"Customer complaint is, dishwasher wont stay closed, CANT TURN IT OFF. Customer also said it doesnt drain. Inspected and tested. Found the door latch was flipped the wrong way and the dishwasher thought the door was closed, so it would run with the door open. I disassembled door and inspected door latch. Its not broken just flipped the wrong way. I reset door latch and tested. Dishwasher is working properly, but is draining slowly. I inspected air gap and its full of junk. I bypassed air gap and put high loop in drain hose underneath the sink. Tested and dishwasher is draining great. Dishwasher is now fixed. If latch does this again, we should replace it part number 5304525218. I called and left a message with Kianna. Please bill customer. ; saved tckt"

Unit making funny noise and over sudsing. Customer said they have been adding rinse aid more and more. Thats because its cracked and is leaking causing it to over suds. Which is causing the motor and drain sound goofy because all the soap. Once the soap is gone the motor and drain sound good. Quoted blue boon for new dispenser 00490467. Customer approved. Ordered from Dey and rescheduled for 10/10; ordrng 1 00490467 (DISPENSER ASSM - W/SOAP/RINSE AGENT & SENSOR)

"The customer said the water has been slow out the door, the ice that is made is smaller and the refrigerator is leaking water from the back of the unit. When water is dispenser and the valve assembly sounds odd and water is leaking from the valve. We inspected the water valve and it needs to be replaced. We removed the water line and the pressure out the line is good. We replaced the valve assembly and now it does not leak but the pressure is low and there is water hammering. We found the filter manifold is bad. We bypassed the filter manifold and now its much better and good water pressure. We quoted for the whole repair and now will order the manifold. ; used 1 242252702 (I/M VALVE - FILL VALVE 3 -COIL) from stock, ordrd 1 5304522623 (Filter manifold)"

"Found that the igniter is weak and not turning on gas. Replaced igniter, tested and oven heats and is working good.But customer also said that oven door is hard to open. I checked it and it is a little bit, its not smooth. It still opens and closes but is hard and makes a click noise when opening/closing.Looks like hinges are bent. Would need both left and right hinges. Also looks like both side panels would need to be removed to get access to the hinge and spring. Would have to pull out range. "Giving an FH error. It fills well with cold water, and fills with hot water. Could be bad pressure sensor switch or flow meter. Quoted for both. Put it in test mode and let it go all the way through all the steps. Everything works great in service mode. Coming back Monday to fix. Will do one part, if that doesnt fix it, will install the 2nd part. "Customer complaint is, SEEMS TO HAVE LOST POWER. BREAKER IS GOOD, BUT WILL NOT TURN ON. Inspected and tested. Found a melted wire at the junction box. Repaired wire and tested. Dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed."

Unit is dead wont power up. This is a common issue on these for the board having a spot that corrodes over time. Disassembled and she enough its that issue. Cleaned up corrosion and started to work explained to the customer it will come back. Just matter of when. Quoted for a new one. If it comes back they will replace unit

Not dispensing water or making ice. Verified complaint. When I try the dispenser can here the valve. Pulled unit on protective Mat. Once out removed the water line after prime valve. Has water. Rehooked up and slid back to original spot. Removed the water filter tested still nothing. Next removed the hose from the dispenser from the valve in the door. Tested and both ice maker and dispenser is working. So all valve are good and have water. Next blew through. The lines to clear them. Rehooked up and its working properly installed the filter then tested stopped working. Customer needs to get a new filter

Replaced water filter housing. Tested and water sprays out with full force and is working normally. Refrigerator is working good.

"Complaint is clothes arent drying. Takes 2 or 3 cycles to dry even a small load of baby clothes. Customer said it might heat at the beginning but then it stops. I ran it for 25 minutes with vent disconnected and a load of wet bath towels dried out nicely, and heat consistently cycled between 115 and 150. Spoke with GE tech support and they said that itll cut heat out at + - 150. I then ran it with vent connected and it consistently ran at 135 - 167. Towels didnt dry out as fast as before. Dryer runs and heats great. Not sure whats going on with vent in wall but its not allowing dryer to vent like its supposed to. Only error in test mode is for the door latch."

"Washer doesnt spin or rinse. Found the drain line plugged up. I cleaned out the drain line. Now it drains, fills, agitates and spins great. I showed them how to clean drain and left my drain cleaner with them in case they need it for future use."

