NOT COOLING. Found the heating element had failed. Defrosted evaporator and installed new heating element. Refrigerator is now fixed.

Customers complaint is unit not heating. This assembled unit found the magnetron was bad. Replace magnetron. Reassembled and tested. Everything is working properly now.

Replace the fill valve with a new part from Square trade. Feels much faster now and does not give the slow fill. Error code. Seems to be working great.

Found that front rollers are worn out making loud racket. Customer wanted all 4 rollers replaced. Customer approved estimate. Replaced rollers. Tested and dryer now runs quiet and is working good.

Not heating. Found it heats initially but after 10 minutes stops heating. Has bad coils. Replaced the bad coils and vacuumed out dryer. Heats great. The vent has 16 mph air flow. Did a vent cleaning but not a lot came out. No charge for vent cleaning. Recommended moving dryer to have a shorter vent. Right now its long and has a number of 90 degree angles.

The creaking noise is from the right rear suspension rod. I was able to put grease around the ball joint. The noise is gone.
