Customer will bypass the cap and go right to the food disposal if it happens again. I let him know if he does that he needs to make a high loop so water doesnt back fill

Red and yellow wires on fan getting 12 vdc but not running. Installed our motor from ts but fan doesnt run still. Ordered new fan from sundberg and will pick up tomorrow morning. Accidentally broke the edge of the basket track off when uninstalling shelves, ordered new one from Marcone and having it shipped. The customer said its leaking from the bottom underneath the door. The customer in the past has replaced the inner door gasket. I let it run for about 25 minutes and it seem to be working good and no leaking. After about 25 minutes I could hear the sound head change and I open the door and saw the bottom cover and suds. I had no soap to the dishwasher so the sudsing was coming from the rinse agent that is leaking. Both spray arms look OK. The bottom left side of the door gasket does have a tear in it. I quoted the customer for the door gasket and a new soap dispenser. At this time they want to think about it and then call us back they want to fix it. I added the quote to pics

When I tried the normal cycle drain pump would run but never turn the water valves on and would give E11 code. Put unit in test mode to test water valves. Water valve works properly in test mode and good water pressure. Unit in test mode had extremely high amount of suds. Cleared out suds and then put unit in normal cycle now unit is working good. If there is to much soap the unit will think there is water and never fill. If it comes back might need a pressure sensor. Code came right back. The complaint was the icemaker is not making ice. I ran a icemaker cycle and the icemaker does run and goes to home position and then back. I ran the icemaker fill test and I can hear the water valve buzz but no water comes through. Customer said the refrigerator is still dispensing water and it does. I found the defrost drain was completely filled with ice and not draining. I cleared all the ice in the drain I tried to thaw out the icemaker fill tube but Im still not getting water through it. The customer is going to shut it down for the weekend to see if that will fully defrost. . Advise the customer that its possible the waterline in the back somehow kinked. There will be additional labor if I need to come back and pull the Freezer out and fix the water line

Checked the valve in back and hooked up power the valve worked good and had good water pressure to the ice tray. In test mode it will always say water is off. Checked for broken wires on bottom of door which is common on this model but didnt see any at this time. But I wasnt getting power to the water valve at any time. Test wires from the plug to the ice maker and found the wire for the dispenser was showing open but have no visual of a broken wire. Customer at this time is going to use the fridge without ice

The customer complaint was the dishwasher is leaking from the front right corner. It never leaked for me but I can see where it did. I inspected the door seal and the bottom door seal and both looked good. The spray arms are not cracked. The filter was dirty. I advised the customer to clean it with vinegar then use a dishwasher cleaner. The cleaning may stop the leak. The door handle is also cracked in the middle. I quoted for the handle but they declined at this time. I added a quote with part numbers. If they call back it will need the door gasket and lower spray arm.

"Not heating. Found a bad thermal fuse. Airflow wasnt great outside. I cleaned a bunch of lint out of dryer vent where it exits out the house. Found one of the vent flaps not opening because it had a lot of lint stuck to it. I cleaned that off so it opens now, much better air flow. Replaced the fuse, vacuumed out the dryer and oiled rollers. Replaced a badly cracked belt. There was a paint can opener in blower wheel I got out too. Runs and heats great now. Used fuse and belt. Complaint was after they cleaned behind the fridge they had bumped the water line and now the water supply was leaking at the water valve connection. Plumber had replaced the waterline but it was still leaking. All I had to do was tighten both waterline connections at the supply valve and at the water calve. I then added a strap around the waterline and secured it to the fridge. It is not leaking now advise the customer to leave the icemaker off until someone is living there then turn it back on and make sure theres no leaks.

Customer complaint was at the end of the cycle the washer will go off-balance and the washer would stop and give a fault code. The customer had a load in the washer when I arrived and when I open the lid I found the whole tub assembly it was basically sitting on the ground. After inspecting I found a suspension rods are weak and not supporting. When it goes into a spin cycle it shakes of off-balance and then shut off. They will need the new suspension rods.I called the number for the owner and left a message. This model washer has a recall. Advise the customer to call Samsung and have the recall addressed and then the suspension rods may be replaced under warranty through Samsung. I added a quote to pics.

The washer is stopping mid cycle. I started the washer and it filled and washed and then got to 52 minutes and just sat there for quite a while that it started back up again and then stop again at 49 minutes. There is no fault codes I put into service mode still no fault codes I ran smart install and again it ran fine with no fault codes. This unit does not have a heater. I suspect its either a bad man control or inverter. I quoted the customer for the main control. At this time they did not want to fix it. I added a pic of the quote for the main control.
