Lid lock is broken. Replaced broken lid lock. Works great now.

Evaporator fan running loud. I took panel off and resecured fan and its much quieter now. Quoted for new fan but they are good with how it sounds and their big concern was if it was the compressor making the sound, but compressor is good and quietly running.

Replaced all parts ordered. Ran tests, updated firmware. Unit works good and sounds good.

Returned with the parts. Removed the back cover and replaced the temperature sensor.Removed the burners, and the top, removed the front cover and replaced the board. Put back together. Tested the burners, cleaned a few of the burners up so they work now. Tested the oven, unit got to temp as it should. The oven knob got broke while removing, the office is sending the new one out to the customer.

Drain pump is locked up and just humming. Customer approved estimate. Replaced drain pump, tested and washer now drains and is working good.

Found the fuse in in the box connected to dryer and then has a jumper for the washer to plug into. Jared found a service a bulletin to bypass the fuse and connect directly to terminal block. Tested and washer now powers on and all functions are working good.
