Only heating up to 225 when set to 350 on bake. Broil element comes on. Pulled range out. Made sure all components tested good. Needed a new temp sensor. Replaced that. Ran for 20 on 350, it sat at 332. Calibrated it up 25 degrees. Now it runs perfectly.

Customer complaint is unit freezing products and crisper drawer and stuff above the crisper drawer against the back of the fridge. Customer had changed it to 39? in the refrigerator and 3? and the freezer per Jareds request. Temperatures have gotten better crisper door was at 37? and freezer. She said was at five with her thermostat but everything and there was nicely frozen. Call Techline all that the mister are good. All the products are running properly. He recommended doing the factory settings at 39 and five. Also said anything against the fence will be colder and might freeze customer will keep an eye on it and let us know.

Replaced the motor mount kit for GFCI tripping issue as well as the lid switch was not being triggered. I adjusted the lid switch plate so that it now switches on when lid is shut. Tested and GFCI no longer pops and washer fills, agitates, drains and spins. Washer is working good.

Leaking water. Found the water is leaking from the old water line. They already have the new braided lines, so they are going to put those on. I ran it through a full cycle and no internal leaks. Runs great.

It was the evaporator fan motor making noise. Replaced part, tested and fan now runs quiet. Refrigerator is working good.

No light in freezer section. Replaced bulb but that didnt work. The tabs in the socket were stretched and not making contact with the bulb when screwed in. I re-adjusted the socket tabs and is now working again.

Icemaker fan sounds funny and Ice is all melted together. Found a broken I icemaker. Verified in test mode that other fans sound great. Water dispenses slow. Replaced bad main water valve. Now water flows much better. Still not perfect, but water coming to fridge is 40 psi. Replaced bad icemaker. Cycled it, it rotated and filled. Also, fridge not level. Leaning way back. I leveled it so its level now. Also, fridge was back against wall in alcove. Customer said its running constantly. Was set at 35 in ff. I set to 38, and pulled out 2 from wall.

Replaced drain motor, and now it drains awesome. Main wash motor never arrived at my home, but I didnt need it anyhow.
