Kenmore Refrigerator Repair. The customers refrigerator is leaking water in the fresh food section of the machine. I looked in the freezer and found a build up of ice, starting in the back and moving forward. The evaporator defrost drain was frozen shut, the defrost timer is activating the heater( verified by operating it) but the water wasnt draining to the back machine compartment. Opened the drain with steamer and water drained quickly, the bottom of the drain tube isnt blocked, wide open.

Frigidaire Refrigerator Repair. The customers fresh food doors werent flush with each other. I adjusted the hinges on the tops of the doors and adjusted the door height at the bottom of the doors. I adjusted the leveling feet at the front of the machine too. The left door popping when hung right door closes is typical for all French door, bottom mount units, the front of the refrigerator being higher than the front will help that from happening. The door does move but it doesnt open.

Whirlpool Washer Repair. The complaint is the washer is shaking. We found the drain hose is extended and drains into a sink. There is a sock in the end of the hose that was plugged. The sink had stuff in it and it was plugging the sink up so water could not drain. I tried to straighten the hose and we removed the sock and debris from the sink. There is no faults and no issues found. We ran all test and calibrations. Al tested good. I added pics.

GE Refrigeratetor Repair. WATER FILTER IS BROKEN - CAN'T GET ICE/WATER TO DISPENSE. Customer said UI and dispenser went dead after trying to replace filter and the freezer light doesnt shut off. Customer couldnt get the filter in. I installed filter and display is still dead and freezer light is on constantly. I hooked up SmartHQ and the only active error was for no RFID filter detected. I installed my bypass plug and its detecting it, but still no display. Theres a software update available, so I installed it and still same results. I power cycled refrigerator and the freezer light is now working, but still no display. I called GE techline and talked to Neal and he was super helpful and we found voltage to the display. The display board has failed. Customer approved repair. Installed new display board and tested. Display and dispenser are working great. Refrigerator is now fixed.

GE Dishwasher Repair. WON'T COMPLETE THE CYCLE. cust advised they will power the unit and close door and will not start the cycle light just blinks. Found the door is not lining up right with the door latch. Its too low. Ive seen this before with the plastic tub dishwashers and GEs only fix is to shim the door up. I removed door and put some washers in it and reassembled. Its much better. I also put something between the top of dishwasher and counter to straighten out the top because its warped up. Tested and dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

Frigidaire Dishwasher Repair. DISHWASHER ISSUES, OPERATIONS, LEAKING WATER-WATER COMING OUT FROM THE DISHWASHER. Found nasty standing water in the dishwasher. I canceled and drained and it drained, but was backing up into the sink. Theres no high loop underneath the sink, so nasty water is draining back into the dishwasher. I ran garbage disposal and put high loop in hose underneath the sink and tested. Dishwasher is draining great and garbage disposal is now open. I advised customer to run garbage disposal regularly to keep it open.
