Pawn arrival opened up the machine and removed the old door seal. New door seal is different because replacing the whole door seal requires replacing the entire door. Using a separate part and going to make it work. Installed part and tested. Machine seems to be working properly at this time. Instructory customer to watch the machine carefully to make sure that there are any leaks

Pawn arrival open up the machine discovered failed windings in the compressor. Evacuated the system and remove the compressor. Installed new compressor and filter dryer. Charged with refrigerant and tested. Seems to be working properly

Found no issues at this time. Ran and tested through cycles. Machine does shake a little but determined the flooring is a little soft.

Replaced faulty defrost heater. Cleared all ice out again. Started refrigerator and tested operations. Refrigerator cooling properly again.

The customer reported temperature fluctuations in both compartments, with the freezer ranging from -10?F to 20?F and the refrigerator between 28?F and 36?F. They mentioned that the evaporator fan had been replaced about a month and a half ago due to heavy frost buildup at that time. Upon arrival, I found some frost still present on the evaporator coils. The defrost heater tested OK, but I suspect a partial defrost issue may be occurring, potentially due to the defrost sensor terminating the cycle prematurely. To address this, I repositioned the defrost sensor further down on the evaporator to improve its accuracy and defrost performance. I advised the customer to monitor the unit and reach out if the issue persists.

Replaced water level pressure sensor water and main control board. Filled washer multiple times and verified no more leaks. Washer in good working condition.

Called tech line . Induction cooktop locks out when operations such as having pan to close to control settings for burner temperature. Which on cooktop it advises not to cross line with pan . Advised unit operates different but called tech line for confirmation . Company before us bent front control panel bracket ! Took unit apart and fixed that issue so control panel isnt knocking around.

Customer stated dryer sounds horrible. Took apart and found faulty roller wheels. Quote approved for dryer rebuild kit. Replaced (4) roller wheels, idler pulley, and left spare belt with customer. Installed new door cam. Opened and closed door multiple times making sure the door sealed properly.

customer icemaker showed E9 error. The customer had an icemaker on site. Tech replaced and the error was gone.

customer stated the drawer was not closing all the way. Tech found water filter housing not seated properly. Tech seated the housing and the drawer closed without gaps.

customer complaint is drain pump was running long after cycle and wouldnt let her start a new one. I tested it by manually draining and it worked normally and restarted it and that operation was good as well. More than likely, something got stuck in drain and it eventually got pushed through. No error codes and no water in base pan .

Returned to install repaired control board, plugged it in and unit is now operating properly will take 24 hours to cool down. Display works and displays temps , as it didnt before.

Returned to install control board. Unit is now operating properly and shouldnt have random beeping .

Completed water valve replacement. Unit is now operating properly.

Upon inspection pulled unit out, found that a company put in the external venting cap without the hard venting screwed to the cap going through the wall to the venting from the dryer advised to call company back out for the labor. We had to do tested unit with the venting off found that issue by how was cycling Perfectly unit is good to go done

Upon inspection took door boot spring off inspected door lock assembly found that there was a connection off refastened it verified with my fastening that its not coming undone. Put unit back together tested it verified. It is engaging properly filling draining done no leaks

Washer was completely dead. Found the GFI had tripped. Reset the gfi and now its running great. I called Steve and left a voicemail that just the trip charge. $129.

Found that the evaporator fan motor was getting a lot of ice build up near fan blade and would either be real loud or fan wouldnt run causing poor cooling. Found that when the ice maker would cycle and fill some water would spill over and leak down back wall and pool on evaporator fan. I tightened and added some aluminum tape to secure fill tube and no longer spills over fill tube. Tested and no more splash over. Refrigerator is cooling and working well.

Complaint is no cool. Found leak at condenser to Yoder joint. Cut out leaking join and repaired.

Replaced UI and main PCB and works great now.

Dryer tumbles but doesnt dry. Found that the gas coils were shorted and would not turn on the gas for heat. Also the door switch was broken and wouldnt turn off when door was opened. Also the rollers, belt, idler were worn. Replaced rollers, belt, idler, gas coils and door switch. Also cleaned out inside dryer of lint build up. Unit not draining. It has a very long drain. The drain pump sounds good. Also the drain lines are clear. Unit is getting an air bubble. Vacuum the air bubble out while draining multiple times now unit is draining properly explained customer would be best to run the drain right underneath the sink instead of down underneath the floor because its a lot of pressure against the drain pump and the drain hose has a backflow plug.

Unit giving CFE MESSAGE. Compressor is burning hot. The back and sides also are. The condenser fan isnt running. Customer tried to replace the unit but it didnt fix the issue. Getting 7 DCV which is proper per tech sheet. Quoted blue book for replacement. Customer is going to see if they can get LG to cover replacement.

Installed inlet valve pressure switch verified no leaks coming from it. Installed power supply board verified unit filled up on deep fill bulky sheets and stopped filling and went into agitation. Unit is working perfect done.

