Shakes really bad when it runs. Has been shaking from the start. I noticed that with my level its tipping to the right. (See photo). I used my air wedges to adjust feet so that its level now. Upon running it with towels, it violently shakes. Play between inner and outer tubs. Appears rear bearing has started detaching, most likely because washer was not level and feet were screwed in at an angle and only part way on floor since they got it. Door boot is twisted. 87646934 is the file number. Got feet level, had to take off a couple feet. Used shims underneath. Floor is concrete and runs at weird angles and levels. Took shipping bolts off back. Ran it and now it shakes much less.

NOT DRAINING. Customer said its backing up the sink when it drains. This is a problem with the garbage disposal/drain pipe underneath the sink. I started dishwasher on a heavy cycle and it filled and started washing. I canceled and drained and when it drained into the garbage disposal it started backing up into the sink. The garbage disposal is partially plugged. I filled and drained dishwasher 4 different times and it drained every time, just the drain pipe underneath the sink is slow. I showed this to the customer and advised on keeping the garbage disposal clear, or the dishwasher is not going to drain properly.

COOKING ISSUES, INSTALLATION, NO POWER-POPPING BREAKER. This is an induction cooktop. It was in the box on the counter and not hooked up. It took me 30 minutes to figure out what appliance I was supposed to look at because I thought I was looking at a range. The cooktop is tripping the breaker about 10 seconds after flipping the breaker according to the electrician. I took it out of the box and disassembled and inspected wiring and connections and all looks good. I called techline and talked to Allen and he had me check some connections. This cooktop only has 3 wires and the box has 4. Its also hooked up to a GFCI 30 amp breaker. Allen said that it shouldnt be hooked up to a GFCI breaker. The builder is going to have the electrician try and replace the breaker with a none GFCI breaker and see if it works. Case file number is 87647856.

NOT COOLING - MAINT TECH SWAPPED OUT SOME PARTS. Maintenance man Jeremy said its tripping the breaker as soon as you plug it in. He tried different outlets and still tripping. I plugged it in and it didnt trip the breaker, but nothing was running. I advanced the timer and then the compressor and fans turned on and started cooling. I advanced the timer again to defrost and theres 120V at the heater but its not heating. I ohmed it out and its open. The defrost heater has failed. Quoted Jeremy to install new heater. He called and talked to Deanna and they approved installing new heater. Installed new defrost heater and tested. Refrigerator started cooling and heater came on when I advanced the timer. Refrigerator is now fixed.

FREEZER IS FROSTING BECAUSE OF THE DOOR GASKET. Found the freezer gasket is falling off. Theres a service bulletin for this and they redesigned the gasket to fit better. Quoted customer to install new gasket. Customer approved repair. Installed new freezer door gasket and tested. Gasket is now staying in place and sealing nicely. Refrigerator is now fixed.

I removed the door from the range, the damaged glass panel from the door. I assembled the new glass panel to the inner door assembly and cleaned out glass that was trapped inside. I mounted the repaired door back into the range and locked the hinges. Verified that the foot opens and closes smoothly and without impingement.

The customers washing machine was constantly stopping because of an error code referring to a leak. I didnt find any leaks. The flow into the wash tub was very slow almost a trickle. I access the solenoid valves for the hot and cold water and removed the valve. I installed the new valve assembly sent by squarer and hooked up all plumbing needed to provide water for the washing machine. I tested the unit to verify there were no leaks, and that strong flow had returned to the machine.

I started a cycle and it filled and started washing, but the circulation pump was loud and failed after about 5 minutes and was just pulsing. The circulation pump has failed.
