customer stated having a leak from the unit. The unit was unplugged before arrival. poured 2 cups of water to attempt to recreate the leak. After inspection of the defrost system, no leak was found. Plugged unit in compressor excessively noisy and no frost pattern on evap after 5 min suspect sealed system issue was causing excessive condensation and overflowing drip pan. Suggested replacing unit entirely bc low end unit r12 refrigerant used. Repair costs would be 2-3x the cost of a new unit.

I replaced the latch board, micro switch on the right side (primary) cabinet assembly. Plugged the microwave in and the power cord made a spark noise and the breaker tripped. Power cord has continuity, outlet supply is 120 volts but the breaker trips with every attempt to plug in. I removed the top cover, electrical wires not making contact with metal. The outlet does move around in the junction box, breaker supplying power may not be ideal for microwave. I couldnt diagnose further issues without constant voltage.
