Found that two plugs from a black wire to the infinity switches were loose and shorting. Will need to rewire bad connections. Didnt have any 12 gauge wiring on truck. Will order and reschedule for Wednesday the 17th; schdld next appmnt for 8/17 WED !

Customers complaint is unit leaking all over floor and getting E3 error code. I ran unit and found was leaking out the filter. Cleaned out filter. It was filthy. After it was cleaned I reinstalled tested unit 5 times and never leaked. Also added 4 towels and let unit run never leaked. Unit does shake. Customer has unit on anti shake pads. Tried balancing unit the best I can but being on them can only do so much customer wants the pads and wont allow me to level without the pads. ; (serial indicated as 'NotAvailable' so system created UIS w/pseudo #)

Disassembled the back cover and found the nut loose on the rotor. Removed the rotor to inspect and found it was stripped where it fits the the shaft. Unit would need a new rotor for sure. The customer said after they moved the fridge it had leaked some water. It has been 3 days since it leaked last. They had it plugged in but water was not hooked up. The customer showed me some water that was leaking down the fresh food rear panel. This turned out to be a Samsung built fridge. This model needed the Samsung drain kit. I replaced the drain tubes in the back and installed the new parts to the evaporator. The metal foam protector was rusting so I applied foil tape all around it to help block the rust and keep water from leaking out the front evaporator cover. ; used 1 DA82-01415A (DRAIN KIT) from stock

I advised the customer to clean with a dishwasher cleaner and not to use cascade soap. If the problem continues it could be a sensor issue, main board issue or wash motor issue."

Cook top had two different complaints one sometimes would continue to spark even after being ignited. And another some burners the flame was bigger on one side. So I disassembled the top and cleaned all the burner plates and igniters. burner cabs Were installed wrong and thats why the flame was out of whack. I could not get the continuous sparking. Told customer its usually the spark module because it happens on not just one burner. If it continues to happen will need to order spark module for for returning 218440 is the part number for the Spark module

"Custoemr says that it doesnt drain or will leak out bottom. As im here the washer top and bottom were taken apart and the drain trap was removed. The pump housing that holds it into place is cracked so pump is loose. I put drain trap back and ran test. Washer filled, agitated, drained and spun. Not %100 what cause of issue is but i can see that drain pump housing tabs that secure it are cracked so when washer is running the pump housing shakes a lot.But washer is working and completed cycle as im here so i dont think its the drain pump causing the problem, its just loose. No errors.Customer will use it as normal and call back if they have further issues or want the drain pump replaced WH23X32917 part not in stock and not able to give exact estimate."

Unit wasnt draining properly and smells. Found that the unit was spinning find and was draining but was a little weak. Removed bottom kick plate and removed the drain filter. It was extremely plugged and had a strong Oder cleaned that out and reinstalled now. Let customer know it will still smell for a little bit. Let them know to try affresh cleaner and dont add extra detergent to try to help the smell. Everything is operating correctly mechanically.

I found where it was disconnected and I hooked it back up and tape the joint with foil tape. The dryers airflow is very poor. The dryer vents out under the deck. The customer crawled under the deck and was able to pull some lint out of the duct. Advise the customer to call a dryer vent cleaning company that will go underneath there and clean it properly with tools. I looked at the washer and found that is leaking water from underneath and the wash basket is flopping up and down so the tub bearings are bad.

The customer said their was still some dripping from the back of the control housing. Water must be leaking past the seals when it defrost. I was sent info on this model regarding a issue with water leaking into the fresh food. With the seals I have on my truck I did sealed around the air diffuser and replaced the drain ferrule per the tech bulletin. All the seals around the doors look good. It does not appear that water is leaking down from the ice maker fill tube. I sealed the tube on my first visit. I raised the front legs so the doors shut faster and tighter. Not sure what else can be done.
