I sucked ip all the water and removed the drain pump from the sump. I found a bottom to a candle was stuck in the hose. I cleared the hose and tried it again. It now washers and drains out good.

I moved the timer knob back and forth then all of a sudden I got vintage and the ignitor started to glow. The timer was very touching and intermittent. It needs a new timer. Then when I put unit in a drain then it started to look out the drain hose on the back of the unit where it connects. Pulled unit out and the drain hose fell right off the back. It was loose. Removed the old clamp and reconnected hose then added a clamp I could tighten. Tested unit multiple times and had no leaks. Let customer know to watch it just in case but even showed her I had no leaks.

Inspected and tested. Washer was empty when I got here. I found a stored F9E1 long drain error code. I ran washer through service diagnostics and everything was working perfectly. I filled and drained it 5 times before the pump failed. The board is not sending voltage to the pump sometimes, it was cutting in and out. Also the drain pump has a small leak coming from it. Needs a new board and drain pump. Quoted customer $665. to install both. Customer declined repairs and is just going to replace the washer."

"Dishwasher is leaving a film on dishes. Checked water, it tests 20 on a scale of 0-25x, 0 being soft and 25 being the hardest it can be. They have really hard water. Also checked what detergent they use. They use cascade. I recommended switching to finish. Also, the filter was clogged with probably a couple years worth of fat deposits, and bones. I took all filter parts out and scrubbed them for 20 minutes, getting the majority of fat out, and all the bones out. Talked with customer about using finish dishwasher cleaner too. Everything is working well on it, but needs a deep clean to help it wash how its supposed to. Too much fat and oil coating components to allow it to wash 100% right now, but customer will do the final step of using finish cleaner."

The fresh food temp was set to 38 but actual temp was around 30. Last visit I tested the sensor and from what I found the sensors tested good. Today I replaced the main board. For the heck of it I replaced the fresh food evaporator sensor and the fresh food temp sensor. The sensors were extra stock so no charge for the sensors. The temp now read 66 in the fresh food and the temp was dropping. The water tank is still frozen. I advised the customer to give it a couple days for the water tank to thaw out.

"I replaced the fan assembly and tested the wall oven. The covenction fan developed a rattle once the unit was reinstalled. I pulled the unit and spent four hours total chasing the noise and trying to make adjustments. In the end, the convection fan cover was rattling on the lower left-hand corner. It is a fraction fit with two screws that mount at the top. I was unable to tighten it up to the point where it made no noise. after conversation with the customer, we chose to stop chasing the noise they will work with the manufacturer and the retail company who sold it to them to try to get some satisfaction. Due to the tight fitting nature of the racks, I dont feel there is any option to use a custom solution to quiet the cover. I gave her a discount, and after exhausting every option I can think of."
