The motion of the drum tumbling was producing a knocking noise. I removed the top and the door assembly of the dryer, I didnt find any objects making contact with any moving parts on unit appliance cabinet. The idler pulley arm wasnt moving smoothly, the drum belt was worn out and the drum wheels had a flat spot in them. I replaced all four parts and reassembled the dryer, plugged it in and started a cycle. The drum tumbles smoothly and quietly again , the air flow is strong and the flame is the ideal size for the appliance.

Returned with parts, tapped system and found pressures of - 10 and 70psi confirming leak. Replaced filter drier and bubbled down all brazes in rear machine compartment, no leaks found. Disassembled interior and replaced evaporator, pressurized with nitrogen again and no leaks present. Vacuumed system down to 500 microns, unit held. Charged with refrigerant and unit is now operating properly

Returned with the part, removed the old one and installed the new one. Cycled and tested made sure the oven came on and worked on bake

Unit not heating properly. Customer thinks it not baking correctly. Took average at 350 unit was averaging around 339. Up the average temp and showed customer how to adjust temp. Bake element and broil element was working properly. Temp sensor was reading correct alsoSet EOC to bake at 550?F. 2. Within 5 seconds of setting 550?F, press and hold the bake keypad forapproximately 15 seconds until a single beep is heard (longer may cause F11shorted keypad alarm). 3. Calibration offset should appear in the display. 4. Use the slew keys to adjust the oven temperature up or down 35?F in 5?Fincrements. 5. Once the desired (-35? to 35?) offset has been applied, press STOP orCLEAR OFF. Note: Changing calibration affects normal Bake mode. The adjustments made will not

Water leakmoisture, frost build up in freezer-frost build up. The left side of the freezer door is not sealing causing frost in the freezer. I adjusted door and now its sealing great. I advised customer that there going to need to defrost freezer to remove the frost buildup.
Midea tech support when I spoke with them last time said that the only other thing it could possibly be is the UI board. I came back and replaced that today and it didnt fix the issue. On timed dry it stops heating after 4 or 5 minutes. On sending dry it continually cycles heat for the duration of the cycle. I then went outside after 20 minutes and checked vent, and screen is packed with lint. I removed lint, and within a minute the heat came back. And stayed on then. Explained to customer they have an issue with that screen getting clogged. Dryer runs great now.

Not progressing all the way through the cycle. Found a bad drain pump clogged up with cotton. Replaced bad drain pump. Ran it on a rinse and spin. Runs and drains great now.

Upon arrival unit was as I left it. Installed switch bracket and that tested good. He had the whole thing ripped apart and unmounted before I got here so it was very tedious figuring out how it went back together and in the cabinet. Got it back installed and unit working properly
