Washer sometimes doesnt go all the way through. I noticed that the rear lid switch needed to be adjusted. Ran it on 6 drain and spins after filling it multiple times. Each time it spins pretty well. Makes a little squeaking, but good tension on pully, no oil from transmission, and belt isnt worn down. Asked them to get a video of lights flashing if it stops mid cycle again so we can find out what error it was giving.

I pulled out dishwasher and there is evidence of water int he drip pan. I checked drain pump and did find some debris but it was still draining. I ran dishwasher for 45 minutes and did not find any leaks or issues.Cannot find reason for the leak. Informed customer to use it as normal and to call back if problem continues and to notate if it does happen again to check and see if any dishes were in the way of the spray arm to prevent it from spinning.Dishwasher is working good and no leaks as im here.

The customers electric dryer is making a rattling noise when while tumbling. The customer had a video of a full load of laundry being dried, and the appliance was so full that laundry was blocking the blower motor intake. I disassembled the door and the bulkhead to look for defective rollers, belts, and idler pulley, found nothing that required replacement. I reassembled the machine made sure everything was tight and in the correct location turn the machine on and everything was moving nice and quietly and smoothly. I put my hands on the machine and rocked it, and the customer commented that that was the noise he was hearing when the dryer was running. That pointed me towards the legs of the dryer, not being in contact with the floor and making the appliance level. So I adjusted the front leveling legs to ensure that the appliance would not creek when it dries loads of laundry.

I remove the bottom kickplate on the range to access the bake element that was defective. Remove the bake element and access the back of the range to remove the power wires. Hooked up the new bake element and reassembled the back range cover, and the bottom plate restored power to the range and verified that the repair is valid and that the bake element heats to temperature. I ran test and found that the soap dispenser was clogged with soap so when washer would fill it would backup soap dispenser and leak out the sides of the tub onto floor. When I arrived the panel was flashing 7 times. Could not find an error code that correlated with that. I put it into service mode and let it run through the tests. It drained, filled, circulated and heated perfectly. The beginning of the circulation, the motor made a whining sound for a couple seconds but never any issues after that. NOT SPINNING AND SELECTOR NOT WORKING. Found the knob and timer are loose. I disassembled the control panel and found the tab that holds the timer in place is broken off. This timer is NLA. Customer approved me drilling a new hole and reattaching timer. I drilled a new hole and attached timer and also put a zip tie around to hold in place. Reassembled and tested. Washer is now working.

Unit warm and not making ice since the cleaning yesterday. Called tech support and they had me turn it off for a few minutes, and then turn it back on. After turning back on and giving it 170 seconds, it started spraying well out of the left sprayer. Right sprayer didnt spray any water. He said its clogged, so I removed right spray nozzle and cleaned that out. Reinstalled and turned back on. Once it started spraying water, the cooling kicked in and it wouldnt spray out of either. Took the bullhorn assembly apart and it was totally clogged. Cleaned that and the waterlines out. Spent just under two hours cleaning everything. Reassembled and now its spraying water great.

Everything internally checks out good. Now Im running it with the outside door panel off. No signs of leaking from the dispenser. Didnt leak on normal cycle but leaks on 3 hour pro wash. Called whirlpool tech support but they were closed. After 80 minutes of it running and zero drips, I put 1/3 of a detergent dispenser full of their detergent and within 10 minutes there were an enormous amount of suds. They are going to switch to finish and stop using the pro wash and see if things improve.
