Customer says washer will intermittently start and fill the tub with clothes but then not advance and he thinks the status lights will blink. Machine will then be unresponsive and customer cant get the washer to advance or drain out the water.I tested washer with load of clothes that he said causes the problem frequently; washer is working good as im here. No errors and all functions are working. I explained to customer that when the problem happens again to take a video on his phone because which lights and how many times they blink is an error code that will help us know what failed. I showed customer how to cancel and drain out the water for future use and if the problem keeps happening to take a video and call us back so we know what the issue is.
Customer is concerned that water seems to be leaking out of the bottom of the DW. The customer added a packet of DW soap and started a wash cycle, water didnt leak during filling and water didnt leak during draining. The DW drained and filled three times without leaking. Adjusted the front legs so that the front is sloped towards the back.

Replaced bad support rods, and used air wedges to lift up washer and get sticky rubber anti shake pads under the washer feet. Made sure it was 4 5/16 from back wall as requested by customer. Runs great now, and tub is level and centered after a spin cycle.

Customer complaint is unit not always spinning out or cycling through spin. When I put unit on a drain and spin, spin sounds good and goes to spin cycle. filled unit for water then put into spin cycle. That had a really slow drain. Removed drain holes and found bunch of, stuffing from a pillow or something similar. Removed as much as I can put unit unit through cycle. working good.

The customer had both oven on at 500 when I arrived. After a few minutes the burners stopped working. I found the spark module wire had plastic wire nuts attached. I replaced the wire nuts with ceramic and now the burners are working.
Verified door falls and cable broken. Replaced the door springs and cables. The power cord was burnt. I replaced the new power cord. It now all works fine
Customer states it takes a very long time for the machine to start heating. Opened it up and inspected the igniter. Igniter seemed weak and unable to open gas valve. Replaced with truck stock part and tested. Seems to be working properly now.
