I looked over the compressor, filter drier, condenser coil/fan, evaporator coil/fans to search for any possible source for a vibration noise problem. I moved the evaporator suction line back away from the cover. The compressor suction and discharge lines do not touch anything else and neither does both ends of the condenser coil. There is not a malfunction that is causing the refrigerator to hum more loudly at some times than others. The compressor that replaced the defective unit is more powerful and the main pcb has been updated to run it.

customer states not starting, verified lights not lighting on display and unit not starting when button pushed, start button checks ok, found start button sticking from detergent spillage, cleaned with electrical cleaner and unit is now starting, water filling very slow into machine, cleaned inlet clean, lots of rust in screen. Customer described getting a gas smell when dryer is running and smell gets onto clothes. Found that it smells like kerosene and not like natural gas. Customer has been painting/staining some cabinets. I explained to customer that those fumes are burning off causing that smell and only way to get rid of it is to air out the house. Turn on vent fans, open windows and then usually after a few days that fuse will dissipate and dryer wont smell like that.I checked dryer since i was here and all functions are working, belt, rollers all look and are working good.Dryer itself is working well. Smell will dissipate once house airs out.

On site E 15 error confirmed pulled dishwasher overflow switch basin is dry. Auto wash fill and drain then ran auto wash for 20 minutes. No leaks or water drip basin remain dry. Customer may have added too much rinse aid and overflowed it into the wash base and causing over sudsing and activation of E 15 code I observe lots of soap suds in the dishwasher when running empty advised customer to run heavy wash with no detergent to flush system out
