"The left side fresh food section has not been cooling well lately for the last month. I called Tech Support and they said that that means that the mixing valve got stuck sending coolant to the freezer. We turned off the power for a couple minutes and power cycled the unit and then took the unit into test mode with Libert. We then switched it so that it was sending coolant to the fresh food section and after a couple minutes could feel the back of it freezing up.So they said that the mixing valve is unstuck now. It can take 6 to 12 hours for it to totally get down to temperature. If after 12 hours, it still is not cooling right said that means that it needs a new mixing valve installed, which would be sealed system work. So if it is not cooling after 12 hours then That means that the unit needs sealed system work and it needs the mixing valve replaced. We would need to give customer a quote for a new mixing valve installed and apply the 99 that he paid today towards the repair."

Unit not draining. Washer was full of water. Had rugs inside also. Draining out the water. I could hear the drain pump. Removed the filter. Its completely clogged. Cleaned out filter. Tested unit is now draining. Explained washing rugs isnt a good idea the backing comes off and clogs everything up I flushed it out the best I could. Its draining now. Explained to customer if it slows down or stops filter needs to be cleaned again. There is probably a build up inside the washer. Warranty doesnt cover us taking the whole unit apart to clean. Nothing else I can do.

"Floor is warped in front of the refrigerator. Checked water filter and water valve and did not find leak. I pulled out refrigerator and found that the water line was kinked and had small crack and water was leaking out slowly. Since it was kinked, customer approved to cut out bad section and use 5/16 waterline fitting. I shut off water to fridge and also found that the shut off at the wall had a small leak when it was shut off.I cut off bad section of waterline, used fitting turned back on waterline and the shut off at the wall was not leaking, I showed customer the leak at shut off and explained that it shouldnt do that and a plumber would need to fix that.Currently nothing is leaking while water is on, customer is ok with that and will check it himself later to ensure there is no leaks.Refrigerator is no longer leaking and is working well.; pckd up 1 SPFU516 (JG 5/16 UNION)"

Checked the compressor again, no malfunction with component, filler drier checks out too. Activated test step one to turn the compressor on high, heard a vibration coming from the evaporator inside freezer. I adjusted the discharge line on the freezer evaporator. Pushed the refrigerator back in to the cabinet and lowered the front leveling legs. I also removed an aftermarket deodorizer from the fresh food cabinet, could have been vibrating against the regulator wall. No further parts or repair visits required.

I replaced the rubber door gasket seal. I removed the power cord that had been spliced for some reason and installed the replacement. I plugged the dishwasher in and started a wash cycle. The drain hose needs to be permanently attached for a siphoning break to be present for the drain pump. The dishwasher contains water during the wash cycle and fills/drains without any leaks.
