The complaint was it was not filling with water. The dishwasher does fill with water but the wash motor is not pumping. I found the plug for the wash pump was loose on the main board. I pushed the connector in tight and put a zip tie around the wires to make sure it wont pull back out. I put into diagnostics to reset the board. No more issues found today.

"Customer says it leaked into basement and filled up two buckets (see pictures of damage) while Im here testing dishwasher Im not seeing leaks but definitely signs of leaking as things are rusting underneath dishwasher. There is alot other things going on that are malfunctioning and makes me nervous that i dont see the definite leaking. Door and door lock are hard to latch and cant lose without slamming door. I suspect thats why it leaked, door panel plastic is broken that hold door latch. Buttons dont always respond. "Customer complains that the fridge has a smell inside the fridge like acetone, there is black flecks falling from the ice flap, and the beverage drawer is cracked and broken(DA97-12434A). Upon arrival and inspection I found there is mold growing around the ice flap. The l beverage drawer is broken, and I could not find any source for the smell. Some people can smell R134A, they only smell it in the Fresh food section. I found temps seemed a little high 10-13 in the freezer and 44-48 in the fridge. Please transfer I suspect a slow refrigeration leak in the FF evaporator.; saved tckt"

Not baking at set temps. On arrival and inspection I visually inspected all five control boards tested all elements and oven sensors. I saw nothing that would cause her temperatures to fluctuate or not run normally. I tested both upper and lower ovens and could not duplicate her issue. I recommended we begin with replacing the control boards that monitor and maintain temperature. Customer declined repair at this time she will let us know if she changes her mind.