Installed drain pump from last diagnosis. Once installed tested multiple times fill and drain. And then ran unit for a while to make sure no leaks. Unit is now working properly

"Customer complaint is, CIRCULATION PUMP OUT. Inspected and tested. Started dishwasher on a pots and pans cycle and it filled, washed and drained. Customer usually uses the china cycle, so I canceled and drained and started a china cycle and it was working great. I disassembled sump and the chopper blade screen is plugged solid. Customer cleaned screen off and I reassembled. Tested and dishwasher is working great and has a lot better water pressure. Dishwasher is testing good.

"Customer complaint is, NOT HEATING. Inspected and tested. Found the heating element is fried. Customer approved repairs. Installed new heating element and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Tested and dryer is heating, but is getting up to 245F. Airflow on outside of house is basically nothing. I disconnected vent and airflow is 30mph on back of dryer and heat is cycling perfectly between 185F and 125F. The problem is the vent. Vent needs to be cleaned before using.

Wires were shorted. Replaced both wire harness and spark module. Tested and cooktop now ignites and all burners are working good.

Door not aligning and making weird noise. Found the top of the fresh food door is loose. Removed the hinge and found that the the female end inside the door is busted. Unit needs a new door to fix that issue. Customer said he also has a ice maker issue and fan issue so they will replace the unit.

"Water spraying out where waterlines connect to the back of the washer. I tightened up the waterlines where they connect, and put it on a wash cycle. It runs and fills, agitates, etc great now."

Customers complaint not drying. Removed peep cover and found the igniter never glowed. Checked the back thermostats everything is good. Disassembled unit completely and found the igniter is toasted. Customer approved. Installed new igniter. Also did a clean up and maintenance while in there. Reassembled unit then rehooked venting and checked air flow outside which is at 18MPH. Unit is working properly.

"Customer complaint is, OVEN IS NOT MAINTAINING TEMPS PROPERLY; CUST REPLACED TEMP PROBE. Inspected and found the bake element is fried. Customer approved repairs. Installed new bake element and tested. Oven is heating great. Oven is now fixed."

We checked the compressor and the pressures. The low side pressure was around 55 psi and the high side was around 60 psi. Those pressures indicted a failing compressor. We replaced the compressor and the filter drier. I purged the system and pulled a vacuum. I replaced the main board then recharged the sealed system. The unit is cooling. I advised the customer to wait 6 hours before putting food back in and wait 24 hours for it to be normal again.

The auger motor and yoke is stripped so it will not spin the ice bucket auger. We cut off the bad yoke and replaced all parts. Now its working good and dispensing ice.

"Customer complaint is, GREASY OIL SPOTS ON CLOTHING AFTER WASHING. Inspected and tested. I removed the softener cup from the agitator and its full of black soap scum. I filled washer up and let it agitate and didnt see anything greasy. I think the spots are coming from soap scum buildup. I recommended customer run a heavy duty washer through the washer on the hottest heaviest cycle."

"Ice building up on bottom of freezer and door doesnt fully seal. Found a large thick sheet of ice on the bottom of the freezer. Removed that, and then steamed out a big frozen drain line under the evaporator. Also steamed out a big block of ice going into the air vent to the fresh food section. I found some screws that were loose on the door bracket and I tightened those up so that the door can seal better now on the freezer. It seals great now. Also, water drains great down the drain for the evaporator."

The customers complaint is the washer leaks from the door. We started the washer on a clean cycle. I found water is leaking from the soap dispenser drawer. The customer will order a drawer and replace it himself.

"Found that belt is broken and glide is worn. Customer approved estimate. Replaced belt and glide, also cleaned out inside dryer of lint build up. tested and dryer is heating and working good.

The complaint was water leaks out from the air gap. I bypassed the air gap and then tried it again. Water was still not draining. The customer had replaced the garbage disposal but did not knock out the plug. I knocked out the dishwasher plug and now it drains good.

"Dryer not heating. The ignitor was coming on but the coils were not opening. Tried to replace coils but realized that I either need a special kind of coils or a new gas valve. The ignitor didnt seem to be glowing bright so I replaced the ignitor with the ignitor SQT sent, but the coils still dont open. Needs new coils. Please see attached photo. ; O-emld tckt , states that autho needed"

