Customer states that when they turn on the lights, one of the lights turns off, and when they turn off the lights, one of the lights turns on. Open up the machine and discovered a failed wire harness. It had shorted to the cavity during the self-cleaning cycle. It was pinched behind a couple of panels. Went ahead and repaired this pinched wire, and secured all the wire harness. Reassembled the machine and tested. Lights are working perfectly now.

Come to realize the noise was the unit hitting styrofoam. This was supposed to be removed when it was installed. Removed the block, the unit seems to act normal now.

Dryer sounds like its going to run away. vibrating super loud and hard. running really harsh. Dryer has a vibration noise. Disassembled and found the blower wheel is full of lint. Cleaned out blower wheel and bulkhead. Tested and dryer sounds great. Dryer is now fixed.

Clear dryer vent with brush, tool and vacuum. Re-taped the vent to the machine and make sure it was secure. Temp in the dryer look good. Everything looks great.
