Customer complains that the refrigerator is not holding temperature. Upon arrival and inspection I talk to the customer and found that the compressor has been turning off and then the machine gets hot and it kicks back on after a few hours. I pulled apart the freezer section and looked at the evaporator and did a refrigeration test. It failed the sealed system has failed. I could not get the control board to go into defrost mode or even shut off. I suspect theres an issue there as well. Customer will work with an EPA certified refrigeration company to complete repairs if he doesnt replace.

Washer is not dripping as im here. I ran test and checked water valves to check and make sure the screens are plugged with sediment and the valves are clean. That means either the hot or cold valve is intermittently failing and not fully closing causing a leak into washer.I informed customer and told him that if it leaks when not in use to shut off the cold to the washer and see if the leak stops or same for hot to pin point which valve is failing since the parts are expensive.I added picture of quote for both parts and customer will call back with which valve is leaking and we can give a quote and order part that part.Cold valve part# DC62-30312J; hot valve DC62-30314K

"The customer said the dryer does not heat. I removed the inspection cover. The ignitor does not glow. I removed the back cover and tested the fuse. The fuse was open/bad. I quoted the customer for the fuse. I replaced the fuse. The dryer started to heat for about 10 seconds then stopped heating. If I pushed in the timer I could hear the coils open. After testing the timer I found the timer is also faulty. I gave the customer a new total for the fuse, timer and labor. The customer said that the washer would add a little water then he heard a hum and it stops and shows paused. I put into diagnostics. The most recent fault codes was 39. That says the soap dispenser was not rotating. I ran all the dispenser test and its working good. I removed the pressure hose and blew through it. I ran the complete diagnostic test and its working good. I put back on normal. The washer filled and started to wash. I ran the spin cycle. It drains and spins good. If they call back it may need the dispenser diverter per the tech sheet. Diverter WH43X10059Nothing was quoted.

The motor started for a second then stopped and I could smell electrical burn smell. After a few seconds the motor clicked then tried again. I sucked the water out and removed the filter top. The impeller is clear and turns by hand. There is signs water is leaking into the motor. I found the center of the lower wash armIs damaged and pieces of metal from the arm are laying in the dishwasher. It will need the lower wash arm and pump assembly. Today I replaced the lower spray arm and the wash pump motor assembly. I ran the dishwasher and it sounds good and pumps good.

I suspect that during the spin cycle it will turn on the water valve for rising and if there is an uneven load the water could hit the top rim and splash over. I only suspect that due to not seeing any other leaks and customer says it is intermittent.I cannot find any leaks and customer will notate cycle that was being wash at the time of leaking.

The complaint was the dryer is loud with a heavy load. I got a blanket wet and put in the dryer. When it starts up theres a loud thump and squeal. I took the dryer apart. I found the front left roller was completely bad and wobbling and the rear right roller was not turning. I tried to clean the rear roller but it still had a metal on metal feel when it spins. I quoted for the 2 rollers and labor. I replaced the 2 faulty rollers. The dryer sounds normal.

"Customer complaint is, SOFTENER DISPENSER NOT WORKING/INTERMITTENTLY. I called tech line again, and we are not able to figure out whats going on here, because theres not a good test for the water valve. He advised on replacing the control panel, because we already replaced the main board. I have the water valve, so he said I could put it in to eliminate that as the problem. I installed new water valve and started a heavy duty cycle and watched it all the way through to the final rinse cycle and water was dispensing into the softener cup. "Customer said that it would occasionally give the D90 error but havent happened in awhile. When I am testing it dryer is cycling heat normally with vent attached. Vent is good. But i did notice that drum was very tight and did not spin freely, it would turn but when stopping dryer the drum come to quick halt. Found that front frame was not lined up and pushing against the bulkhead and made drum hard to spin.So based on what customer said that on heavier loads would stop and give error and customer would have to restart dryer, possibly dryer motor overheated and shut off since it was working too hard to turn the drum.I realigned front panel and dryer drum now smoothly turns and is cycling heat normally and no errors. Dryer is working good as im here.Would be our (NE) fault so customer would get refund?; saved tckt , states that autho needed"

Unit stays wet doesnt dry inside. On arrival and inspection I found the dishwasher was heavily contaminated with minerals. It was installed correctly minus a missing high loop on the drain hose. There were four stored errors three of which had to do with water temperature and one had to do with stuck buttons on the user interface. I started automated testing to test the heater in circulation system. All the systems are working as designed I found the rinse aid was turned to minimum and they were using a lower grade soap. I recommend the use a booster and or premium detergent until they get a water softener. They also will need to use their inside religiously and the citric acid base cleaner monthly. The dishwasher is working as designed.
