Upon inspection water, shoot to icemaker was frozen completely with ice removed blockage pulled unit out found that the water line going to inlet valve was kinked in two different spots because of the way I was laying on the ground repositioned waterline so it wouldnt kink behind the unit turned water back on verified. Upon inspection unit had an FO90 one port took the whole front off the front load washer took filter drain out shop backed out all the water in the sump found three pairs of socks and filter and then sump assembly. Customer stated ice maker started making ice about two days after last visit. Ice maker worked for a week then stopped for about four days when appointment was made to come back out. Ice maker has since started producing ice again. Disassembled freezer. Found water in the ice maker mold. Tried to cycle ice maker manually via reset switch but it would not cycle. Removed rear evaporator panel. Verified there is no ice build up on the evaporator coil. Contacted Liebherr tech support. Unable to reach tech support team as they are currently in a meeting. Liebherr CSR stated I would get a call back later today. Left work order open for remainder of the day waiting for a call back from Liebherr. They never called back. If issues continue or issue returns can only suspect possible issue with the ice maker

True commercial refrigerator is freezing product. They store flowers in it and they die over night. Found temp control will not cycle off when set to warmest setting. Is currently set to warmest setting and box temp is at 30 degrees. Will only turn off when set to off position. Condenser area running very hot. Checked condenser coil. Found was restricted with dust build up. Removed restriction. Found has a service fitting. Checked refrigerant charge. Found is not low on refrigerant. Contacted True commercial tech support. Tech support stated that if the coils are very restricted it will cause this issue as the refrigerator is entering evaporator coil at a high pressure. Recommend to allow several days of cooling to see if the issue is corrected. If not then recommends installing the True Commercial temp control kit.
