Cooktop burners dont ignite or if they do they just click after igniting. Found they all had to be cleaned. Used my wire brush and pick to clean around all electrodes and on burner heads, now they all ignite great and dont click while theyre running.

Complaint is that unit is not cooling. Found that compressor start relay has failed. Adjusted wires and replaced with universal start relay. Job complete.

The craft ice maker makes a knocking sound. I replaced the ice maker it ran a test. I removed some shipping film from the freezer door and advised the customer on some visible frost on the evaporator cover. I advised the customer to just make sure the doors are shut nice and tight. No other issues found. Job is complete.

Customer states the unit has a noise. Disassembled and found 3 rollers tight and the idler wheel locked up, cleaned up and replaced all the wheels and belt. Cycled and tested the unit is operating as it should.

Its left some junk on towels in washer. Took agitator out. Took it outside and cleaned it thoroughly with simple green. Then used simple green in tub and scrubbed it. Did a few rinse and spin a few times to clean it out. Then explained how to do afresh for 4 cycles. Nice and clean now.

When back burner is on the front burner activates. Customer advised when they turn the back left burner on the front left burner also turns on. They said its been doing it every time for the past week. Installed new main board and tested. All burners are working great. Range is now fixed.
