Theyve been getting increased inconsistency in the temps. Looked at bake igniter, it seemed a bit chalky. I was going to replace it but the one we carry on us was broken when I opened the box. I put oven back together and ran it on 350 bake. After 23 minutes averaged 408 degrees. Tested temp sensor and it tested at 1088 ohms at 73 degrees air temp. To spec. Ran it for 20 minutes on bake at 400, and it averaged 453. Recalibrated it, ran it at 350, and after 6 cycles, it averaged 347. Recalibrated it again, ran it at 375, and after 6 cycles it averaged 372. Working perfectly now running exactly at proper temp.

There is water marks down the front of the front load washing machine. I found hair and soap build up on the bottom of the door glass where it marries with the bellows. Water leaks out of the bottom of the door because the water tight seal if being interrupted. I cleaned the door glass, added water to the appliance and water quit leaking during the wash steps. I told the customer what I found and prevention going forward.

The washing machine filled and began agitating, but I paused the cycle and then tried to start again, the lid would try to lock but fail. So I removed the user interface and washing machine lid to aves the lock assembly. I removed the old lock and installed the part I had on hand, the lid strike with the replacement part does not fit this machine but the existing strike works fine.. Started a wash cycle, the lid locked and machine began to fill. Once the inner tub was full, the washer started agitating. The spin cycle locks the lid, the agitation is stopped when the lid opens , the washing machine stops and starts/operates like new again.

The customers oven produced a POP one day that they were starting a bake cycle. I found a blister in the bake element at the bottom of the oven cavity. I removed defective element but the left wire connector detached from the element. I had to slide the appliance out and access the wire to push it through into the oven. I connected the two sides if the element and secured it to the wall. Plugged the range in and started a bake cycle, the oven reached temperature quickly and the new element worked perfectly. Explained to the customer about our parts and labor warranty.

Doesnt heat on normal setting. All other settings heat. I checked and inspected dryer vent. Vent clean. Tested it with my thermocouple on 10 different settings. Cleaned the sensor bars with an alcohol wipe. Used wet towels to run further tests. Ended up finding that this dryer defaults to ECO mode on normal sensor dry and thats the only one that does that. Showed customer how to turn it off, and let him try various settings to make sure all works. Works great now.

Complaint unit not draining. Doors locked with the water inside of it. This is a stacked unit with the dryer on top. Customer washed the rug in the bottom of the rug came apart and clogged everything up. Vacuumed out all the water inside the unit, then had to take off the rubber boot from the drum to the pump, and clean it all out. It was the back of the rug. Once it was clean, reassembled multiple times and cleaned out again to make sure I had as much as possible out of the backing of the rug. Reassembled again multiple times units draining the way it should. Explained customer I would check the filter after running a cycle or two to make sure its cleared out again.

I slid the dishwasher out of the cabinet to access the drain line and the drain pump motor. I removed the drain line that was kinked shut and installed the new line. I removed the defective drain pump and installed the new assembly as well. Once the appliance was reassembled and powered, I operated the dishwasher to verify that it fills, drains and washes properly. (3x)The dishwasher is better than ever and perfect for normal, everyday use.

Complaint is unit not drying clothing. On arrival started unit put a thermostat in there was only getting up to about 120?. Found that the flame would ignite but then go out right away. Checked the vent behind the dryer and its completely kinked. See photos. Fixed dryer vent in the back so its no longer kinked and placed properly. Started unit again now temperatures are correct.

Here is so possibly some sodding or an overflow condition happen.tipped the machine slightly to the rear and inform customer to use less soap to prevent over sudsing from causing this issue again.
