397? after 5 cycles, recommended customer to call Beko customer service

Owner stated microwave stopped, no power. Diagnosed blown fuse. Verified door switches operating properly. Replaced fuse. Started microwave and verified operations. 1800 watt microwave pulling 15 amps and working properly.

Upon arrival customer had new ice maker which was mailed to them by warranty company, removed old ice maker and installed the new one, advised customer that it may take 48 hours to begin making ice again

Replaced faulty thermostat in dryer. Tested operations. Dryer working properly again.

Found that the refrigerator right side door was not even. I adjusted door slightly and doors are closely even. I also explained to customer that there is a warning sticker on back of refrigerator stating that foods near the back wall on top shelf will be colder than rest of the fridge, which is normal for this model fridge. Refrigerator is working well.

Arrived on site, ice bucket, frozen shot and freezer evaporator drain frozen over steamed out drain Rost working adjusted heater down lower closer to you. Drain in freezer. This is a side-by-side. Steamed out ice bucket cleared motor working shifting between crushed and cute. All works. Good bucket empty dried out plugs in and out againall surfaces dry and wipe down all functions good.

Customer states that washer goes out of balance and shakes a lot. I ran test with load of clothes and the washer fills, agitates, drains and spins normally. I did find that there was detergent that had spilled onto floor and caused the washer feet to be slippery on the linoleum floor. I cleaned off feet and showed customer.I also explained that the more items the better to balance out inside of the tub better and when washing large items to use bulky load.Tested washer fully as im here and washer is working well.

I accessed the washing machine inner cabinet by separating the dryer and front load washing machine. The water inlet assembly showed signs of water leaking (pictured) .I replaced the water inlet valve solenoid assembly and transferred the hardware onto the new valve. I assembled the laundry center and ran diagnostic tests to verify my repair and inspect function. The wash drawer no longer overflows from too much pressure and no other leaks or issues found. The dryer heats, tumbles, and has good airflow.

customer states 888 at beginning on cycle, 888 means not filling, Dishwasher was full of water on arrival, float switch was tripped preventing water from filling, couldnt cancel cycle/ force drain in normal operation, entered test mode and forced drain, after forcing drain unit is operating within spec

Customer complaint was a strange noise from the dryer. Found the unit operating normally, with the sound coming from the felt seam thumping over the roller, which is a typical operating noise. Inspected rollers, idler pulley, motor, blower wheel, drum, and sealeverything was in good condition. Reassured the customer that the unit is functioning properly with no issues found.

Returned with a new timer, installed the new timer, tested the timer which began to move while watching it, now working properly, also did preventative maintenance on the rollers

Customer states that it was leaking a small puddle on floor underneath door. I ran wash cycle with load of clothes and did not see any leaks. I do see drip marks on font of door and I explained that any gunk/hair/debris that can get on the glass door might break the seal between the glass and rubber gasket causing slow drip and is an area of washer that would need to be wiped off.Washer is working good and no leaks as im here.

Not running. Found a bad defrost timer. Replaced timer and its running and cooling now.

Customer states the top part of freezer is not freezing as it used to. Checked and made sure both the compressor and thermostat is working. Turned the thermostat up all the way to find the frost pattern, the pattern is about 16 inches down from the top. Most likely a sealed system issue. The customer is going to monitor and replace the freezer

I replaced the defrost timer. The old timer was defective; was not activating the cooling cycle after defrost. Once the new timer was installed and power was restored, the refrigerator began to cool down to set temperature. I told the residents to wait 24 hours before loading with food again.

Was leaking through the floor. Found that the dishwasher bracket attaching it to the counter had pulled off of the Formica. It was tipped down to the left and leaking from the left corner. I extended the left leg and leveled it and now it drains great and doesnt leak.

Oil has been leaking from the transmission. Needs new tranny, belt and clutch. Quote attached in photo. Also, on a pallet and leans at angle which probably caused issue in first place. Recommend the repair and having washer directly on the concrete floor. Right at the one year mark. Customer is going to reach out to GE and see if theyll cover repair.

Replaced bad board and icemaker. Works great now.

Returned with 3 way valve. Replaced valve and tested both hot and cold. Unit is now operating properly.

Cuddles states the refrigerator is giving a freezer fan code. Installed new back cover cycled and tested the fan is working now.

Replaced heating element and cleaned out inside dryer of lint build up. Tested and dryer is heating and working well. No errors.

I access the aqua sensor on the sump assembly. I replaced the aqua sensor and secured it on its home in the sump assembly. I accessed the user control interface on the top of the door. I removed the defective board. There was some sticky material on the Buttons for the user control so I cleaned that off as best I could. Then I replaced the user control board. I secured the door back in place and positioned the dishwasher back into its home. I ran a test cycle to confirm that the machine fills washes drains and other functions are correct. The dishwasher is good for normal every day use.

Customer had aluminum foil underneath burner next to spark electrode, which would attract the spark away from the burner. Oven spark electrode and module and harness are all perfect

Found that the same thing. Condenser was vibrating making noise. Foam I used to wedge it to prevent vibration had come loose. I used few more foam and wedged it across whole condenser. Vibration stopped but I explained to ensure the fix in the future that I would need two guys to tilt refrigerator to remount condenser to prevent vibration.Customer was ok with trying some more foam to wedge in and will call back if they want further service.

