Upon arrival open the machine and installed new parts. Tested machine seems to be working properly.

Replaced thermostat and defrost timer. Verified all fan motors and compressor are now running. Advised to allow 24-48 hours for refrigerator to reach set point temp.

customer complains of gas smell when using cooktop. Gas smell is result of delayed ignition. Rear right igniter intermittently arcing under cooktop. To fix, igniter would need to be replaced. Screws stripped in all orfice holders. Would not be economical to repair. Wrapped insulation around igniter and cleaned burners as temporary fix.

Installed gas conversion kit: tested thoroughly for leaks: all burners and bake and broil work great. ; (serial indicated as 'NotAvailable' so system created UIS w/pseudo #)

Replaced door flipper. Attempted to replace ice maker fill tube. Previous fill tube disintegrated inside of walls due to heat from fill tube heater. Made every effort to remove. Broken pieces will not come out. Informed customer ice maker will not be repairable. Left ice maker unplugged. Left water line to the fridge turned off as the line was previously kinked.

Customer thought Id have a bulb when I arrived. I looked up the part number and she said she would like to order it and install it herself. I gave her the part number.

Intermittent wont turn on main control already replaced replaced user interface board and selector knob assembly. That is also part of the power button. Ill function test go on dryer unit turns on and functions normally

Owner stated ice maker not filling. Found no water at door dispenser. Connected smartHQ and tested machine. Loads all operational. Found water turned off under sink at RO system. Turned water on and tested icemaker. Ice maker works and fills, system should be fine. Gave owner part number for replacement water filter and filter bypass.

Its not heating ran unit and unit heated perfectly within inspect did find venting had reducer advised customer against reducer. Customer stated unit was only having problems with venting was connected.

Customer said that the dryer has been running way longer than it should. I called Speed Queen and they had me put it on automatic dry and I put my amp clamp on the orange wire to the timer and we watched and it was running at 19 A as long as it was calling for heat. Once it stopped calling for heat then it cut to 0 A Its supposed to we watched the timer physically advance how its supposed to. We then discovered that whats been happening is the customer has sometimes been turning the dial counterclockwise on the timer which then causes the timer to not advance during that cycle, so it will run indefinitely and overheat. We checked everything else on the dryer and everything. out perfect. The customer will refrain from turning the dial. Clockwise in the future.

Customer wanted unit inspected and cleaned out and fully inspected. Everything is operational. Found that there was some excessive lint in the lint screen cleared that unit is now operating properly.

customer states lid not unlocking. Confirmed. Replaced lock. Tested. Lock functions as it should.

Returned and installed the parts for the top rack. Cycled and tested the top rack now stays in place.

customer states no heat. Gas was shut off at the regulator. Turned on and tested. Oven now heating.

Inner part of the door gasket just needed to be popped back into place. Gave customer some tips on ways to clean the washer. Everything is good now.

Upon inspection took unit completely apart replaced mister, then uninstalled old control board and installed new one after installation of control board plugged back and had to set personality number one for this model control board ran a recalibration cycle. Make sure unit was heating and working properly done

Upon inspection unit has a bad evaporator fan motor! Replaced fan motor and tested great after installation ! Unit is working great ! Removed ice buildup and clean unit out done !; pckd up 1 WR60X26866 (EVAP FAN MOTOR (NON-STANDARD SXS))

Upon inspection damper control was out of position. Repositioned damper control and fixed issue! Done! Waited around for 30 mins making sure its working!

Refrigerator would trip breaker as soon as plugged in. Found that compressor start relay was not all the way on and appears to be shorting, causing the electrical breaker to trip. Reattached and secured compressor relay, tested and refrigerator turns on and compressor is running. Refrigerator is cooling and working well.

Giving flood error code. Found a leak from the waterline connection to the water valve. Uninstalled flood pan, dried that out. Disconnected waterline, used plumbers tape to make good connection. Ran it, no drips now: runs great.

Mold has begun forming in fridge. They have had temp set to 45 degrees. I told them recommended temp is 37. They will keep it at 37. Also, one drawer is broken and trim for another crisper is broken. Not covered under warranty: I gave them part numbers in case they want to order.

Returned and installed new door latch unit is now operating properly.

Watched unit for an hour with no leaks. Present advise customers on tips to help locate leak. Return contact if issued persist.

