I did some surface cleaning and left instructions on how to finish up the cleaning and use citric acid based cleaners to clear the contamination on her dishwasher. Unit is a little rough and will require a little bit of TLC to get it up and going. Theyre on the fence whether they will do any repair or they will replace it. Customer will reach out if they have questions or need any further assistance.

Found the directional switch on the inside top was broken and falling off and the start switch has failed. Installed new directional switch, start switch and tested. Now it works on super pac but not normal unless you hold the start switch the whole time. I put the old switch back on and it works perfectly until it gets to the top and then you have to shut it off manually. Looks like the new switch isnt exactly the same as the old one. I ran the washer with towels in a normal cycle with the top off. It still did not leak. I found no signs of water. I ran it on a diagnostics so I could cycle each valve. I tested each valve 3 times and ran all the pumps. It still never leaked. The cut said one time they had water leaking from the front top near the dispenser. I could not recreate the leak. I advised them to clean with a tablet. If it does not leak then put soap right into the washer and not use the dispenser drawer.

There is a vibration noise when the microwave cooling fan is on. I tried to get to stop by putting shims under the fan and tighten screws but no matter what it still vibrates. It will need the cooling fan WB26X10182. Please allow 2 hours. Will need the oven cart to pull it out. I took a heat test and the microwave is heating fine. I explained that this is a 1000 watt microwave and there only one could have been a 1100-1200 watt microwave plus the size of the microwave can effect how it cooks. ; states that autho needed

The customer said that on almost every wash the washer will shake and make a thumping noise. I had the customer out in a good size load. I ran it on a normal wash until the clothes were very wet and heavy. Before the cycle started I pushed the washer back into its spot. I then ran it on a high speed spin cycle. The washer preformed as it should and there was no excessive vibration or knocking. I talked to the customer about possible reason why it happen. I instructed them on loading with alone items and keeping the weights similar. I advised them that if it continues to run 5 towels to do a load test.

The customer said the washer goes off balance and shuts off. I ran test. The not able to fill error and out of balance error were stored. I found the drain hose was to far down the pipe. I pulled it out and zipped tied in place. I found a little bit of oil on the belt. I replaced the belt. I made sure the pressure hose was clear and put a zip tie around the hose at the board. I advised the customer to use precise fill. ; used 1 Wh01x27538 (Belt) from stock

The customer said that the oven was not getting to temp after it beeps and says preheated. I took temps at 400. When the oven beeped and said preheated the temp was off by 100. I advised the customer that the user manual states that when the oven beeps the temp on the display will differ from the temp in the oven and they need to wait additional 10 minutes before putting food in the oven. I waited ten minutes and the temps went over 400.

"Two ignitors were not sparking. Replaced the wires today, but all power was off to the house because of electrical work an electrician was doing. So I could not test it after the repair.
