Making a lot of noise when running - sounds like something is turning when stopped. Found the blower wheel is broken. Installed new blower wheel and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Tested and dryer is working great. Dryer is now fixed.

Complaint was the washer shakes and walks. I verified the feet are secure and the washer is level. The floor is very slippery. I cleaned the floor and dust off the bottom of the feet. I ran a load of towels on spin and the washer does walk forward slowly. I advised the customer to put vibration pads under the feet.

“Phillip was polite & considerate (took his shoes off). He evaluated my problem with my washing machine vibrating & m I Ving all over laundry room. He suggested some rubber pads that go under the legs of the machine. I ordered them & my son in law placed them under the feet. The next day the machine was doing the same thing. I'm frustrated.”

On arrival, customer stated that the dryer would not do anything after it would start. It would just click and then not run. Open up the machine and discovered a broken belt preventing the motor from running because of the belt switch. Went ahead and replace the belt with a part that I had on my truck. Tested and the machine seems to be running great.everything is functioning as it should be

The drool falls down fast. I pulled it out and found the left hinge hook came out the spring. I put the hook back in and put zip ties around both hooks on both sides so it doesnt happen again. Door is working good.

Unit wasnt draining. Found that it needed a new drain pump. Everything was cleared. Just the drain pump was weak. Could hear it try to run and get smoking hot but never actually pumped the water. Customer had his own explained to customer there will be no warranty on the part and no guarantees on it. There was an aftermarket part so let them know were not reliable for any leaking water. Customer understood- installed part test multiple times wasnt leaking and draining properly. Recommended customer to go get water sensors to go underneath the unit to be safe.
