customer complaint was not draining . It just got stuck or interrupted so it never drained the water. All I did was hold start for 3 seconds and made it drain. Then I started cycle and it drained on its own. Customer has leaking down to basement , but no evidence of equipment dishwasher leaking and they said it also leaks when they run the faucet on sink . Copper line coming up to dishwasher is more than likely leaking somewhere and splits off to dishwasher and sink. I took pictures of the basement where they have water dripping . Door stud screws from this door worked on that refrigerator and the screw studs from that door worked on the other refrigerator. Installed screw studs and door handle. Frigidaire should start supplying with different sized door handle screw studs as this is not the first time this has happened.