Customer stated fabric softener overfills in washing machine. Found soap like substance backing up fabric softener, and top ring of basket. Removed top of washer and cleared buildup. Verified operations of washer, customer to keep unit from building up with debris. Somebody was putting soap in with the fabric softener, causing buildup. Washing machine in good working order.

Replaced magnetron, transformer, capacitor and diode. Tested and no more burning smell, microwave is heating and working well.

Tenant states there was pooled water in one of the dishes and said there were still soap suds in it and coffee mug still had some coffee stains in it and some dishes were still wet. I ran diagnostics and there were no errors. All functions are working well.Customer is using 1 hour cycle, i tried to explain that for hard to remove stains to use heavy and for better drying to use rinse aid and more dry option.Customer doesnt like that a cycle takes 3-4 hours to run and only uses 1 hour because she washes dishes with dish soap and rinses them before putting it in the dishwasher. I tried to explain that to ensure that dishwasher soap from sink creates a lot of suds to be sure that its rinsed throughly in the sink before putting it in dishwasher.When running cycle there was no soap suds in dishwasher which is good since i did not add any.Tenant did not like my answer of showing the user manual for cycle times and use of rinse aid and how to load dishes to avoid water pooling in dishes.I called homeowner and let him know the situation of tenant being upset but mechanically all the functions of the dishwasher are working as im here.

Replaced evaporator cover assembly, tested and fans are running and refrigerator is cooling and working well. Informed customer 1-2 days for ice to be made.

Unit wasnt cooling. Was room temp. Testing like a restriction. We removed every braze last tech did to make sure it was nothing cause by our repair. Then made sure the unit was cleared. Was getting low pressure at first through the three way valve but after a bit of pressure with nitrogen it cleared. Another company was out that did a compressor and condenser. Once we had everything cleared finished brazing then pressurized for leaks. Vacuumed under 300 microns. Then filled with refrigerant. Before we left it dropped 10 degrees and pressures ready correctly.

Installed new ice maker right away started cycling and filled with water. Now unit is working properly

Removed the refrigerant, removed the compressor, installed the new compressor checked for leaks, pulled vacuum, updated the software, added refrigerant, made sure the unit was cooling. The refrigerator is working as it should.

Unit cooling on departure, instructed customer to wait 24hrs for unit to return to normal operation

Customer complaint is that unit is not making Ice. Completed troubleshooting with LIEBHERR found freezer setpoint at 7?F with the freezer set this high. Removed start components and replaced with new. Compressor started and is running with good amp draw. On my arrival customer States that the machine seems to be leaking some sort of black fluid from the front and that they don't know if it's cooling good enough. Pulled off the front grill and it appeared as though something spilled on the grill and was continuing to drip. Instructed the customer on how to clean this Grill and make sure it was clean before I left. Customer also had the temperature settings set at the highest settings. It started customer on how to set them lower as needed

Installed new control board. Also set personality. Ran and tested fine.

Customer says to the machine doesn't ever seem to stop filling and never progresses through the cycle. Discovered that the standpipe in the wall was set too low and the Machine was siphoning out while it was trying to fill. Raise the height of the drain hose to prevent siphoning and tested. Machine seems to be working properly

Replaced inlet water valve assembly. Started a wash cycle and verified no strange banging noises. Washing machine in good order again.

customer states unit trips breaker when running dryer, can see Arcing behind panel. Inspected and found wire from flame sensor to coil valve not secure, rubbing against drum and arcing, repaired wire and secured away from drum, unit now working properly/ not tripping breaker

Found idler pulley to be heavily worn and making noise. Installed new idler pulley and checked all other components in machine. Ran and tested fine. ; pckd up 1 279640 (Idler pulley)

Removed air tower and replaced with new air tower assembly with damper motor. Removed fresh foods temp sensor/thermistor and replaced with new. Set refrigerator to 38 degrees. Product should no longer be freezing in fresh foods section.

Not heating. Found a broken igniter. Replaced igniter and it heats great now. ; pckd up 1 WE04X25996 (GLOW IGNITER KIT)

Took freezer apart and defrosted all ice from coil. Replaced faulty control board, and faulty defrost limit that became encapsulated in ice. Defrost heater tested good. Re-assembled and tested refrigerator, unit working properly again. Recommend wait 72 hours for proper ice production again. ; pckd up 1 Wr50x60 (Defrost thermostat)

Customer complaint is of strange motor noise from fridge that stopped when opening the door. Was not able to replicate issue but based on customer complaint cover/fan would be most likely. If issue returns cover may need to be replaced.

Customer complaint is that unit is not heating in upper oven. Found thermostat has failed. ; (serial indicated as 'NotAvailable' so system created UIS w/pseudo #)

Unit was improperly installed on kickplate and rubber that holds in the sound with the insulation reinstalled and re-leveled unit mounting bracket that attaches to granite countertop was installed incorrectly fastened that reinstalled kick plate verifying door opens all the way unit is working. Great tested great no leaks.