Dishwasher not cleaning great. Found out they needed to run cleaner though it. Also told them to switch detergents, and to use rinse aid. To leave sauce on dishes too. Heater comes on in test mode. Circulates and drains well. No parts needed.

Relocated evap temp sensor, run unit through full function test, all loads and sensors check ok and no leaks, instructed customer to wait 24 hrs for unit to return to normal operation.

Customer wanted dryer cleaned out, 2nd story vent already cleaned. Cleaned out dryer and oiled bearings. Found vent elbow broken inside floor. Recommended new venting in door. Customer (Abby was onsite contact today) stated dryer had been getting noisy. I turned dryer on and found blower wheel making horrible noise. Took dryer apart and found clumps of pet hair causing wheel to spin out of balance. Cleaned up all pet hair from blower wheel and lint trap compartment and restarted dryer. Unit running great again and noises are normal. Recommend cleaning lint trap twice per load due to pet hair.

New build units. Ran quick wash and washer completed cycle and all functions are working. Washer is working well.

Uninstalled old evaporator cover assembly and installed new connected wire harnesses made sure it was working code cleared immediately done working great! This was a new issue from the last fix! A new error code ! IFE was the code ! Ice box fan motor perfect

Upon inspection unit has a bad wash pump and defective adjuster kit! Replace bolt tested for leaks no water leaks running great found that there were some broken wires in the door. Upon arrival, discovered that the doors were too low to be connecting to the sensors accurately every time. Use the shim kit to raise the doors. A little bit tested machine seems to be working properly now.

After 5 minutes the time display shuts off until the door is opened or a button is pressed. Per Frigidaire tech support on this model that is a normal feature and cannot be changed.I informed customer and if they had further questions they would need to contact Frigidaire customer support.File# 87991418

Owner stated washer leaked water out the front during first use. Took washer apart and found pressure switch tube disconnected from port causing leak on floor. Reconnected tube and filled with water, ran a load and verified no leaks.

Tenant stated washer doesnt spin or agitate. Found belt had come off washer motor. Replaced belt and verified agitate and spin with test mode. Washer operates again but suspension rods are worn and transmission is starting to fail. Those repairs will cost more than a new washer. ; pckd up 1 WH01X27538 (BELT)

Short of it being a door skin is not pertly square or fully adjusting freezer door. The fridge door side cannot be adjusted anymore to even out the middle gap. Doors are no longer hitting and rubbing against each other anymore and no longer making loud twang and screech. Customer wanted it notated that center gap is still not even compared to bottom gap and just to ensure that if it gets worse that it is recorded and in the notes.Also to notate that the top vent has a bigger gap on right side verses the left side. I adjusted some screws and made it closer but still not fully even. Refrigerator door Is leveled as best as it could be. But there is still a small gap difference between the top and the bottom of the door. Used an air shim to make the gap the same. And tightened the top 4 screws as far as they could go. And the door would still sag a bit back toward the freezer door when shim was taken out and screws were tightened. Door trim is square around the door and is not the issue for the gap. As well as the top vent cover on both the sides there is a gap between the metal and plastic molding on it. Pictures have been taken of both issues.Customer will use it as is but wanted all these issues noted if further problems happen.

customer stated machine is not working and flashing error code 9c1 which means there is an issue with the power going to the machine. Upon inspection i tested the outlet to check for voltage. One side was receiving 120 volts as the other side was only receiving 50 volts. Which means only half the power is going to the outlet on one side. Informed customer they would need to reach out to an electrician to resolve the issue.

Customer has intermittent issues with washer not fully spinning out clothes, some loads were still wet while other loads are normal. I checked diagnostics and no errors. I ran tests and all are functioning as im here. Common issue and systems customer is having is with the shifter. Replaced shifter, clutch and pulley sent by ST. Will return the other parts.Ran speed cycle after replacing parts, washer, fills, agitates, drains and spins. Customer states that during the bake the convection fan runs on and off throughout the whole baking cycle. I explained customer that was normal and it shows that in the user manual. Customer doesnt like the fan and it does run more noisy and is noticeable. Customer wanted me to deactivated the convection fan. If customer calls back the following parts would need to be ordered:316256100 convection motor. 318398302 fan blade. 316404100 motor bracket. 316136600 nut, fan retainer.

