Theory is that freezer door got left open a little. Frost built up in freezer. Then they heard the fan running loud. I took off evaporator cover and found a good deal of ice and water built up around fan. Cleaned it off, and put through full service mode. Evaporator frosted over perfectly and all fans run. Did a long temperature check on the lower oven and confirm that temperatures were set correctly and the oven seemed to be functioning properly, including the bake embroil elements.Opened up the machine and discovered that the control board with the relays for the upper oven had some blown out contacts on the relays. Soldered the relays to the board properly and tested. Machine seems to be working properly.

Customer states that ice is inconsistent and will sometimes fill too much and fall over the back of ice bucket and other times ice wont be made.Found that customer had kept an ice scoop in the ice bucket that would likely cause the ice arm to sense that ice bucket was full and wouldnt make ice or would shift causing ice to fall over the sides of ice bucket.I showed customer and informed the to not keep the ice scoop in the bucket and see how ice maker preforms.I tested ice maker and it cycles, drops ice and fills.refrigerator is working well.

Complaint is getting moisture on front of the door and dripping down randomly. More often on bigger loads. Tested unit with heat temperature probe. It was only getting up to 105?. Unhooked the vent and were getting normal operating temperature of 180 to 200?. Hooked the vent back up and now its back to 100. The vent is too far up for me to properly test what the miles per hour coming out of the Venice. But with the temperature reading, we can narrow it down as being a bad vent issue. Nothing else I can do for the unit explain to customer they need to get this done ASAP because it will damage the unit either causing the heater to blow or thermostat.

Call complain is not getting dishes clean. Theres a bunch of like iron rust film built up on the sides of the dishwasher. The bottom is clean. Tested water, hardness and its testing decent. Customers does say they use iron out in the water softener. They have high iron. Tested unit everything on the unit testing good hooked up smart HQ no error codes. This is more of a water issue than anything else. Everything on the unit is mechanically working. Explain to use affresh cleaning tablets to help cut out all iron on the side of the dishwasher. Also, customer was gonna make sure to have the filters checked on his system.

Customer complaint is that unit is not cooling correctly. Found on arrival that temperatures throughout the entire fridge section were between 34 to 38 degrees, indicating proper cooling. Removed cover and found an even frost pattern. Advised customer that their air temperature monitor near the top vent may show sharp fluctuations due to cooling and defrost cycles. Recommended using a thermometer to measure liquid temperatures for a more accurate reading. Advised to contact us if issues persist.

Arrived on site per customer drier trips breaker intermittent- sometimes after cycle is over, current draw when heating under 30 amps - checked outlet and wiring is correct unit has correct 240 - measured heater core resistance tests good at 12 ohms - ran drier on timed dry for 20 minutes cycling on and off - temperatures in drier are normal at 125 and 203 - tightened looses neutral terminal on drier behind shield - all tests good
