"Customer states that the door is very difficult to open and close, and it does not slide correctly. Opened it up and discovered that the rails were not sliding hardly at all, and were really loud and squeaky when you tried to open and close the door. Looked up cost of replacement for customer and they declined parts. Went ahead and took the rails off and cleaned them and lubricated them. It seems to be working much better now. I think the customer will still get plenty of usage out of the rails before they need to be eventually replaced. Right now. Customer is satisfied and machine is working properly."

Found that the tub hose to drain pump is collapsing in on itself. Seems like it is draining too fast and sucks the hose shut (see picture) i checked tub with hose off and ran it and there is no debris or clothing stuck inside tub. As washer reaches lower water then the hose no longer sucks itself shut will finish and spin out. I Changed the drain pump to see if that was issue and still happening.I called tech support and they said there is no way there is not a sock stuck in tub and I tried to explain and guy refuse to take that answer. It looks like there is a siphon break kit as well as I want to order new hose. Parts show not in stock. Heater comes on, it circulates well, filled dishes with water. We did find an excess of suds. We put vegetable oil in dishwasher to get rid of suds. We found a dish rack organizer that was hanging down and stopping spray arm from spinning. Removed that so that arm can spin. Cleaned out spray arm holes that were clogged. Verified that the detergent. Ordered new rinse aid cover to be shipped to customer. Recommended rinse aid and detergent. Dishwasher works great.

HAVE ERROR CODE E1 AND F9. THIS IS THE SAME ERROR CODE AS THE LAST TIME WHEN SOMEONE CAME OUT TO FIX. This has the countertop air gap. I filled dishwasher and drained it and its just trickling into the garbage disposal. I bypassed air gap and hooked drain hose directly up to the garbage disposal and filled and drained dishwasher and its draining full stream into garbage disposal. I started a heavy cycle and watched it fill and drain multiple times and its draining perfectly. Looks like the problem was with the air gap. There is a high loop in the drain hose underneath the sink.

"Customer complaint is water randomly on the floor. Customer believes its coming from the wash machine. But not 100% sure. Customer said at one time they came down at two in the morning there was some water even if it wasnt running and then when they came down at five or six in the morning, there was even more water, but was never running, the wash machine was full of water the water valves on top so if its leaking from the water valve itself, you would have a water inside the tub. Inspected unit. Ran filled multiple times never once had one drop of water no evidence of any water leaking anywhere inside the unit. Stated that it has been a mystery to him also because it runs behind a few other things also like the furnace itself. I told them to get a couple water sensors and place some at different spots where they had water and a couple right next to wash machine that way once it starts dripping a little bit of water it will go off and youll know which one is it coming from."

"Taking 6 hours to dry clothes. Found a good deal of moisture inside dryer. Bulkhead is clean. Then noticed that lint trap is completely plugged with dryer sheet residue. Took airflow test outside, and it was zero. The vent flap outside wouldnt even open, due to zero air flow. I then scrubbed off lint screen, and then did airflow check again, and it was 13 mph. The screen ripped though when I was scrubbing it, so we need to have square trade send a new screen to customer. Also need to return parts that square trade sent. Customer has been without a washer for a bit and told me if it wasnt something that could be fixed today, they would not want to fix it, but instead replace. When I found the UI they asked what it costs and I told them what it retails for. They asked if anything else could be going out in the near future. They said its been loud. I looked underneath and found a uniform line of oil built up sprayed around the inside of the cabinet, coming from gearcase. I let them know thats a sign that the gearcase will eventually need to be replaced, and they said for sure they do not want to fix it. They want to go the route of buying a new one. "INSERTED A LOAD TO WASHER AFTER STARTING THE CYCLE THE LIGHT WENT FROM START TO FINISH. Theres a service bulletin for this issue, it says to check motor and capacitor. The motor ohms out failed, also theres oil underneath on the gear case and splutch. When I turn the drum its extremely loud. Washer needs a new gearcase part number W11449840, motor part number W11026785, capacitor part number W11395618, splutch that they already sent to the customer and a new agitator part number W11510461 because I cant get the old one off and it will need to be cut off. Please call in for authorization. Please give me 2 hours if I go back. I took the 2 parts with me that were sent to the customer. ; saved tckt"

"On arrival, customer states they need me to check that the timer was set correctly on the machine and stated that the machine had thrown a breaker a couple times. Opened up the timer and inspected it. It was set for 45 min cycles and was operating correctly. Opened up the machine and looked for possible shorts but didnt find any. Checked customer venting and found it to be very blocked. Cleaned vent and informed customer. Tested machine and it seems to be working properly now."

Complaint was for the frost building up. Both sections are cooling and the customer did not notice an issue. The freezer evaporator has normal frost pattern. A huge block of ice was on the fresh food back wall. Beko tech advisor said it could have happened from a door ajar too long. The customer did mention the door has been ajar a few times. For now I defrosted the ice. If it comes back we need to call tech line and have the sensors checked.

"WASH SPIN LID LOCK BLINKING. Customer said it gives the error after completing the cycle. It was giving the error after using every time, but ever sense they called it hasnt given the error to get a video. I cant get it to give an error while testing. I called tech line, and he had me check continuity on the motor board and it tested good, so without knowing what error there was, he didnt recommend replacing anything. I advised customer next time it happens to get a video and let us know what it is."

Customer states that they were standing water during a spin cycle on the machine. Tipped machine back and didnt see any signs of leak internally. Turn machine on and let it run through a quick cycle and it didnt seem to leak. Turn it on the Maxville setting and filled it all the way up.during the drain after this fill water started coming up from the floor drain underneath the machine. This is a plumbing issue not a appliance issue. Informed customer of findings and let them know that they will need to hire a plumber to fix this. There is no leak with the machine.

"Frost has build up in freezer. I showed customer how to defrost it, and explained how its normal for frost to build up. I did notice that gasket going around lid was a little compressed. I steamed it off and it regained its shape. Seals much better now so that ambient air isnt coming in. Steamed out some of the frost from inside the unit too.

"Customers complaint is freezer drawer isnt shutting properly. We remove the food from it then remove the basket itself. Without the basket, it was shutting properly reinstalled the basket and found out the basket wasnt installed right or just popped up a little bit with it reinstalled correctly now its shutting the way it rollers.