Upon arrival customer stated the washing machine was leaking water right under the front of the machine. Upon inspection you can see the water marks running down the front of the machine and inside of the door. Replaced the boot. Also visibly saw water leaking from the soap dispenser housing. Inspected the housing and found it to not be sealing fully. Re positioned seal and added calking. Tested the unit and no more leaking was seen in either area.

Customer states that machine only filled part of the way and then shut off with no lights. Put the machine into service mode and discovered an error code for water accessibility. It appears as though the customer may have left the lid partially open while it was running or possibly overloaded it causing it to think it was not filling properly. Instructed customerand tested the machine. Everything seems to be working properly at this time.

No heat replaced heater core all tested good

Arrived on site replaced Thermidor recommended flow motor in coffee machine same error same problem with no coffee production called the Thermidor back. We tested main pump and that is working and filling to the correct level. Thermidor then recommended the customer replaces the brew unit. I gave the customer the info because its a customer install part

Replaced main board after calling tech line and verifying that it has failed. Tested once installed. Good to go

customer stated dishwasher was not draining with an f11 error code. After inspection clog was found in siphon break. Cleaned siphon break and filter. Ran through test and all functions performing at factory specifications.

Replaced compressor, evap, drier, and heat exchanger. Performed leak check with N2. Pulled a vacuum and charged with 5.11oz R134a. Checked for cool air. Explained to customer to wait 24 hours before use.

Replaced inlet valve. Ran test mode. All systems working. No leaks. Detergent door missing. Part number provided to customer

customer states dirty water enters the machine and has a bad odor. customer does not often use dishwasher. Checked check valve. Sealing properly. Drain hose installed correctly. No possibly way for water to come from the sink into dishwasher. Dirty smell from dishwasher not being used. Instructed customer to run dishwasher cleaning cycle and use dishwasher weekly to prevent smell. All issues related to lack of cleaning, maintenance, and use.

customer states dryer not starting after repair. Tested both full and empty load and ran fine. Suspect load was too heavy causing motor safety to trip. Instructed customer to load less and if it occurs again unload dryer and wait 10 minutes. Call back if issue persists.

Returned, installed the board, cycled and tested. The customer changed the water filter tested the autofill. The refrigerator is working as it should.

Returned installed the switch, cycled and tested the oven is now working as it should. The fan turns on and off with the oven

Returned, was able to get the stove out. Found a fitting leaking on the back of the stove. Checked and could not find any other leaks at this time.

Upon inspection, both fan motors were loud install both and gaskets on the fridge style tested unit after installation. great done no noise.

Upon inspection replaced user interface tested unit after installation verified lights were working and engaging cycles. Unit tested great remounted with new screws on the mounting brackets shots and closes great done!

Replaced pump and tested once installed. Unit has strong drain now. Good to go

Replaced right side fresh foods door seal

Today I cleaned a great deal and unusual amount of rusty sediment out of the water valve filter for the washing machine, on the cold water line. It was barely trickling water into the washer. After flushing it out and cleaning it out, it fills great now.

Not cooling. Found a bad defrost timer. Replaced timer. Told tenant and owner to give it 24 hours to get down to temp.

Found small drip from dispenser. Issue is likely related to air in lines from door replacement. Advised customer to run a few GALLONS of water.

Start button doesnt respond, washer gets stinky like rotten eggs. Customers speed queen dryer wasnt working great so speed queen replaced that for customer. She hasnt been happy with washer, wouldnt mind getting it replaced as well. I replaced the main board and now the buttons respond well. Also, found a bad lock assembly for the lid. Replaced that. Popped cover back out since it was pushed in, and adjusted rear lid switch too so it clicks now when lid is a couple inches from closing. Everything works perfectly now. Customer said she hopes she will like it better now, we will see.

Replaced bad valve and installed new knob too. Now everything works great.

Still frequently gives E24 error. Spoke with Bosch. They (mark) says that it usually takes 3 weeks to get all the detergent residue flushed off of the sensors. If after 3 weeks it still gives e24, then it also needs a new main pcb. Customer would not have wanted to do both the drain pump and pcb, so we agreed that in 2 more weeks around 3/18/25, if its still giving E24, then we will refund the money from the drain pump replacement. The hope though is that after a couple more weeks itll be running well without the error.

