"The customer said most of the time the bake burner would not light, she could hear spark and smell gas. On this model the broil and bake ignitors spark at the same time but only gas comes out the for burner that needs gas. So chances are she was hearing the broil spark and not the bake ignitor. I tried the bake function and it worked perfectly. I tried 2 more times and it was good. The customer had removed all the pans from the storage drawer. Its common that pans in the drawer can shift and interfere with the bake electrode and cause it to not spark. I put the pans back in but made sure there did not slide to the back. I then tried it several more times and it lighting up every time. I quoted her bb for the updated harness WPW10701462. Added quote to pics. The 2 left top burners are slow to spark light. That issue is most likely the burner switches WP8273075. I could not find the WP8273075 in stock so I did not give her a quote for replacing the burner switches. The customer is going to try it over the weekend and let us know if she needs it fixed."

"Customer complaint is, FREEZER IS WARM, MAKES ICE OK. Inspected and tested. FF compartment was 35F and freezer was only 21F. Found the freezer door gasket was falling off and wasnt sealing all the way, but there was no excessive frost in freezer. The compressor is really loud and the condenser fan is not working. I disassembled freezer evaporator cover and defrosted evaporator and after 20 minutes it was about 80 percent frosted over. Twice when I was starting the compressor it made a clunking noise and then wouldnt start up and I had to wait for it to try again. On the third attempt it started but is loud. Also the FF evaporator fan is working but not giving any feedback so its giving a error. The compressor is failing and also needs a new condenser and FF evaporator fan. Condenser fan part number is WR60X10358."

The user interface is missing a few digits on the display. . Installed new UI and tested. Refrigerator is now fixed."

"Customer complaint is, FREEZER EVAP FAN NOT WORKING AND 26 DEGREES. FRESH FOOD GOOD. Inspected and tested. FF compartment temperature was 39F and freezer was 18F. I put the freezer into defrost and disassembled freezer evaporator and found the evaporator thermistor had fallen off the evaporator. I defrosted evaporator and remounted the thermistor and tested. I put it into freezer cooling test and after 20 minutes it only had frost on less than 50 percent. The freezer evaporator fan seemed to be a little crunchy when you turn it. I installed new freezer evaporator fan. Reassembled and everything else seemed to be working great. Refrigerator had a software update available so I updated it. Refrigerator is now fixed. If they continue to have problems, its the sealed system is not running at full capacity.. ; saved tckt"

After running all the diagnostic test and the cooling test I found the freezer evaporator was not building up was the right amount of frost during the test. Advise the customer to give it 24 hours if it starts to work better it probably needs a rear main control board if it continues to not work properly then it would be a sealed system issue.

Dishwasher filled and started circulating, but then the pump would stop working. I could tap the side of the pump and then it would work again. It did this 4 times . Also the silverware conduit doesnt line up and is spraying water at the door, Im assuming this is why it was leaking, but I never saw it leak. I found a service bulletin for this exact problem with the circulation pump. They redesigned the pump. Part number WD19X25700 if they call back and want to do the repair."

"Customer complaint is, NO POWER KEEPS TRIPPING THE BREAKER AND IT WONT FINISH A FULL CYCLE. Inspected and tested. I started dishwasher and watched it for about 10 minutes and was working great. I ran dishwasher through service diagnostics and there was no errors and everything worked perfectly. The heater and circulation pump were on at the same time and it never drew more than 8 amps. I inspected main board and power supply connections and they all look good. Theres no water leaking anywhere underneath. Ive checked this thing out as thoroughly as I can and cant find any component thats failed. Its testing and working perfectly for me. Dishwasher is plugged into the same outlet as the garbage disposal. I recommended trying it with the garbage disposal unplugged. Customer said they already tried running it with a extension cord plugged in somewhere else and it still tripped it. I would be completely guessing to start replacing parts."

I found the basket and drum are tilted forward and the drum hits the side cabinet walls. The rear suspension rods were bent. I replaced the rods and it was better but the basket was still not spinning round. I replaced the basket drive. I ran a calibration and auto test. Its much better now. "Customer complaint is, GREEN 'CLEAN' LIGHT IS FLASHING, WHICH IS PREVENTING THE DISWASHER FROM TURNING ON AND RUNNING THE CYCLE. Inspected and tested. Found the heating element has failed and the thermistor is leaking on the bottom of the sump. Also the circulation pump and fill valve are extremely loud. I recommended replacing heating element, circulation pump and sump assembly, thermistor and fill valve if there going to do anything, but at a minimum the heating element and thermistor need to be replaced. Heating element is not in stock."

"I pulled it out and found water in the bottom again. I let run for a while and drain it and started back up. I cannot see it leak anymore. I removed the door front and no sign a of water. I tipped it on it side and removed the bottom cover, still no signs of a water leak. It looks like the bottom spray arm could be splitting under hot water conditions. I advised the customer if I had to make a educated guess I would replace the bottom spray arm and door seal. At this time he wasnt to do nothing."

"Customer showed me that there is big ice block in ice bucket also customer said that around that time everything in the freezer started to seem soft but then customer did power freeze and refrigerator has been working normal. Ice maker is broken, plastic that hold on thermistor broke and when ice maker cycles it doesnt drop 2 cubes which causes ice maker to over fill and leak, creating the ice block.I suspect that the cooling is fine and i think the ice caused the door not to fully shut making food thaw and now that the door closed the food is frozen and cold.Ice maker would need to be replaced. Part not in stock but gave rough estimate. Customer will think about it and call back if they want to proceed. DA97-05037D."

"I found the evaporator was all frosted up. I put into diagnostic mode and ran test number six and test six the bimetal showed open. I removed the bimetal thermostat and test did it for continuity, it tested closed. I put it all back in and now it started to defrost and the bimetal showed closed on the control. I put dielectric grease on the Molex plug for the bimetal and fan and I replace the bimetal thermostat just in case. I defrosted the center of the evaporator. I advised the customer to give it 24 hours before all temps are back to normal. ; used 1 WR50X60 (DEFROST BIMETAL) from stock"
