Notes from real Omega Force service calls: the appliance, the problem we found and how we fixed it.
Repairs completed March 6, 2024 to March 12, 2024
Model ZISS420DRJSS
Unit is not cooling. The fans are running, but not the compressor. The board is sending 5VDC and 120V to inverter. I removed inverter and compressor windings all ohm out at 6.8. The inverter has failed. Installed new inverter and tested. Compressor came on right away and started cooling. Refrigerator is now fixed.

Dishwasher wont power on. Power cycled the dishwasher 7 times and finally powered on. I informed customer that is a known issue from GE and software update will fix the problem. Customer approved. Updated software, tested and all functions are working good.
Model FFHT1835VW
There is a rattle from the back and the fresh food door pops when the door is closed. I adjusted the copper lines by the compressor to stop noise. I removed the fresh food door and tightened the door stop screw. All test good no more noises.

Then had to move fridge out from wall and open up the back to reposition the cooling elements so not touching the fridge back. Then put all back together and moved in place. Now door works perfectly, and also no vibration noise when cooling. Thank you Phillip!”

Customer complaint is not making ice. This is the icemaker in the freezer. Found two different issues first one the icemaker itself. Bailing on was broken so replace the icemaker. Secondly, replaced the water filter assembly that they sent also had to steam a little bit of the ice filled up in the fill tube but now working properly.

On arrival opened up the machine and removed the old leaking drain hose. Replaced with new part and tested. Everything seem to be working great at this time.

Replaced user interface and main control board. Also, repaired some mouse damage to the wiring. Tested, checks good.

Tub is s full of water, drain pump noisy. Drained water. Needs pump. Replaced drain pump, checks good.