Found that the washer front door boot spring had come off and was not securing the rubber door gasket and would leak out the door since gasket was not in place.Unsure of what made spring and gasket come off but I put it back on and secured the spring. Gasket is secure. Ran test with clothes and no leaks. Washer is working well.

Replaced console panel assembly. Tested and all buttons are working and are all responsive. Dishwasher is working well.

Replaced evaporator fan blade and motor. Verified working properly.

Intermittent leak right side - Replaced secondary recirculating hose - if leak persists and customer calls back please order primary circulating hose that is in the same area and could also be the fault - the part number is 5304504991. Thanks

Frigidaire electric range will not power on. Found circuit breaker to range tripped. Reset breaker but breaker immediately trips again. Checked wiring at range. Found it was set up for three wire when it has four wire. Removed ground strap and range is no longer tripping circuit breaker and is now operating. Verified all surface elements and heating elements are heating. Explained to customer about heating elements needing to have factory oils burned off.

Put screws back into drawer rails. Tightened down and found the popping noise in drawer is from the bar not being level and explained to customer its just the freezer drawer leveling itself back out and slipping into a leveled gear slot. Good to go

Upon arrival Customer stated the freezer was displaying error code 1f which let me know the fan was no longer moving. I replaced the fan grill assembly and the unit is now in working order!

Upon arrival, installed new control board and tested. Reinstalled the machine. Machine seems to be working properly.

Customer states dishes are not getting dry and are not warm at end of cycle. I ran test before replacing part and heater does come on and was getting hot. Maybe intermittent issue with control board not turning on the heating element. Replaced control board sent by ST (W11305308) ran test and all functions are working well.Suggested to use hot settings to help with drying process.

A couple times the customer opened up the ff doors and the lights were off and it was warmer in ff section but still cold in fz. They turned down temp both times and the cooling kicked back in. I checked and door sensors work. Called tech support and they said it could be 1000 different things. We need an error code to narrow it down. Case number is87936234. They said customer will have to notate if there is an error next time this happens.

Returned with new compressor and inverter board, installed new board and compressor, once installed, pressured tested to recommended pressure, vacuumed to 300 microns, filled with proper amount of refrigerant, once plugged in the compressor immediately turned on which it was not doing before, now working properly, explained to customer that it may take 24 hours to cool

Customer complaint is that unit is not washing. Ran full diagnostics test cycle. Unit filled with cold water on first fill. ~60F in basin. After draining and filling again water was ~80F. After 10min of heater+pump operation water reached 120f. Soap dispenser opened. Water circulation was strong. All operations check good. NDF.

I removed the panel that contains the main power control board. I had mistakenly thought that the main power control board was within the door assembly. Once I access the main power control board, I found a wire harness that wasnt connected. Once I reconnected the power harness and restored voltage to the microwave, the surface lights illuminate, high and low, depending on the selection. All functions have been restored to the microwave now.

Complaint of loud dryer, tested unit and could hear a loud sound, disassembled unit and found the rollers to be bad, installed new rollers and did general preventative maintenance, reassembled the unit and tested it, now working properly and sounds good; pckd up 1 4392067 (BELT - SET)

Cycled ice maker. Found water leaking from in door water tank. Found water tubing not fully seated to water tank fitting. Fully seated water tubing. Cycled ice maker. Verified water is no longer leaking at water tank.

Replaced compressor inverter board. Verified compressor started and is running. Left refrigerator unplugged in garage due to extreme ambient cold. Recommend plugging refrigerator in in the spring and to allow it to run for 24-48 hours to ensure proper cooling.

Upon inspection, uninstalled door and the whole door components took everything apart installed new glass vacuumed out all the broken glass made sure unit had no glass left in it. Reinstalled all the panels and door assembly. Installed door to the oven working great done.

The cooling components (I.e. compressor, condenser coil) show signs of wearing out. The compressor amp draw is low, the resistance measurement on the windings is not right either. Compressor and filter drier require replacement.The fresh food and freezer ice maker motors have failed, I wasnt able to activate either assembly, voltage present for both. Both ice makers require replacement too.The fresh food ceiling and freezer lights are not lit, one or two LED boards have failed and the remaining lights in the circuit wont light. Whirlpool light kit required.Customers are going to talk about repairs that are required.

Water valve was off and unit got stuck into error. Reset controls and turned on valve. Tested good to go

On arrival customer was concerned that clothes were coming out of the wash really wet and taking a long time to dry. As well as a rattling sound and a mild smell. Discovered that the machine was very unlevel and the customer was slightly overloading the machine. Instructed the customer to use smaller loads and level the machine. Machine seems to be spinning out much better. When the machine is not level and especially if it's being overfilled it can cause it not to go into a high Spin and bring out the close properly. This is what leads to long dry time

Replaced bad drum. Took the wooden pallet, old drum, and packaging with me per the request of the customer. Also leveled the dryer per their request and leveled the washer per their request

Upon arrival of the machine had already been opened up. Reassembled the machine and tested. Machine seems to be working properly

Found sensor bar loose connection. Tightened connection and tested. Good to go

Installed gear case clutch housing. Tested. Unit sounds great.

Upon arrival discovered that the middle burner was not igniting. Took off the burner cap and cleaned out the slot that allows gas to flow to the bark igniter. It was full of Greece and not allowing gas to flow. Instructed customer on how to prevent this issue in the future. But it seems to be working properly now