"Customer complaint is, IT PAUSED AFTER 20 MINUTES. Inspected and tested. Dryer runs perfectly for a couple minutes and then shuts down and the display says pause. You can restart it a couple times and then the display goes dead. After a couple minutes, theres a click coming from the lower right side and then the display comes back on and you can start it. It just keeps doing this. I disassembled dryer and its packed full of lint. I vacuumed out inside of dryer and bulkhead, and tested all the thermostats and everything tested good. I reassembled and get the exact same thing. I installed new high limit thermostat and tested. Now I have no heat. I disassembled again and found the inlet safety thermostat is open. I jumped thermostat and ran dryer and its running, heating and got up to 230F the first time and now is cycling between 180F and 125F consistently for 15 minutes. Needs a new inlet thermostat. This is the same part I needed last time and it didnt get sent with me. I cant find it on the parts diagram. Can someone find this part for me please and give customer a quote. ; saved tckt , states that autho needed"

"Dishwasher makes a rumbling sound when you start it, and it doesnt fill with water. Theyve been having some plumbing issues lately too. I turned the water off all the way under the sink, then turned it back on and started the dishwasher. I could see some dark stuff make its way through the waterline, and it filled. I cancelled it out, then started a new cycle, and it drained and filled again. I did it a third time, and it drained and filled. Verified at wires 13 and 14 for the pump, 22.7 ohms, and it should be 22. So pump is good. Same pins should be sending 120 VAC to pump, and its only sending 7 or 8 volts. Part number is 445820. But its NLA. Unit was built in 2005, so its 18 years old. I let the customer know, that its NLA. Can someone see if they can find it? Amy at Asko checked all their data bases and said its not. ; saved tckt"

"Water was shut off when I am here. They have plumbing work going on. But the lady explained to me that they had the water shut off at the street and after that happened the faucet was clogged with bunch of white sediment that was in the water lines that affected their coffee maker that was hooked up to the hot water line as well.Even though Water was shut off when Im here, almost certain that the water valve for this dishwasher is clogged with the same sediment that affected other issues.Office: taking forever to load asko page to lookup part# for water valve. "Found that the evaporator is not defrosting fully and ice build up on top of evaporator. Appears that the defrost sensor should be moved from the right to left part of evaporator so the heater stays on longer to fully melt the frost build up (see picture)Office: I cant find any parts break down for this model. I know there was a service bulletin for other model of LG that had longer wire defrost sensor that could be moved to the left side of the evaporator and place it there.Please see if that part exists, Long orange wire defrost sensor. Or just a defrost sensor part to be replaced.Also the evaporator cover looks like it has melted and cracked (see picture) order refrigerator evaporator cover assembly as well.; saved tckt"

Customers complaint temps are off in fresh food. Hooked up SmartHQ found the evap fan error. Put in test mode the evap isnt working. Installed part tested working properly. Reassembled unit updated board to resolve issue. Now unit is working properly.

"Customer complaint is, FRIDGE WILL NOT COOL. ITS SITTING AT 59 DEGREES. Inspected and tested. Freezer is 1F and FF is 57F. I removed the FF evaporator cover and found the evaporator fan has failed. Customer approved repairs. Installed new FF evaporator fan and tested. FF is starting to cool nicely. Refrigerator is now fixed.

"Found dead, smelly mouse. Cleaned out inside dryer of lint build up and oiled up rollers. Tested and dryer is heating and working good."

"Not running. Found a broken belt. Replaced belt, vacuumed out dryer, and greased rear bearing. Runs and heats great now.

"Taking a long time to pre heat, and also they have to set the temperature higher than the desired temp. Found a bad bake ignitor. Replaced the ignitor, ignites great now and heats great. Took temperatures and it heated up to set temperature of 400 within 10 minutes.

"Pressures was equalized at 50psi. No leak compressor is bad. Cut old compressor and filter. Cleaned up all metals for braze installed compressor and filter. Once installed. Pressure tested to 200 no leaks. Vacuumed and gilled unit and now its working properly.

"The customer said the ice maker is not working and there is a loud noise. I found there is ice build up around the freezer fan and thats making the loud noise because the fan is hitting the ice. The fresh food section is still cooling good. The ice maker gets the cold air from the freezer, so if there is not good air movement then that can effect the ice maker. I put the unit into defrost then removed the drawer and the evaporator cover. I found frost and ice build up only at the top half of the evaporator and some frost on the ceiling in the freezer. It looks like the door was not sealing good at some point and warm air leaking in at caused excessive frost and ice build up. We manually defrosted the entire evaporator and pulled all the ice off the fan. We reassembled the freezer drawers and verified the door seals good and tracks good. We tightened all the door handles ."

