GETTING ERROR CODE AND WON'T OPERATE - NEED TO CHANGE THE FILTER ERROR. Customer said its not giving it every time. If it doesnt give the error it starts and goes through the cycle perfectly. Customer got it to give the error after about the third or fourth time she tried it. I removed the filter and there was hardly anything in it. I cleaned it out and tested. I cant get it to error out anymore. LG app is not working so I cant find any more information on this, but I think its supposed to be cleaned every time. Washer is built in and you cant get to the filter without pulling washer out. Washer is running and testing good now.

The customers dryer was tumbling and producing airflow, but no heat. I took the access plate off the bottom and tested the heater coil and found that there was no continuity between the upper and lower harnesses. I had a part on board that I used to replace the defective heater coil.I use the kit number 964P3. Once installed and all thermostats in place, I plugged the machine back in and tested it in time dry cycle to verify that my repair was good and everything was back to normal. The dryer is good for normal every day.

The resident is unhappy with their new dishwasher, doesnt dry or clean dishes. The dishwasher drains, in fact the end of the drain line was submerged in the PTrap, likely allowing water back into dishwasher. I pulled the drain line back up the stand pipe so that it isnt submerged.The water supply filling the appliance is cold/luke warm. I let the customer know that running hot water out of her kitchen faucet will ensure that her dishwasher fills with nice, hot water. The water is heated while circulating during the wash cycle, continuity of present and resistance is 15 ohms. There is strong pressure from the wash arms, no error codes present from error mode entry. Adding rinse aid to the dispenser is an important part of achieving clean/dry dishes, the residents reservoir was empty.I didnt find anything wrong with the dishwasher, its in good working condition.

So talk to the customer they said that they had a dryer vent cleaning done. I put my temperature cord inside the machine and the dryer didnt reach 110? while hooked up to the vent. So I slid the machine away from the vent and started the time dry cycle the dryer got up to 180? no problem. Slid the machine back onto the vent again cycle and started the process of drying the machine did not reach 110? again. The problem with this appliance is not the appliance itself the vent that leads to the outside is not clean and they are gonna have to call, the dryer vent cleaner back out to clear any obstruction that remain.

RUNS FOR 2 MIN AND SHUTS DOWN. I started a timed dry high heat cycle and its running and cycling heat between 205F and 120F for over 10 minutes. I started a normal cycle and it shut off after 2 minutes because I didnt have clothes in it. Theres no stored errors and the moisture sensor is testing good. I advised customer to see if the clothes are touching the sensor and try using a timed dry and to shut off the eco dry. Also advised to have vent cleaned.

NOT FULLY DRYING AND MAKING LOUD NOISES. I started a timed dry high heat cycle and its heating and cycling between 230F and 105F and sounds normal. I disassembled dryer and rollers, idler pulley and belt look good. The filter housing is packed full of lint so the flap and filter dont sit properly. I cleaned out bulkhead and reassembled. Tested and dryer is operating normal. I advised customer that the vent will need to be cleaned asap. It vents out the roof.

Customer states there is a film build up on the inside of the dishwasher. Checked and found the this film was on the racks, spray arms and door. Found a build up of debris on the bottom of the sump. Removed the sump and checked the circulation pump for debris, found a little. The customer cleaned all the film off while I had it apart and looked at the stove. I did find both the rack adjusters had broken tabs, the customer approved the repair. Customer said that the dishwasher smells bad. Customer said that its not draining all the way because there is always some water underneath filter. I explained to customer that is normal. I did find that the drain pump cover clip was not fully attached. I attached clip.Customer also was running quick cycle that was a 30 minute cycle and I explained that for a normal cycle with full dry will run about 3 hours and that is normal and will be a full clean. I ran all functions and found that there is was too much suds (see picture) and dishwasher just sucks in air. I showed and informed customer that too much soap and change back into water at end of cycle and cause that issue. I suggested to change soap to finish pods. Cleaned out suds, dishwasher drains fully and all functions are working good.Mechanically the dishwasher is working good

TEMPERTURE IS RISING AND REFRIGERATOR - FREEZING THE FRUITS. Customer said temperatures have been fluctuating a lot, but seems to be colder this morning. FF compartment temperature is 43F and freezer is 6F. I removed the evaporator cover and theres heavy frost on the bottom half, but very little on the top half. I completely defrosted evaporator and after 20 minutes of compressor running the evaporator only has frost on about 65-70 percent. The sealed system is failing.
