Found refrigerator low on charge. Pressurized system with nitrogen. Used refrigerant leak detect to check all solder joints. Found leak detect going off in freezer and at filter drier. Disassembled freezer and rewelded solder joints. Rewelded solder joints at filter drier. Pressurized sealed system again with nitrogen at 250psi. Used leak detector to check for leaks again. Is not going off but is possibly detecting residual refrigerant. Worried there may be a small internal leak. Held sealed system pressurized at 250psi for roughly 30 minutes while reassembling freezer. Pressure did not drop. Pulled vacuum and weighed in charge. R134a at 6.00oz. Advised again to allow 24-48 hours for refrigerator to reach temp.

I replaced the bad upper seal and replaced a bad lower seal but had not quoted for the lower seal so I did not charge for that. Found a bad brittle belt so I called and got authorization from the owner to replace the belt. I drove to a local distributor and picked it up, And came back and vacuumed out the dryer and now everything runs great. ; pckd up 1 134503600 (Belt)

customer states not cooling in Ff compartment. 4 door w/ flex zone. Freezer and flex zone cooling properly. No frost on FF evap on arrival, in forced operation was able to get refrigerant flow to FF evap, power cycled unit to exit test mode and unit is now cooling FF evap in normal operation, Called tech line, checked all sensors, Tech line instructed customer to monitor performance call back if issues persist, recommend replace DA94-04405A if issues persist

Randomly beeps 3 quick times at random points during the day and night. Called tech support. This unit will beep three times at random points during the day and night. Power cycling it doesnt help. I spent awhile with Frigidaire and we put it through full test mode. No errors, and all components work. They said it could be a faulty main board, faulty motor control board, bad wire connection somewhere, or a component thats failing. Any way very hard to track. I did find that the motor/transmission assembly is grinding and making clicking/slipping sounds. Was going to quote for the motor/tranny but they said no its fine they are just going to replace it.

Customer stated range leaks gas and oven runs too cool. Took top of range apart and tested for leaks at valves, burners, and tubing/fittings. Found no leaks with soap bubbles. Found gas pressure too high causing flames to over shoot, and gas to leak under cooktop. Verified proper orifices in each burner. Recommend customer have propane company out to set incoming pressure too 11-13 WC. Adjusted oven offset 20?f warmer for customer and informed them how to change back if needed. If gas pressure is corrected and gas leaks continue, recommend new pressure valve control assembly. WB21X33225 valve control assembly.