"Giving DR error. Found the drain line was hanging down and not looped up like it was supposed to be. I looped it up and secured it up high and secured it going into the drain with a zip tie. Also showed customer that the filter has a bunch of lint built up and she said she would clean that. I scooped out all the lint inside the filter area, between filter and fan, and in the back behind the filter, so that its cleaner now. Ran it for 20 minutes, no moisture on door like before and no error.

"Igniter is weak and not turning on gas all the time or has very long preheat. Customer approved estimate. Replaced igniter, tested and bake preheated and is working good.

"Replaced door lock, tested and washer fills, agitates, drains and spins. Washer is working good."

"Door hinges were slightly bent down, so door was sagging to the left. Because it wasnt sealing great, they were getting moisture on ceiling of fridge. I took door off and adjusted hinges so that now the door is more level and seals better.

Found that there was piece of shell fish or debris that was stuck in the air trap. Customer said it was ok to bypass that and go straight into garbage disposal with a high loop. Tested and dishwasher is draining and working good.

Found that the bake will turn on and then gas will slowly die and shut off and 2 seconds later gas turns back on and will keep doing that over and over and keeps making the poof gas sounds. Igniter seems to be weak. Replaced ignitier to see if that is the cause. Customer approved estimate. Tested and bake turns on and stays on during preheat. Range is working good.

"Customer complaint is, LEAKING WATER. Customer said its not leaking every time, but when it does they see it coming from the bottom left corner and theres a puddle on the floor. Inspected and tested. I pulled washer out and removed top. Inspected hoses and dispenser and didnt see anything leaking or wearing. Put washer into test mode and filled, agitated and drained 3 different times and it never leaked. I cant find a leak. Washer is testing good."

Unit not making ice. Unit is also unbalanced. Verified complaint. He said he tried to replace the filter. He said he has gotten some small cubes and then stopped. Cycled ice maker. Found that its harvesting properly with out issue. Unit kicked out really skinny cubes. Then filled with water but was also had air in the system. Explained to customer when they change filter it will need to run a few times to get the air bubbles out. Showed customer the test button also if it gets stuck.

"Today we replaced the compressor and the filter dryer and then updated the main board. I leak checked and purged system with nitrogen and then pulled a vacuum. After I pull the vacuum, I recharge the system and everything is working as it should. I advised the customer to give it 6 hours to cool down before putting food back in."

The customer complaint is both sections are loosing there cool. The fresh food section was around 43 and the freezer was around 13 degrees. I put my gauges on the system. The low side pressure was minus 15 and the high side was around 125 psi. We checked all the joints in the back and found no leaks. We tested the freezer evap and fresh food evap. We found a leak at the fresh food evap lock ring connection. I used a evaporator that was sent and I repaired the the connections. I replaced the filter and then pulled a vacuum. I recharged the fridge. I advised the customer to give 24 hours to cool like normal.

"Fridge has still been leaking. Found a crack in the drain pan under the fridge. We replaced it with a tinfoil pan. As a temporary. I secured it with some silver vent tape. Customer will see if he can get a plastic organizer container thats longer to put under the drain.

"Customer complaint is, THE DISHWASHER HAS STOPPED DRAINING THE WATER FROM THE BASIN. I REMOVED THE TRAPS/SCREENS AND CLEANED. Customer said filter was really dirty when he cleaned it. Inspected and tested. I vacuumed out water from sump through the hose underneath the sink and it drained perfectly. I removed drain pump and drain hose from the sump and did not find anything in either. I reassembled and started a heavy cycle and dishwasher filled, washed and drained perfectly. I filled and drained dishwasher 5 times and it drained perfectly every time. The hose underneath the sink does not have a high loop. I put a high loop in it. Dishwasher is testing good."

The customer complaint is the washer does not wash good and does not spin out good. I ran the washer and found the impeller/pulsator is stripped. During spin the clothes cannot balance so it does not spin well. It needs the pulsator replaced. Today we replaced the pulsator plate. I ran a wash cycle and spin. The pulsator plate agitates and the washer is able to balance.

"Unit wouldnt spin out clothing. Put unit in spin. Unit drained but never spun. Disassembled unit and found bunch of rubber on the floor the cupler is busted. Quoted customer for replacement. Installed new part tested unit is working great.

"Customer complaint is, THE BROILER IGNITES BUT OVEN BAKE DOES NOT START. Inspected and found the drawer underneath had a metal pan to close to the bake electrode. Removed pan and tested. Oven bake electrode ignited on the first time 4 times. I preheated oven to 350F and let it cycle a couple times and its working perfectly. I showed customer the problem and advised on not putting to much stuff in the drawer."

