The customer said the washer goes off balance and shuts off. I ran test. The not able to fill error and out of balance error were stored. I found the drain hose was to far down the pipe. I pulled it out and zipped tied in place. I found a little bit of oil on the belt. I replaced the belt. I made sure the pressure hose was clear and put a zip tie around the hose at the board. The customer said that the oven was not getting to temp after it beeps and says preheated. I took temps at 400. When the oven beeped and said preheated the temp was off by 100. I advised the customer that the user manual states that when the oven beeps the temp on the display will differ from the temp in the oven and they need to wait additional 10 minutes before putting food in the oven. I waited ten minutes and the temps went over 400.

The complaint was the dishwasher would shut down after 15 min. I found the error for no drain. The drain pump works and no obstructions. I was able to blow threw the hoses.Sometimes it drains and sometimes it does not. I found the issue is with how the drain hose is routed. It comes off the dishwasher and goes into the floor then back up under the cabinet. If the drain issue continues they will need the installer to drill new holes and fix it. While it was washing water was leaking from the bottom. I found the main clamp was missing from the pump to the sump. I installed a new clamp and now it does not leak. I heated up the membrane sticker and I lined it up right.

"Ice built up again in the ice maker area. Steamed all the ice out. Auger works well now. There was a block of ice in the clear funnel that water goes through into the icemaker mold. The first time test cycling the ice maker, water ran down the back. After the ice block had some water on it, then water could flow through the funnel into the mold. It fills up all the way. There were a couple drips of water from the spout after taking out Icemaker. Nothing after that. Jared said it could be a water valve issue. Customer also has reverse osmosis, so we put a water bypass into the filter head assembly and customer will monitor it daily to see how its working and if there are any unusual things going on with the fridge.

"Customer complaint is that the washer shakes across the floor and bangs around. I checked error codes and there were no error codes. Upon inspecting underneath I found oil on the belt and the pulley. I used rubbing alcohol and cleaned all the oil and replaced the belt. Customer confirmed it is shaking less than it used to. This is a very light washing machine and I explained that they will always be vibrating of the machine, but the customer is not happy that it vibrates. The transmission works great, it spins and agitates really well. Everything works but it does vibrate because it is a lighter machine. Customer plans to talk with GE and see if she could upgrade her washer to a heavier washer. we are the fourth company to come out to look at her washer. Unit had a lot of play in spin mode even with out clothing. When you had a load it would give the unbalanced error code. Found that the suspension rods were bad. Replaced rods and now everything is working good. Put a load of towels in the unit and got them soaking wet then went through a complete drain and spin. Unit does have some vibration through the floor being its not on a solid foundation and in a drain pan.
