Model CS1311
Unplugged defective evaporator sensor from the power control board (compressor cabinet) and installed a new fresh food defrost sensor kit.

The drum has stopped moving, drying seems to run and heat but doesnt spin. Inspected and tested. Found the motor pulley was broken off and the belt is cracked. Customer approved repairs. Installed new motor pulley and rebuild kit. Vacuumed out inside of dryer and tested. Dryer is working great. Dryer is now fixed.

Replace the two parts listed and tested the machine. It appears to be cycling correctly now and heating perfectly. Everything looks great. Complete.

Customer states the unit is not lighting. Removed the built in oven below the cook top. Tested the for power to the cook top found a GFCI breaker in the kitchen had tripped. Reset the breaker and showed the customer what had happened and how to fix the next time.

Returned with parts, removed the old gear case, took longer as the top spanner nut was stuck. Replaced the gear case, belt and striker. Ran Calibration the unit would not agitate, tested and found the actuator not working correctly, replaced ran the calibration again unit calibrated . Checked for leaks, no leaks at this time.

Customer is complaint is unit not draining. They cleared out the drain filter and still no luck. disassembled unit and found that the drain pump propeller was bad. Quoted bluebook for a new one. Customer approved installed part. Tested multiple times to make sure its draining and not leaking. Everything is working properly now.
