Replaced the sump assembly with new and the dispenser as well. Ran the machine for about 10 or 15 minutes to check for leaks and it appears to be working properly. Everything looks great now and the machine sounds a lot better.

Customer complaint is making loud noise during operation and also kind of a burning smell. Spinning unit by hand right away that the spider bracket was broken. Inspected over the unit and it definitely was unit is on repairable customers and go to Warners to try to get a new one.

Rust falling on tub ring from underside of cover. Uninstalled cover and sanded, cleaned and sprayed white rustoleum paint on underside of cover. Customer will give it 24-48 hours to really set. Cleaned up tub ring. See attached photos. Customer supplied sand paper and towels and drip cloth.

The icemaker sometimes stops producing ice. Customer said they think its possibly related to the RO system tripping. There seems to be a correlation. I called Liebherr tech support, and we did a video call. When the RO goes out, it causes a pressure change, and the icemaker turns off as a safety. You have to make sure icemaker is off, then hold down the power button until it blinks. Then allow it to cycle, and then its ready to go.
