"Customer complaint is, CONDENSATION COMING OUT THE TOP LOOKS LIKE A SEAL/GASKET ISSUE. Customer said at the end of the cycle theres moisture on the top of the door on the left side. Inspected and tested. Door seals look good and door is closing perfectly. I ran dishwasher for almost 30 minutes and it was completely dry on top and around the door. The dishwasher is not mounted very straight or level because of the cabinets and counter tops not being level. I tried straightening it out and leveling it, but cant do much with the opening not being square or big enough to adjust anything. The dishwasher really should be tipped back further, but cant because its hitting the counter top. This is the best its going to be with the way its mounted."

The customer complaint is the dryer takes a long time to dry. I did a air flow test from inside and the air flow is poor. I went outside but the dryer duct cover is to high up to access. I set the dryer to time dry and high heat then took temps. The high heat got to 158 and it took a long time to get there. It then took a very long time for the temps to come down. I went outside to check the vent cover and found its higher than 8 feet and it was open but I can see it has a birds nest inside. I advised the customer to call someone to have the dryer duct cleaned.

"Installed new pressure switch and still getting F11 error. I tried cleaning and sucking out the pressure switch tube and could appear to be blocked, because when using the vacuum I feel no suction from other end. Its small white plastic tube fitting that goes 90 degrees into sump and no way to pull it out without splitting the bottom base all the way off from the wash tub?The sides and bottom is all one chassis and screwed in from the inside of the tub that holds it in place. Seems like a massive job. I called tech support and got disconnected twice when trying to speak with them. I cant find pressure switch tube part but seems to be part of the sump?Looks like I have to disconnect everything and put dishwasher upside down and pull off whole bottom to get to the sump?Sump part# 474289 and about 3 hours of labor to split and disconnect everything is what Im thinking from what I researched.I broke the old pressure switch when trying to remove it.Please find part and quote customer.; saved tckt , states that autho needed"

Unplugged water line and test water valve no water coming out. Getting correct voltage to the valve. Unit needs a new water valve. Customer says unit is under warranty. "The customer said the upper oven does not heat up correctly and sometimes when they have the lower oven on the circuit breaker will trip. It for sure will happen when the upper oven is on it sometimes on the lower is on. Today it did trip for me once when I turn the lower oven on and the upper oven. I removed the upper oven liner and ran the oven and noticed that the bake igniter is weak and takes a very very long time for it to light. I removed the lower oven bottom pan and noticed the bottom pan was bent down so it could have been touching the bottom oven bake igniter, and they can also cause the breaker trip. The customer fix the bottom pan for me so it does not rub against the igniter. I replaced the upper oven bake igniter. I started both ovens and let them both preheat to 350 and it did not tripped a breaker.

The complaint is the dryer does not heat. I verified the dryer does not heat. I checked the duct fuse and I found its bad. The duct that connects to the duct housing came apart. I hooked the duct back up and then put foil tape around the joint. I replaced the fuse and vacuumed up all the lint inside the dryer. The heats good. I went outside and tested the air flow and its ok but not great. The customer said its been a while since the duct had been cleaned so I cleaned the dryer duct.

"The customer complaint was the fresh food section was not cooling well. I found frost build on the back panel and when I removed the panel the fan was not working. The Newfi tool had the fan error and defrost error. I put into defrost and its defrosting good. The fan is bad. I replaced the fan, defrosted the evaporator and cleared the defrost drain. I cleaned up all the ice and then ran the firmware update.

"DD62-00050A (sump gasket) is leaking water. inner drain hose DD81-01502A is leaking a lot of water. Needs both. The control only works usually for heavy and quick washes. All the buttons respond. Needs new main PCB. DD82-01248A. Bottom door seal is falling apart. DD62-00048A. Also needs DD69-00014A. Case break is full of junk thats blocking water flow/ I cant get that out. Needs case break. Cant find part number for that. Dishwasher filter is damaged Part #DD63-00104A. Needs gasket that lines the outside of the case (cant find that part number). Lastly, motor has been shorting out from water leakage. Some big burnt spots on motor. Couldnt run it to verify how it runs because of the leaking. "The customer says the washer bangs on all loads, but worse on heavier loads. I removed the bottom panel and found a big block of shipping foam underneath the washer. The foam block was preventing the washer from moving up and down. That caused the back left shock absorber to break. I removed the foam block but now it needs a new shock. No issue with the lower drawer that is working good. The customer complaint is when he powers in the upper dishwasher and then shuts the door and presses start a couple seconds later the display will flash and that indicates the door is not fully closed. If I closed the door tight and lifted up on the door and held it tight the dishwasher will start running like it should. I tried this a few times and its working great. I raised the front legs about 1/2 inch until it was more level. Now the bottom drawer does not drag on the ground and the upper dishwasher drawer is working every time. I had the customer fill it with dishes and its still working good for us.

The complaint was the dryer is dead and does nothing. I verified when you press start the dryer does not start. I took the back off and checked the rear fuse. The fuse was bad. I replaced the fuse and tested the dryer. The dryer runs and heats. The air flow is bad. The air flow is good with the dryer duct disconnected. I advised the tenant to use the dryer on low heat and I will tell the office staff the dryer duct needs to be cleaned.

"Freezer trips the gfci. I plugged it into a non gfci and it doesnt trip anymore. If its on a single non stacked outlet, and freezer is backed up to the outlet, and its on its own circuit, its ok. In a non lived in room. This freezer didnt trip until they moved it into the newly remodeled sump room. They will check with Minneapolis code and probably switch out outlet to a single and back up freezer to the outlet."

The customer complaint its not spinning clothes dry. I verified the dryer does heat. When I did a air flow test the air flow is very poor. I disconnected the duct from the dryer and now the air flow is good. I took temps and on high with the duct connected the high temp was 89 and with it disconnected the high heat was in the 150s. The dryer duct must be cleaned.

The customer said the noise now was more of a knocking sound and sometimes it got worse. I verified I could also hear the noise. I pulled the dryer out and I found a screw that was removed from the rear bulk head laying on the ground. I put the screw back in. I took the dryer apart and checked the rollers. The right rear roller felt rough. I replaced just the right rear roller. I put it back together and ran it. The dryer sounds normal and does not make the knocking sound.
