The dryer shakes. I found the blower packed full of dryer lint. I vacuumed out the lint and removed it all from the blower. It works good now.

Customer states the unit just stopped.Removed the cover and tested the lid switch, found the lid switch was worn out, replaced the switch, cycled and tested the unit operating as it should.

Customer states the oven doesnt work the bake or the broil.Tested the bake igniter no amp draw. Removed the back cover and found the amp draw low on the broil ignitor. Quoted customer to replace both ignitors. Customer approved, installed cycled and tested. Bake and broil functions working as they should.

Leaving black marks on clothes. I cleaned a ton of char off of rear vent, replaced bad rollers that had black rubber shavings, and reseated seal around door that was hanging down. Runs great. Vacuumed out.

Old door gasket on refrigerator was torn. Replaced door gasket with provided part. Steamed the door gasket to conform it into place. Looks great now.

It is the actuator making the grinding noise again as its is trying to shift from agitate to spin. Strange that it would be another failure of part but upon inspection nothing else seems to be an issue. Only other part would clutch but seems ok. I went ahead and replaced both clutch assembly and actuator. Tested and washer shifts between spin and agitate smoothly. Washer is working good am im here.

Replaced broken belt. Cleaned and oiled rollers. Vacuumed out lint and cleaned bulkhead. Runs great now.

Dryer not heating and running for hours on end. Checked junction box. 210 at outlet and junction box. Cleaned lint screens. Still didnt heat. 4 ohms black to brown, and 3 ohms black to blue. 2.6 ohms brown to blue. We ran the dryer for 10 minutes and it went up 15?. We put it through full test mode and there are no error codes. The compressor and cooling fan and all components run correctly. We explained to tenant that they should not use dryer sheets because of how it comes up the filters and prevents moisture from exiting the dryer.we also told them not to use the shower when they have the dryer running because the dryer will suck in all that excess moisture.