"Customer complaint is, NOT HEATING LIKE IT USED TO. Inspected and tested. Started dryer on a timed dry high heat cycle and it spiked to over 270F before I shut it off. Airflow on outside of house is 7mph and back of dryer is 25mph. With vent disconnected heat is cycling between 220F and 105F. The problem is with the vent. The vent is really long and has at least 6 elbows that I can see, probably more behind the sealing that I cant see. Looking inside the vent from the outside, it looks like the vent is broken or at least offset. Customer is going to need to call someone to fix the vent and clean it. I advised customer that if they could reroute the vent and make it shorter that would be better option."

Customer complaint unit not spinning out and draining. Found once I filled it had a really slow drain. Pump sounds good. Drained and vacuumed the water out. Once all removed. Took filter out and its full of junk. Vacuumed out sump and reassembled filled and drained multiple times. Unit is working good. Recommended using affresh to remove smell.

"Customer complaint is, LEAKING FROM THE TOP CEILING, FROSTING UP THERE AS WELL. Customer had moved refrigerator outside from the garage. Inspected and tested. The door is not sealing in 3 different spots. The gasket looks good. The door looks bowed in on both sides. We flipped the door hinge around and now its better, but still not sealing in 2 spots. Customer is going to try and put something on the frame to see if he can get it to seal better."

Unit isnt heating. Igniter will glow but not lite. Before changing the coils I checked the flame sensor and found it was open. Needs a flame sensor. Installed part. Tested unit and its working great.

"Customer complaint is, NOT COOLING OR FREEZING, 7 DEGREES OFF ON WHAT THE TEMP SAID. ICE MAKER/H20 DOESNT WORK. Inspected and tested. Freezer temperature is 2F and FF is 37F. Ice bucket is full of ice. Its just not dispensing. The display is dead, so no water or ice dispenses from the dispenser. I removed the dispenser and found the connector wasnt plugged in all the way. I plugged it in and now the ice and water dispenser are working. Refrigerator temperatures are testing good and dispenser is now working."

"Air gap totally packed with food debris. Seeds and other debris. Pulled out dishwasher, dried out water that had backed up into the dishwasher. Cleaned out air gap.

"Replaced evaporator cover inside refrigerator, new part the evaporator fan was in backwards. Had to flip it so the problem didnt happen again. Also replaced ice maker. Tested and evaporator fan is blowing correctly and ice maker no longer making loud clicking sounds. Refrigerator is working good."

"Customer complaint is, TAKES TOO LONG TO HEAT UP BAKE, THE COOKTOP BURNERS ARE NOT HEATING UP FAST. Inspected and tested. All 4 burners get red hot and cycle on and off. Oven temperature sensor ohmed out at 1090 and both elements tested good. I preheated oven and got there in less than 15 minutes and heat was cycling between 380F and 325F. Range is testing perfectly. This is a new range to customer and I advised them that its working normal."

"Customer complaint is, NOT DRAINING. Inspected and tested. Found the lower spray nozzle and screen were loose because the tab is broken that holds it in place. Needs a new spray arm kit. Part on order. I went to install the kit and the base in the kit is not the right part. Ordering new spray arm base. Installed new kit and base arm. Tested and dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed."

"Making a clicking sound from left cabinet side in ff section. Found there is no clearance on left or right sides, causing sealed system refrigerant line to make all kinds of sounds, extremely hot on sides. Needs 13/16 clearance on both sides. Nothing we can fix on this. They will figure out how to adjust cabinets.

"Found that the heating element shorted and broke so that was causing burning smell. Also found that water valve is bad on dishwasher as it only filling up half the water needed for normal wash. Also found that there was broken glass in drain pump causing no drain. Customer approved estimate to replace water valve and heater. Replaced parts, tested and washer now fills, washes, drains and heats. Dishwasher is working good.

The complaint was the dishwasher does not fill with water. The customer said the dishwasher sat in the garage all summer. When start is pressed the dishwasher will run the drain pump and then its quiet. I checked for power to the water valve and I get 120 volts. I hooked the plug back up to the valve and now it fills with water. I tried it 3 more times and it was filling and washing as it should.

Water was leaking from diverter. Today I replaced the diverter assembly and then ran the dishwasher. I found no leaks and all is working good.

"Found that the hot water valve on washer is leaking from top. Customer approved estimate. Replaced valve, tested and no more leaks. Washer is working good."

