Squeaking intermittently, and is loud during the spin. I spoke with the tenant when I came on site, and he said the noise is developing louder and louder overtime. I listen to it both agitate and spin. The gearbox is getting loose, and you can hear a clicking which develops into a squeak with a load. To fix it we would have to replace the gearbox.

Customer complaint is, building up ice on the bottom of the freezer, side by side. Inspected and tested. Found the evaporator drain was plugged. Defrosted evaporator drain and cleaned out drain on the back side. Refrigerator is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, refrigerator is not staying cold. CURRENTLY 50 DEGREES INSIDE. Inspected and tested. The FF compartment is 54F and freezer is 3F. Found the evaporator was frozen over completely because the bimetal has failed. Defrosted evaporator and installed new bimetal. Tested and refrigerator is starting to cool nicely. Refrigerator is now fixed.
