Not draining through the evaporator drain. Water runs down then through the vents into fridge. I pulled out the fridge and found now the duck bill on the drain was full of organic gunk. I cleaned it and steamed it, and steamed out freezer drain and now the water drains properly. Tenant also mentioned concerns about the door seal. I inspected it and its great and seals perfectly. The fridge does tip forward because of the floor, but there are not legs to adjust, so I could not raise front of fridge. Showed tenant that if they slide a couple shims under the rollers it will raise the front and then the door is less likely to pop open.

Had been giving a door lock error. The main pcb has been replaced a few times. Door lock 2x. Been 8 or 9 months since it was last replaced. I ran it and then after inspection found that the door micro switch was broken and one of the wire harnesses was partially disconnected from the door latch assembly. I took out the assembly and cleaned it up since it had some detergent on it. Installed new micro switch and used zip ties to make the harnesses extra secure. Runs great now with no error. If for some reason error comes back in future I would want to come back with the door lock assembly. ; pckd up 1 ES0496 (Micro switch)

Bosch dishwasher was giving error code for water being detected in base of dishwasher. Uninstalled dishwasher. Found water that was in base has evaporated. Ran dishwasher to test. Monitored dishwasher fill, rinse and drain multiple times. Unable to locate any water leak. Based on the amount of soap suds in the drain hose and detergent residue around float switch it would appear the dishwasher had over suds with soap causing soap bubble to divert into the base of the dishwasher which caused the flood safe switch to activate. May have been caused by loading habits as well. Monitored dishwasher for roughly 30 minutes and am unable to locate any water leaks coming from any components, water hoses or drain hoses.

Upon arrival customer stated that the machine seems to be making a rattling sound when it is draining. From the way the customer from the way the customer described it it sounds like it's an issue with the drain pump but I could not recreate the sound. Open up the drain pump and inspected it to see if there was anything inside and couldn't find anything. Clean some gunk out of the pump. Reinstalled and tested in the machine sounds okay at this time. Customer is going to try and capture a video if the sound comes back. If the customer calls back please request a drain pump from SquareTrade
