Found was restricted with dust build up. Removed restriction. Found has a service fitting. Checked refrigerant charge. Found is not low on refrigerant. Contacted True commercial tech support. Tech support stated that if the coils are very restricted it will cause this issue as the refrigerator is entering evaporator coil at a high pressure. Recommend to allow several days of cooling to see if the issue is corrected. If not then recommends installing the True Commercial temp control kit.

Replaced compressor and filter dryer. Pressure tested. Then vacuumed under 400 microns. Filled with refrigerant. Updated board. Tested unit. Now we are running at good pressures. Unit needs 24 hours to cool

The main power control board pressure switch was registering water level when the tub is empty, failed pressure switch. I removed the main pcb and transferred all power harnesses onto the replacement sent by Square Trade, calibrated the board and verified that the new board is operating correctly. I secured the cover and entered the compressor into high speed to verify its nice and quiet when running. Tenant stated that washer did not spin out clothes, at end of cycle clothes were still sopping wet but tub was not full of water. Customer tried to get it to spin but said she was unable and then the washer started smelling like something was burning.When im here all functions are working. I ran load of towels and completed whole cycle and spun out clothes. I was not able to replicate issue and did not see any malfunctions. Customer did state that in that load, there is some marks that were on her clothing but didnt seem like the clothing was stuck.Tenant will use washer as normal and record if issue happens again.Also I checked for waterline of the fridge and there is a waterline and shut off right behind fridge that can be easily hooked up.Tried calling Hale but went to voice mail.
