The display module flickers and after the oven is on a while the breaker trips. I found no issues with the range for tripping the breaker. When I reset the breaker I found that the breaker is hot and I can smell it smolder. I left the breaker off and advised to get a electrician to repair. If the display continues to flicker after a new breaker is installed then it may need parts. I added pics of the parts that it may need. It may need just the display module and it the main control.

Part arrival and inspection I found the chopper screen was completely packed as well as we found glass plastic and wire skewer. In the drain pump we found a piece of plastic from a utensil they recognized almost instantly. I put the unit all back together and tested multiple times filling and draining. The dishwasher is now repaired.

"Customer said washer shakes and made a loud sound when using regular cycle so she stopped using regular and used permanent press cycle. I found that the washer is not on a pedestal but floor is uneven and legs were not balanced and washer would wobble when in spin mode. I balanced washer. Checked inside and ran load of towels. Washer completed whole cycle with no issues or weird noise and washer no longer wobbles. Not fully sue what customer was experiencing but as Im here washer is working good, runs quiet (for old washer) and no longer shakes. Customer will call back if problem persists.(Im guessing customer had unbalanced load)"

"Refrigerator was popping the GFCI that is daisychained to the outlet behind the fridge. Every time they would plug the fridge into the wall it would immediately pop the GFCI. Since then, theyve had it plugged with an extension cord into a non-GFCI and it has not been tripping. When I got here I plugged it back in to the GFCI and it did not trip anything. I put it in test mode and ran the compressor and the fans and the defrost heater and the icemaker in the water valve and none of those components caused it to trip. If it happens again, the customer is going to unplug one component at a time until it does not trip the outlet. I told him that if I were to make a gas I would gas the control board but if we replaced the control board and that did not fix it, that would be a nonrefundable part. So the customer will call us if it starts tripping again and let us know which plug it was causing it to trip."

Customers concern is with a buzzing vibrating noise. Upon arrival and inspection I found individually the fans would run and not make the noise. There was significant moisture in the FF section. If I selected for all fans to run on high the freezer evaporator fan motor would pulse causing the vibration noise that they are concerned with. I called the GE tech line and spoke with John he recommended checking for voltage drop and replacing parts as needed. While testing components I noticed the noise changed when I broke the seal on the evaporator cover. After looking the returns from the FF section were iced up. I looked for an air leak and found the mullion was not correctly installed. I removed it and re-installed it see pics. The customer will hard defrost the fridge and dry it out. The fridge is now fixed. The noise went away after I cleared out some of the ice.

Customers complaint is the washing machine doesnt spin. Upon arrival and inspection I found the UI would light up and you could make selections but the door would not unlock it would stay in a locked position. I tested but found that the spin basket would not spin. There was no physical blockage or nothing holding it in place. I put it into service diagnostic mode and found to errors An e57 and an E 52. Customer mentioned that it has been behaving sporadically. It was hard to get the unit to go into test mode and it acted like it was not communicating well. I spoke with the customer and after some discussion they have decided to work directly with the Bosch certified repair company as they have access to technical data and can program control boards which are sold without programming.

Smelled smoke and stopped using the dryer. When I arrived I pulled the inspection cover and found the dryer had caught on fire internally. I spoke with the customer and she noted and she had been having some problems with the user interface not responding and drying times were very long. I talked with her about the possibilities for repair but in the end she decided to replace it as it was having control issues.

The customers complaint with the washing machine as it gets stuck in sensing. Upon arrival inspection I found unit would pass through sensing empty but when we put a load in it stopped right away. The rear main bearing has 1/8th inch play. You can hear the motor binding but its unable to continue spinning.

Leaving white residue on clean dishes. Failed softener was found. Great pressure and heat. The door opened greater than 45Deg and was dented badly see pics. Residue is from hard water I left instructions on using the right products to help with this but ultimately they need to replace or fix their softener.
