No ice build up found and evaporator fan motor running as normal. Unable to recreate no cooling issue. Added small amount of refrigerant to see if this will prevent issue from returning. Suspect there may have been some ice build up on the coil that was making contact with evaporator fan motor causing the sound and fresh foods section not cooling well issues. Advised customer to continue to monitor and to call back if issue returns

Used a third bottle and let that sit over night. This morning I flushed it out with RO water, then let it run for 20 making ice and it was totally silent. Then drained and flushed it again a few times, then cleaned it out and then ran it for 20 minutes and its running nice and quiet. They will let it continue to run over the weekend and potentially work out any final hard water deposit. Brian is speaking with his boss about tapping into the RO under the sink, and then letting the icemaker run more with it using the RO water which over time should also help clean it. If noises come back down the road in the near future, next step would be to replace auger motor assembly, which Brian may look to just replace this unit with a Scotsman in lieu of that since its a pricy repair. ; pckd up 1 W11179302 (Cleaner)

Customer states that water fills inside dishwasher and doesnt drain. Based on what she was explaining to me is that they use it as a drying rack and wont drain out water. I stated that unless starting and running dishwasher, it wont automatically drain and based on how much dishes are being dried and dripped into dishwasher it could fill and you still start to see water and the only way to drain that is to start the dishwasher.But she stated she has been using it that way for months and it has never filled up before. She will try running dishwasher and if there is standing water she will call back because when i test dishwasher all functions are working well.She also said her dishes are soapy after a cycle. She was using cascade platinum soap and she has water softener which that soap will have more suds. Customer states there is an intermittent toxic smell when oven is in use but it only happens ever once in awhile. Customer states during spin mode the washer is really noisy but will complete the cycle. I found that the water pressure switch had fallen off and was behind the tub and pushing against the back of washer cavity causing noise and vibration. I clipped water pressure back in place but also added zip tie to ensure that it is secure and wont fall off again.Ran speed wash cycle with load of towels and washer is running normally and no longer making loud noise and excess vibration. I also added zip tie to drain hose going into stand pipe drain to ensure it is secure also. Washer is working well.
