Removed debris and tested unit is now draining properly. Property manager will need to have someone come out and repair cabinet so DW can be mounted properly. Monitored dryer start and heat. Monitored heating element cycling on and off with thermostat. Checked exterior vent. Appears to have good air flow out of vent. Customer states that last weekend when it was very humid outside she opened the dryer and there was water drippings on drum and door. Contacted speed queen tech support. Tech support stated the only way to something like that to happen would be if the vent was restricted. At this time the dryer is operating as designed.
