Icemaker stopped making ice. I found a bad icemaker and water filter assembly. Replaced them, cycled icemaker and it filled with water and cycled great. Also thoroughly cleaned out freezer.

Customer complaint is, THUMPING/KNOCKING NOISE. Inspected and tested. Found the left rear roller has slid back on the bushing causing the drum to ride to far forward and rubbing on the seal cutting it. Dryer needs a new front seal and roller kit. Installed new roller kit and front felt seal. Tested and dryer sounds great. Dryer is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, loud whining noise when dishwasher is running sound like a bearing or something. Found the circulation pump is loud. Installed new circulation pump supplied by warranty and tested. Dishwasher sounds great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

There was ice building up in the freezer. I found ice built up in the freezer around the drain. I removed the ice and defrosted the drain. The fans and compressor sound good. Its cooling good.

Returned with parts, removed the dishwasher, unhooked manifold, installed new one cycled and tested. Both spray arms now working.
