Drain backed up had to snake drain line from drain pump through to plumbing . Used washer cleaner to help backing up through floor drain! I got washer to drain no leaks, but advised I can only do so much in regards to a packing up through the floor if it keeps backing up that a drain cleaning company needs to come out to resolve the issue and not use unit because of water damage that can happen overtime ! As im here the dishwasher is draining everytime. I checked filters and are clean. Disconnected drain hose and ran into bucket to ensure no clogged debris. Only thing i can see might be an issue with that there is a countertop air gap module and that commonly gets clogged easily and has caused draining issues.I explained that it is better to bypass that and go straight into garbage disposal, customer approved and will run that way and use as normal.

Unit giving a burning smell and shaking. Removed the front cover found that a sock was by the belt which was giving a burning, but there was also a lot of oil and debris from the transmission and belt. Removed the sock and tested the unit shaking quite a bit, and I found that the snub ring that goes underneath the transmission is cracked, which will give some shaking. Also, the transmission is shot on the unit. Both parts are no longer available.
