It did not finish the cycle and an error code E1F9 POPPED UP. Installed new board and drain pump from previous diagnosis and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed. Because this washer has been sitting for weeks, when I tested it there was a lot of flakes coming off from between the tubs and floating in the water. I advised customer to run a cleaner through washer before using.

Found that the ceiling LED light in fresh food section is not lighting up. Found that the connector was loose. Secured connector, tested and LED light comes on and is working good.

Washer not draining and getting suds error. Found that the drain trap was clogged with debris causing slow drain and washer to get an error. Cleaned out drain trap, tested and washer id draining and working good.No parts needed, just labor.

Customer states that occasionally water will leak out of the front corner of the machine opened up the machine and discovered that the defrost drain was clogged. Clear the defrost drain and the ice machine. Tested everything seems to be working properly now.

Upon arrival unit is as I left it. Took apart unit and installed new igniter. Tested unit and unit is now getting heat. Unit now working as it should

Customer states to make Shane is making a grinding noise when it transitions from educate to spin. Discovered some coins in the drain pump filter. Remove them and tested. Machine sounds much better now. Complete.

Customer states the refrigerator stopped cooling. Found the compressor was not starting. Offered the customer a hard start kit, the customer approved. Installed, plugged in and the compressor started up the compressor sounds as it should it is not loud the refrigerator started cooling as it should.
