Icemaker was dumping water into the ice bin. I called Beko and ran it through service mode and it passed all the tests and does not leak. The bracket that holds the top drawer in place had separated from the ceiling of the freezer and it looks like that caused some sort of issue with The icemaker. I told the customer to watch it for 24 hours and make sure that everything works well now, and I reattached that bracket for the drawer.
