Customer states machine was leaking probably around the float. Opened up the machine and ran it and discovered that it was definitely leaking through the float seal. Took the float seal off, cleaned it and tightened it down because it was very loose. Went ahead and tested it and reinstalled the dishwasher. Everything looks like its working great right now.

Customer states the unit is not filling with water, plugged in the module and checked for codes found there was a circulation code. Ran a tests and found the heater only got to 94 degrees before going down to 92 degrees. Replaced the heater and tried again. The heater was at 109 degrees and still going. Cycled and tested sounded like the unit was working fine but when you opened the door no water was coming down the racks and the spray arm in the the same spots, the diverter disc was not turning it was stuck in one spot and only spraying the silverware. Removed the tubes for the spray arms and checked for debris, removed the discs and cleaned out the debris. Cycled and tested the unit is spaying as it should.

Found broken wires in the hinge. Spliced in six new wires. Didnt have much to work with but it was a success. Now it doesnt go dead and reset the clock.

Customer is concerned that the bake function on her range isnt maintaining the correct temperature for the entire process of cooking her food. We set a digital thermometer inside the oven and preheated to a set temperature, the temperature did fluctuate up and down but the average reading was the set value. We instructed the customer about how her oven works and some strategies to try so that door can achieve better results with her food.

Customer complaint is unit not cooling. a new compressor. Verified complaint and installed new compressor found out of oil in the system. Flushed it all nitrogen once it was all cleaned out. Install new compressor and dryer. Pressure tested and vacuumed. Filled with the correct amount of 134. Unit is now cooling properly explained customer could take 24 hours to cool

Running loud. Found two bad support rollers. Cleaned off shafts and replaced rollers. Vacuumed out a ton of lint and cleaned up the other two roller shafts. Runs great now.
