Husband stated it was cooling fine and beeping on high temp alarm, wife stated the freezer was cooling fine but refrigerator was well above temp. Refrigerator powered off upon arrival. Powered refrigerator on. Verified compressor and all fan motors are running. Disassembled freezer. Monitored frost pattern of evaporator coil. Evaporator coil has even frost pattern is cooling to temp. Was at roughly 9 degrees when reassembling freezer. Advised that Viking refrigerator should be back to temp within 24 hours. Asked if customer saw any ice build up on back wall of freezer when issues started. Customer stated there was not any ice build up. Advised to monitor for now. Recommend using secondary thermometers to monitor temps and to call back if issues returns. Advised not to power refrigerator off prior to arrival so that we can see what the issue is if it returns. I suspect that air flow from the freezer to the refrigerator was restricted.

The unit was making ice for the half hour that I was here before leaving on Friday. Office manager mentioned at the end of the day it was still making nice. On Monday when he came in the unit was warm and there was no ice. I ended up calling Perlick technical support this morning because I turned the unit back on and its already made over 50 ice cubes. Its cooling nicely. They said the only thing that could have happened. Is there are multiple relays in the unit, and if one of them got stuck, then that could cause it to shut down the cooling, which would cause it to stop making nice. No way to know which relay got stuck because it is working for me right now and cooling and making ice awesome. if it stops making ice again the the future, will need to come back with all the relays.

Tapped into the system and pressures were 30 on the high side and -18 on the low side, indicating a high side leak charge the system with nitrogen and attempted to find a leak. Isolated the high side of the system at thecondenser and dryer and charged with up to 220 pounds of nitrogen. after about 20 minutes, he had dropped to 204 pounds indicating a leak in the mole loop that is not repairable. Called Electrolux and got a case number.

Tenant stated water will not come on, will do funny things sometimes. Started washer and verified operations. Found AL FS error code for foam sensor alarm for possibly too much soap being used. Ran a rinse and spin to test operations. Washer currently working as it should. Recommend only using 2 tablespoons of soap to prevent oversuddsing. Found door boot is about to leak at door. Also control board fails to enter test mode procedure. If problems persist, a new door boot, control board and user interface may be needed, with customers maintenance team to unstack dryer for washer service. Informed onsite manager Chantelle. They will monitor unit.
