When removing the front panel, the unit started draining immediately and then worked fine. All connections were tight. Speed Queen tech support advised the likely issue was a failing drain pump. Replaced the drain pump, and the unit is now operating properly.

Customer states that it does seem to be spinning but clothes are still wet at end of cycle to where they can wring out clothes and water will drip. I went into service mode and there were two errors: no fill and no drain and cycles were canceled. I found that the the drain line was too far pushed into the drain stand pipe to where it could have caused a siphon effect to where the washer would fill and drain at same time causing those errors.I reset errors and pulled out drain so that is it only 6 inches into stand pipe. I ran quick wash with load of towels and it filled, agitated, drain and fully spun. Washer is working well.I showed customer and he will use as normal and call back if there are any further issues.I called contact Reyan and informed him of situation and repair. He approved estimate. Complete out work order.

Accessed the impeller blades inside the drain pump motor, they had seized in place indicating a failed drain pump motor. I removed the lid and door panels to access the drain pump, removed it. Installed the new drain pump motor and secured plumbing lines in place. Assembled the door panel and ran service tests to verify repair and check on other machine components, I didnt find anything of note that requires attention. The washing machine is good for normal, everyday use.

It has been giving an E 64 error, and shutting off. It also is having trouble with the dial, not responding and it will keep running without pressing start. I called Electrolux to troubleshoot and we found that it had a bad heater that is grounded to the chassis. I quoted for a new heating element and attach the quote. Found that the dryer is full of lint build up. I informed customer that I would need to clean the dryer and make sure the the dryer itself is mechanically working before i can check to see if the vent is clogged with lint as well. Customer approved estimate. Cleaned out dryer of lint build up, tested with vent disconnected and it is cycling heat normally. I attached vent and and the heat spiked which mean the dryer vent is clogged and needs to be cleaned out. Vent runs through ceiling.Dryer itself is working good and informed customer and unplugged and tagged dryer to not use it until vent is cleaned.

Spark igniter. After testing it for awhile, I cant get it to not work. This oven uses a thermocouple, which is like a temperature sensor, that sits next to the burner tube where the flames come out. I know this oven wont keep the burner lit if you dont hold the knob in long enough for the thermocouple to heat up. Once the thermocouple heats up, itll allow the flame to stay lit, which is a safety feature. Its a popular European design. Cant find anything wrong with it. Messaged customer and explained I do not recommend replacing any parts, and how to properly light the oven. If customer calls back with any questions please let RJ speak with them and defer to my notes if any questions.

Freezer drawer magnets in place and functional. There isnt a visible blockage on the ice maker fill tube. I inspected for water pressure to the refrigerator, theres pressure to the inlet valve but I didnt measure the amount of water. Theres not mineral build up on the inlet valve screen or the supply line screen.Manufacturer guided me through a fill test, I could hear water flow , not water did not fill the ice maker. Liebherr suggested defrosting the freezer before proceeding with removing the refrigerator from the cabinet to access hardware replacements. The customers are going to defrost the freezer and let us know if they want to proceed with further repairs.

Returned to inspect cooling issue after previous sealed system repair. Found restriction at the filter dryer yoder-to-dryer connection. Replaced filter dryer, pressure tested with 100 PSI nitrogen, and all joints passed. Vacuumed and recharged with 3.5 oz of R-134a. Final pressures at 100 PSI high side and 0 PSI low side, condenser temp reaching 90?F, and evaporator fully frosted. Unit is now operating properly.

I removed the washing machine lid to access the inlet valves for hot and cold water. I sit water to the appliance off and disconnected the hot and cold supply lines. I removed the hot ave cold solenoid valves ave replaced both with the hardware sent to the home. Assembled the valves and secured them in place, connected rubber water lines inside the washer and turned water supply on to both valves. No leaks found what so ever and the washer fills, agitates, drains and spins as expected again. The washing machine is good for normal everyday use.Replacement parts in pictures.