Customer stated washer was leaking water. Tightened water fitting. Customer likely to replaced 13 year old stacked washer and dryer.

Removed defective circulation pump and replaced with new. Tested operations. Verified new recirculation pump is pumping water over evaporator coil. Advised should be dropping ice within the hour

Upon inspection, uninstalled old power supply board installed with new calibrated through the software inside fridge engaged immediately control panels working compressor kicked on unit is good to go

No heat everything else works - ran dryer on time dry and dryer ran fine cycled between 220?F and 120?F tested on normal dry with no clothes heater did not turn on due to no moisture sensor. I applied moisture to sensor and normal dry cycle between 210 and 120 Fahrenheitreinstalled dryer vent that had been detached by customer all functions Tesco on dryer advised customer of time driver versus sensor dry checked vent outside house normal flow.

customer states smells gas only when using oven and sizzling noise when turning off left front burner, tenant stated another company was out already to look at this issue unsure what was done, Inspected unit gas pressure regulator not screwed down/ secured to cabinet, dangling behind unit, back panel missing multiple screws, and looks like igniter was replaced, checked oven operation igniter operating within spec 3.3 amps, checked all gas fittings for leaks with bubbles and none found. Secured regulator to cabinet, and reassembled, instructed tenant, no functional or safety concerns present, any gas smell they would be detecting is a result of normal operation.

Water leaking out the front. The defrost drain is clogged removed ice and steamed ice out then cleared out the drain hose. Tested by pouring glass of water down the drain all went to the drain pan. Unit is working properly now

Washer has been leaving oil stains on clothes. Found the inner basket loose from the tub. Unit is 19 years old and front load. I gave a rough estimate for bearing replacement but given the age of unit they are going to replace.

Upon inspection unit didnt have a bad control board that was ordered. I will return unit had a defective aqua stop that was brand new installed by me a couple months ago replaced aqua stop verified. Theres no leaks from any connection units. Feeling great and working great done no leaks.

Replaced all parts listed. Works great now.

Customer pulled unit out after getting error code AE. Which is leak then didnt see anything. It leaked everywhere on the floor when I pulled unit and found the air break was loose when the water is fills it sprays on the floor. Tightened up the air break now its working properly

Dryer runs well, but on sensor dry it stops too soon. I cleaned off the sensor bars with alcohol, and also mentioned to customer how small loads can cause it to stop early. Did a dryer cleaning special. Vacuumed it out, cleaned and oiled support rollers, and cleaned off outside too.

Water is pooling up on bottom of freezer. Found the drain line plugged up and frozen. Steamed everything out and made sure it drains well now. Also installed new water filter the customer had on hand. Charged minimum labor. All fixed now.

Replaced right side fresh food door gasket that was ripped. Used heat gun and ensured gasket is sealing all the around door. Refrigerator is working well.

Upon inspection blower spray arm metal piece was broken adjusted and fixed lower spray arm ran a test cycle after the fixed verified. Its not pinging unit is working great done

Arrival customer states that the machine makes a buzzing sound in the freezer while running but stops if they open the freezer door. Discovered some ice built up around the freezer fan. Doesn't appear to be a defrost problem. Cleared away the ice and instructed customer to make sure that doors are being shut properly. Claimed all the air filters for this machine for customer. Tested machine seems much quieter now

Clutch assembly needed lubrication had none on clutch added and ran an agitation cycle in a drain cycle no squeaks no noises sounds perfect. Done

Found ice maker tray to be broken in half. Installed new ice maker. Ran and tested fine.

LG front load washer will not spin. Found bearing defective. Basket is seized up and has roughly 1/2 inch of play between inner spin basket and outer tub. Provided quote for inner spin basket, rear outer tub and seal replacement. Due to cost of repair customer will be replacing washer.

Installed the fan motor, the fan is working as it should

Customer stated dishwasher blinks and beeps towards end of cycle. Started dishwasher and observed normal operations. Removed trim piece from under dishwasher with owner permission. Removed from raised platform and disassembled. Found a trace of water in base, but no visible leaks. Replaced brittle drain hose, heater limit, and drain pump with cracked housing. Started a load and verified operations. Dishwasher running normal again. DD81-02635A drain pump was also onsite and used.

Customer stated dishwasher stopped draining after cabinet countertop install. Found full of water. Found drain hose plugged with a rubber cap at sink connection. Removed cap and verified proper operations. Dishwasher working properly again.

Customer complaint is that unit is not producing ice. Found water was not filling into icemaker due to filter / bypass missing. customer replaced bypass and unit is now operating properly.

Unit not cooling. Diagnosed a bad compressor. Replaced compressor and filter dryer. Pressure tested for leaks filled with refrigerant then let unit run for 15 minutes to make sure pressure are reading good

Took unit apart cleaned out blower wheel housing ! Did not use gas valve coils ! Found back exhaust thermistor was gummed up with burnt lint! Cleaned that off and that compartment out! Tested unit verifying heat is working properly for 20 mins

Replaced sensors and tested.
