The dishwasher was not filling with water on my arrival, prompted a error code because it thought there was a leak or a defect with the water inlet valve. I slid the machine out, turned water off to it, and verified hot water supply to the appliance, water pressure checked out fine. I reconnected the water supply while the dishwasher was out from the cabinet, and started a wash cycle. The dishwasher filled quickly and started washing dishes. My diagnosis was a kinked water supply line, there mustve been enough pressure to allow me to test after my previous repair. The dishwasher is filling washing draining and completing selected cycles once again.

I tested normal cycle and found that was too much soap suds in dishwasher (see picture) that would create dishes not getting clean and soap still being on dishes. I showed customer the excess amount of suds.I recommended to switch soap from cascade plastic to Finish. Customer said he did and still a lot of suds. With soft water, the pods are premeasued and that he might have to go to box soap and add smaller amount.I rinsed out excess soap.Customer also had issue that dishwasher would just blink the blue indicator light on floor even when not in use. I was not able to replicate that issue and dishwasher is working good as im here. Mechanically, dishwasher is working well.

Not draining and A3 error. Found both drain lines frozen solid. Spent the majority of my time thawing them out. Tested a half dozen times. Now both drain and run great. Insulated lines with insulation customer had, and mounted dishwasher so that its not leaning forward like it was when I got here. Recommended shims behind dishwasher to keep it forward, and also recommended having space heater pointed towards back of dishwasher to keep lines from freezing on cold days like today when its -30 windchill. Top rotor, if it has issues in future, would recommend replacing.

Found dishwasher is tilted slightly forward, pitched dishwasher back as far as possible. Door seal is in good condition. Monitored dishwasher run for 30 minutes. Unable to recreated any water drips. No water leaks found at this time. Would recommend trying different loading habits like placing large bowls in back rack of dishwasher to avoid rinse arms from deflecting water towards corners of doors. Complaint is getting water drips out of dispenser area. The back wall of the dispenser on the left door will have water drip lines. Customer also showed a video of it dripping slowly out of where the dispenser is for the ice shoot. So customer has to continue to clean and make sure no water drips. Checked over the service bulletin for the waterline the waterline is not causing the issue. What Im finding is when you use the ice inside the door before the flapper for the ice shoot a little bit of ice get stuck to the side of it and eventually Ill melt and drip out. They do have extremely hard water which will cause staining also and cause issues. Customer is frustrated with it staining because its brand new and looks bad when you have water drips on it. Called Techline to see if they had any solution. They had nothing to go off of because all mechanical functions are working properly. They gave me a file number below. File number 87943495.

Pressurized the sealed system, no leaks found at 300 psig.Recovered refrigerant and cut out bed compressor and old filter drier, cleaned remaining lines out with nitrogen. Cleaned and brazed in joints for the new compressor and filter drier, pulled a deep vacuum, charged the system with 55 grams of R600 refrigerant, plugged in the refrigerator and verified the compressor is cycling refrigerant properly. I rolls the customer to wait 24 hours before loading food back into each cabinet.