Black wire to compressor is 1.98 amps, and white to compressor is 1.86 amps. Passed all tests in service mode. When I got here the lights were on but compressor and fans not running. Found some insulation against condenser fan. Removed that so fan can run well. In test mode it cools and fans run. Tech support had me check the connection for the UI for the drawer and that seemed good with no signs of issue. Looks like it was probably in demo mode on accident. If issue returns, I would want to come back with a main pcb. W10843055

Found clogged defrost drain, cleared ice and unit is now operating properly. If issue returns drain probe kit may be needed.

Arrival customer states that the Royal element does not heat. Opened up the machine discovered a loose wire connected to the broil element. Reconnected and secured. Tested machine seems to be working properly.

Power supply found for in door ice maker. I activated a harvest cycle, cycle completed and water filled tray. Air supply for the ice maker is also present.The customer wants to weigh her options ave consider ice maker replacement.

Rear panel was a little bit loose, causing a squeaking and rattling sound. Bent it in just a little bit to reduce this and machine seems to be working properly.

Returned installed the new fill valve, vacuumed the drain line, cycled and tested the dishwasher fills and drains as it should.

Upon inspection, loose belt around drum indication of a broken idler took you apart, found out that the idler pulley came off completely and was fried and broken. Replaced it with a new one tested after installation. Unit is working great. ; pckd up 1 DC93-00634A (IDLER PULLEY)

Accessed the solenoid valves, shut water off to the appliance and removed the cold water valve. I secured the new valve in place, connected water line and verified my repair had permanently fixed the problem. Strong water flow into the detergent cup has been restored, no leaks or other problems found with the washing machine.

Phone arrival opened up the machine and installed new timer. Tested machine working properly.

Due to how dryer and washer have been installed I am not sure how dryer vent and washer water supply are set up. Explained that I may need to uninstall washer in order to get dryer vent reconnected or install an accordion style dryer vent but am not sure if dryer would be able to be pushed all the back. Customer would rather leave as is as dryer is working properly just not able to connect to WiFi.

I removed the microwave from its cabinet hole and took the outer cover off to access the latch switch assembly. I replaced the latch switch assembly and reassembled the microwave cover. I put the microwave back in a hole and ran a test cycle to verify that the microwave had been repaired. The microwave heated a glass of water and is back online and good for normal every day use.

Ran washer. Unable to recreate washer not working issue. All cycles are working as designed at this time. Issue may have been with door not being closed all the way which would not allow washer to start a cycle. Found an excessive amount of soap suds in washer. Recommend running multiple cycles to clear out soap suds. Due to location of washer and dryer will require two techs to lift washer and dryer over trim board from closet in order to service washer and dryer.

Replaced clutch gear case assembly and tested. Good to go. No leaks

Subzero refrigerator leaking water. Water supply turned off under kitchen sink. Turner on water supply. Found water leaking at 90 degree shark bite fitting. Removed fitting and connected to shark bite fitting at water inlet valve. Monitored ice maker cycle and fill with water. No water leaks at this time. Advised to continue to monitor. Showed customer where water supply shut off valve is located under kitchen sink.

Ran dryer with temp probe. Found the hottest dryer would reach was 150 degrees. No error codes. Dryer cycling between 120 and 150 degrees. Recommend using timed dry options and recommend having dryer vent checked and cleaned if needed by dryer vent specialists.

Lg dryer making rattling like noise. Disassembled dryer. Found small hair pin or toothpick was causing the rattling noise. Removed obstruction. Dryer is now running as designed no loud or rattling like noises.

Replaced main control board. Tested and top dishwasher now responds and is running and working well.

customer stated having a leak from the unit. The unit was unplugged before arrival. poured 2 cups of water to attempt to recreate the leak. After inspection of the defrost system, no leak was found. Plugged unit in compressor excessively noisy and no frost pattern on evap after 5 min suspect sealed system issue was causing excessive condensation and overflowing drip pan. Suggested replacing unit entirely bc low end unit r12 refrigerant used. Repair costs would be 2-3x the cost of a new unit.

The ice maker thermistor was reading OPEN, should have been a numerical value. I removed the old ice maker. I used a truck stock ice maker, 243297613, installed it and verified that my repair fixed the issue permanently. I advised the customer to not consume the first two batches of ice from the new ice maker.

Noisy dryer, replace idler arm and rollers. All functions test good
