Used a third bottle and let that sit over night. This morning I flushed it out with RO water, then let it run for 20 making ice and it was totally silent. Then drained and flushed it again a few times, then cleaned it out and then ran it for 20 minutes and its running nice and quiet. They will let it continue to run over the weekend and potentially work out any final hard water deposit. Brian is speaking with his boss about tapping into the RO under the sink, and then letting the icemaker run more with it using the RO water which over time should also help clean it. If noises come back down the road in the near future, next step would be to replace auger motor assembly, which Brian may look to just replace this unit with a Scotsman in lieu of that since its a pricy repair. ; pckd up 1 W11179302 (Cleaner)

Customer states that water fills inside dishwasher and doesnt drain. Based on what she was explaining to me is that they use it as a drying rack and wont drain out water. I stated that unless starting and running dishwasher, it wont automatically drain and based on how much dishes are being dried and dripped into dishwasher it could fill and you still start to see water and the only way to drain that is to start the dishwasher.But she stated she has been using it that way for months and it has never filled up before. She will try running dishwasher and if there is standing water she will call back because when i test dishwasher all functions are working well.She also said her dishes are soapy after a cycle. She was using cascade platinum soap and she has water softener which that soap will have more suds. I found that the water pressure switch had fallen off and was behind the tub and pushing against the back of washer cavity causing noise and vibration. Verified unit wasnt cooling. Tapped into system, compressor is running at 11 psi. Removed old compressor and installed new compressor. Vacuumed system, Tested for leaks. Filled with coolant. Updated board. Then plugged unit in. Let unit run for 15 minutes while taking pressure. Everything is testing properly.

Unit not cooling again. Hooked up gages reading a restriction. Removed the filter dryer from the cap tube. Pressurized it was clogged on the cap tube side once I got to 150 psi oil and debris came out. Flushed the system for a few minutes. Making sure it was cleared. Replaced filter dryer and compressor. Pressure tested for leaks and then vacuumed under 300 microns. Board was already updated. Filled with refrigerant. Let unit run for 15 minutes and unit was running at 3 psi when I unhooked the gage which is perfect. If issue comes back will NEED EVAPORATOR AND CONDENSER FOR REBUILD. to much debris in the system that is clogging it. ; pckd up 1 TCA38151706 (134A LG COMPRESSOR) and 1 ADH73150210 (COMMON DRIER)

Unable to determine which wires were causing it to loose power. Taped up all wires with electrical tape, that I could access. Door was off kilter. Baking uneven. I adjusted the door. Upon inspection unit had a intense buildup of detergent I advised that the detergent being used be changed out to a powder and to use a teaspoon.
