Electrically there was nothing wrong with any of the components but one was failing intermittently. I was unable to find a point to failure so I replaced all four parts. This unit had set outside at some point as it had seed pods in it. I cleaned that up and added a few extra screws and taped on a aftermarket cabinet filler onto the top of unit and they insulated it with electrical tape. The wall oven function well are used bait functions in both cavities. The wall oven is now fixed.

Customers complained that at one time on a bulky cycle the machine was filling up pretty high she stopped it. When the customer was washing a bathroom rug the machine made a burning smell. There was a couple fault codes one for an auto balanced load and the other for a locked rotor. I cleared the area codes and I ran the agitate test and the spin test. All the test passed. I filled the machine up on a bulky cycle and it stopped out it over filling. Advise the customer to not wash rugs and say the washer it can be damaging.

"The whole unit does not cool. I plugged the fridge in and all the fans started and the compressor started right up. I let run for a while and I removed the evaporator cover. The evaporator never frosted up at all it was not even cold. I turned the fridge off then right back on and the compressor started right back up. If there was refrigerant in the system the compressor normally the compressor would not start right back up, it would have to equalize the system for 3-5 min before the compressor could start. Customer just wanted me to replace the rollers and idler pulley to get them through and they will replace the dryer at some point.Installed idler pulley and 4 rollers. Tested dryer and theres a ticking noise coming from the idler pulley because the motor is twisted, otherwise its working great. Customers complaint is the flexible drawer between the fridge and freezer makes an odd noise when its open and closed. Upon arrival and inspection the door went open and closed made an audible clicking noise. I tested it multiple times with a load in it when I removed the drawer tray the noise went away but there was a slight scraping. I lubricated the slide on the left-hand side and tested it thoroughly. I reloaded the drawer and tested again and the noise went away. The customer was pleased. No further issues needed. It appears that its possible that the drawer slide was not lubricated at the factory.

The dryer sounded normal today. I ran a air flow test and a heat test. With the dryer hooked up the air flow is poor and the high heat was over 190. The high heat should be no more than 150. I disconnected the dryer duct and now the high heat temp was 143. I cleaned up the lint from the blower duct and cleaned and grease the front pads. I advised the customer to have the duct cleaned ASAP.

The customer said when she would run the clean washer cycle or big load of clothes the washer would leak from the front left corner. I pulled the washer out remove the top and found water stains down the back panel by the vent and inside. I remove the vent clean everything up clean up the hose. I made sure theres no rips or tears in the front gasket. I ran a diagnostics cycle and everything is good no leaking. Advise the customer that this is a issue that can happen from too much soap and over dzing from the cleaner. Advise the customer to try a different cleaner or just use bleach if shes gonna clean the washer.

"Customer complaint is, BURNER OPERATION- HUMMS WHEN USING 3 OF THE 4 BURNERS. Inspected and tested. Found the pressure regulator hums when you use 2 or more burners and when bake is on. I can get it to go away when I close the valve a little on the supply line. The burners are not affected when I do that. Looks like the gas pressure is too high. In the utility room the main gas line comes in and goes through the regulator and splits off to the furnace and water heater but theres no line going to the range. Looks like it was plumbed wrong and they connected to the main line somewhere before the regulator. I recommended customer have the gas company check their pressure or have somebody install a pressure regulator for the range."

"Customer complaint is, LOUD NOISES, GROWLING SOUNDS, WHEN 1ST STARTS, STOPS AFTER A WHILE. Inspected and tested. Fan sounded great while I was testing it. Looks like the fan blade is hitting the evaporator cover sometimes. I was able to adjust the evaporator cover so that the fan blade cant hit it. Refrigerator is operating great. "Found that floating tub model bearings are bad, is very loud and rotor bolt is seized and when trying tp get nut off stripped the bolt. Also said that sometimes the LED numbers are garbled or missing and cant tell what it says or how much time is left. Drain pump is rattling when trying to drain. Washplate spins uneven seems like it is stripped.Would need several parts and probably not economical to fix. The washer will start for a few seconds then shut off and says done. I found a few error codes for the accelerometer fault. I tried to run a spin test and nothing happens. I checked the main board and accelerometer for loose connections and all is good. Please order the board and accelerometer. Installed new main board and accelerometer that was shipped to customer from GE. Tested washer and its working great. Washer is now fixed.

Customer complained that the unit did not always start and it had poor heat and didnt dry. Upon arrival and inspection I found the door switch had failed. I replace the failed door switch and watch temperatures and it got too hot. I inspected the vent and found the vent had a restriction. They pulled the dryer out 3 inches it began cycling perfectly. I watched four cycles and its cycled between 105?F and 223?F. I Advised the customer replace her duct or keep the unit spaced away from the wall so that the flexible line can fully open.
