Units power button wasnt responding. Replaced UI sent by Asko and now it is working properly. Will return gasket sent by Asko. Customer states dishwasher not leaking and I also didnt notice any leak upon testing.

Tested with ge smart hq got code for out of balance. Found washer only had a few items in it. Explained to customer too little clothes has same effect as too much. If problems persist order lid lock. Lid lock passed all tests multiple times

On arrival, customer states that has an AR code, and they had to disconnect it from the power to get it to stop. Discovered that there was a little bit of water in the base. There was some soap scum left in the funnel from the tub lip. Here is so possibly some sodding or an overflow condition happen.tipped the machine slightly to the rear and inform customer to use less soap to prevent over sudsing from causing this issue again. Tested the machine did not leak at this time.

Complaint is unit not drying clothing. On arrival started unit put a thermostat in there was only getting up to about 120?. Found that the flame would ignite but then go out right away. Checked the vent behind the dryer and its completely kinked. See photos. Fixed dryer vent in the back so its no longer kinked and placed properly. Started unit again now temperatures are correct.

Customer states machine overflows and doesnt stop filling even when they turn the power off. Discovered the machine had a bad valve. Picked up part from data distributing and installed part. Complete machine seems to be working properly now.

Customer states possible issue with lid latch/ not spinning, found unit had f7e1 tachometer fault not sensing spin speed, in test cycle unit stops during spin and gives same fault. replaced basket speed sensor and tested again unit now goes through full test cycle w no faults, detecting basket speed
