Unit has been running warmer in freezer and freezer door pops open when you close the fridge door. I noticed a weird sound when Id close the freezer door. Took one shelf out at a time testing the door each time, and eventually found one of the shelves had popped out of place, not allowing a basket to go all the way back into place, which then put a little pressure against the freezer door, so it wouldnt take much for the door to pop open. I took the shelf apart and reinstalled it, and now door shuts great and doesnt pop open. Minimum labor charge is whatn doing and trip charge.

The fan for the evaporator is operating also. Door switches working properly. There is some frost on the back wall of evap cover near the fan. This could be caused by several issues. Most of times from the door getting left open a little or vents or fans getting covered. The defrost is working properly. Explained to customer would be best to unplug for 24 hours with the door open then let it cool for 24 hours. Then see what happens. If that doesnt work need fan assembly which is saved as an estimate if customer calls back with same issue.

Pond arrival customer States machine doesn't seem to be draining during the cycle. Bon arrival opened up the machine and pulled it out. Found a bunch of Gunk build up inside the drain pump. Cleared out the gunk and pushed some hot water through the drain line. Appear to be draining faster after I had done this. Tested it and it did drain out all the water and the allotted time. Customer to try. If issue persists we will replace the drain hose and drain pump. If Customer calls back in please pre-order these parts before sending me out

refrigerator is a basement fridge and not hooked up to waterline. Leaking out of bottom of freezer. Found that the evaporator drain was frozen over and when defrosting it would leak onto bottom of freezer and onto floor. Defrosted ice build up and found that the evaporator drain tube was not pushed in all the way. I pushed it in and added some sealant to ensure it is secure. It now drain water into drip pan and no longer leaks onto bottom of freezer. No more leaks. Refrigerator is working well.
