I informed that washer could get stuck in the middle of a cycle or go out of balance and then that cycle needs to be canceled to restart (push and hold for 3 seconds) i showed customer how to do that incase something weird happens again because as im here the washer is working good."

"Dishwasher giving i20 error quite a bit. Tried draining it, sump area clean but drain line especially where it flows into the garbage disposal was plugged with food debris. Can see where water has leaked in the past under the dishwasher, most likely back flow from drain. Took air gap off, cleaned that out as well as the drain line. Then ran dishwasher and drained it, and water drained out awesome. Showed customer how to clean where the drain connects to the garbage disposal. Quoted for drain line and pump. Attached. It says pump but its for the drain line. Has a pretty long drain line. Also recommended switching to finish pods."

"It is not doing what customer describes when I am here testing it. I am assuming that it is a magnetron failing but not %100.Due to the cost of the parts and labor it is really expensive. Also the right side door lock is loose seems to come open very easily but if its shut does seem to start. So i have to pull it out and open it up for magentron I oiled replace that as well.Maybe there is a generic version of the magnetron for this model? Part shows not in stock if there is no generic. Customer will try take video of it and maybe we can tell from that? Please look into it and call customer back with quote or parts availability for generic mag or not. "I put new boards in and found that while the board looks the same something is off because when I press settings it turn on vent fan. When i press vent fan it turns on lights. I hit start and nothing happens. I put old board back in and buttons seem to match up but when i start it it pops the breaker.So its back to square one to where it could pop the breaker even when microwave is not in use. I used noise filter but pulled out main board. Either touch pad is also bad and not matching up with control board. Or control board is correct part number but not right part. Also still cant verify if magnetron or transformer is bad since i cant even get it to fully turn on.Id say this one would need to be replaced. Touchpad, control, magnetron, transformer? We are going to go into a rabbit hole with this one id say have AHS replace it as uneconomical.; saved tckt"

I used foil tape on the joints. I leveled the dryer and adjusted the feet so the dryer was the same height as the washer. I hooked the dryer duct to the back of the dryer. The dryer runs and heats. Customer paid with cash.

"The customer complaint was the Heavy cycle was flashing and it sounded like it was running. When I arrived I found the sump filter screws were all loose and the water was turned off to the dishwasher. I turned the water on and tightened all the sump filter screws. I ran the dishwasher for a while, it filled and drained with no issue. I pulled it out and removed both side panels. I never saw a leak. I lifted the side blankets and no water is leaking from the roller screws. The water valve was good. There is a small amount of soap scum under the sensor but its dry otherwise."

The customer said that sometimes when they bake the oven will stop and display the f1 and f3 faults. Both faults are related to the temperature sensor. The customer had the oven on when i arrived . I wasted for the oven to cool and then removed the sensor and tested it. The sensor was still warm so the rating was 1140. That is within specs. I have seen this intermittent issue before and its typically from the main display board. I recommend to replace the oven sensor and main display board.Today I replaced the main display user interface and the oven sensor. I preheated the oven to 350.

"They said it was leaking water. Today I found clothes in the washer and about 6 inches of water. I started the drain and spin and the water started to drain out. No water leaked when draining. I checked for faults and there are no fault codes. I removed the pressure hose from the control and blew through it. Their did not seem to be a restriction in the hose. I took the clothes out the washer and ran a calibration. I then put the clothes back in and started a normal wash. The washer filled and then started to agitate. Still no water. I pressed cancel, the washer completely drained the water. I then started a spin cycle. The washer is working good for me. I talked to a worker and she said it was good for a few loads then leaked."

Next I checked to see if I was getting voltage to the bake element but Im not. Removed the control board and found the bake relay was burnt out. We dont have this relay to do a board repair. Reinstalled bad board unit I could get a new board to replace it with. Now thats all Rehooked up the break just stays tripped. "Customer complaint is, NOT COOLING. Customer said freezer is good, but FF compartment is warm. Inspected and tested. FF compartment is only 46F and freezer is 2F. I could feel cold air coming from the air tower. There was a gap on the left side of the air tower, but didnt seem like enough to cause a issue. I removed the air tower to inspect it and then the refrigerator went into defrost. I removed the evaporator cover and completely defrosted evaporator and after 20 minutes of compressor running, there was only frost on about 60 percent of the evaporator. I installed the 3 parts that were sent to me and sealed the FF air tower the best I can. Advised customer to give it 24 hours and see what happens. If problem persists, its probably a sealed system issue. ; saved tckt"

"All outlets are ARC faults. If customer calls with a redo, please have them plug dishwasher with extension cord into a non arc fault outlet and run it. Dishwasher has been tripping the breaker. They thought it was when the heat pump was running but the last time they ran it, and it tripped the circuit, they reset the breaker and it was at the rinse stage and it tripped again. I ran it for 30 minutes with no issue. Then put it into full service mode, and let it run through all the steps. 5:00 was good. 5:01 was good. Thats the fill and circulate. Up to 3.5L. 5:02 was good. Thats circulate for 10 seconds. 5:03 is circulate and heat pump. For 600 seconds. Then progressed through a drain, etc to 5:50. It then took a break. Then continued on. Full test mode steps in attached photos. Continued all the way to the final steps, never tripped the breaker."