Replaced bad user interface and water dispenser module. Works great now.

Unit not draining. Unit had standing water. I vacuum out the old nasty standing water. Once out. Unplugged unit and removed the drain pump. All the fins are good on the propeller. I did find a chunk of glass in the sump where the pump locks in. Removed glass reassembled. Tested multiple times. Draining properly. No leaks. Explained to customer the pump looks good but there is a chance it might fail again. If it does give us a call and we will have to replaced the pump.

I tested dyer and heat only got up to 150 degrees and shut off. Dryer is short cycling heat due to clogged dryer vent. Found that the drying problem is not with the dryer. I disconnected vent and dryer itself is cycling heat normally. I can see the vent is clogged and is using flexible venting but appears that it goes up to the roof. Venting is clogged and ripped.I tired calling the autho contact but went to voice mail. Please follow up with management company and let them know that dryer venting will need to be fixed/replaced and cleaned so that dryer will work efficiently.; saved tckt

"The customer said the unit is slowly loosing its cool again. Today I found the unit is on and cooling but the fresh food temp was around 42 and the freezer temp was around 26 degrees. I pulled the fridge out and put my gauges on the high and low side of the compressor. The low side pressure was -15 and the high side was around 90 psi. I used the dye light and glasses to look for dye. I found no dye leaking from any of the joints. I used the leak detector sniffer and checked for leaks, still found nothing. As a last resort I sprayed all the joints with leak detector soap, still no leaks. I did find the back wall of the refrigerator is swearing up around where the refrigerant lines going the ice maker evaporator. When that happens that means the foam around the lines has broken down and it gets so cold then it sweats. The back of the fridge is very cold. When the copper lines start to sweat they will oxidize, and then corrode and that can cause leaks in the copper lines. Last visit I added a leak stop sealant. It held for a while but the leak but be bigger now. The sealed system leak and the swearing on the back wall is unrepairable. Please submit my findings and pictures. "Unit is turning on after power outage. Verified complaint checked outlet thats good. Checked wiring connections at box that was good. Next drop the board and found no light on which GE PER TECH SHEET SAYS REPLACE CONTROL BOARD. tried restarting unit nothing. Tried hooking up SmartHQ and that wont even get power. Unit needs a new board quoted blue book. Customer had unit loose had pulled unit out and there was black powder under the motor. The motor is definitely throwing some debri out. "F8E0 error. Cooling fan. Put in test mode and fan doesnt come on. I then did the ohms test on the fan, and it was 80 ohms between P5-1 and P6-3. Should be 25. Then did the hall sensor VDC test, and board is sending 5 vdc to the sensor which is to spec. Needs new cooling fan. Quoted for fan. Coming back Thursday to install. ; ordrd 1 W11107275 (Cooling fan)"

Not cooling. Called Beko. We put into test mode and all sensors read 210 degrees F. Compressor and fans run in test mode. Needs new main PCB. Part number is: 5955804900Cant find anyone who has it. Found that the injector nozzle broke off and cracked so when washer fills it sprayed outside of the wash tub. Also the front cover clips are gone and causes washer to go out of balance.Customer approved estimate. Unit not draining. Verified complaint. Put unit in drain could hear the motor hum but nothing. Removed pump and found the drain pump motor is seized. Quoted blue book for replacement and rescheduled ordered part from DeyWD19X24829 drain pump; ordrng 1 WD19X24829 (DRAIN PUMP ADAPTER ASSM)

Unit will start and work for a while then will randomly shut off turn on start working off and on but never finishes a cycle. Went through text mode everything is working properly. Went through spin fine. Started a loud and never shut off for 10 minutes. Looks like the board is common issue. Customer is leaving this weekend for while wondering if we can get in before that. Customer complaint unit loud during spin and doesnt seam to be operating correctly. Found that the gearcase is extremely loud. Needs a new gearcase. I tried to removed the wash plate but I was at point I might break it. Ordering new wash plate just incase its completely seized and have to cut off. Explained diagnosis of what I found. Also went over WHE coverage of 500. Customer understood. Ordered parts from Dey and rescheduled. Water or ice wont dispense. Took off line from wall and has good flow but found a lot of weird floating white stuff in the line. Found that it had gotten into the refrigerator water valve and is clogged with it. Needs new water valve (looks like there is a inlet and secondary water valve) Also the ice maker arm broke and never stops making ice.Parts shows not in stock. The lid strike was broke off in the latch. We replaced the parts ordered. The lid switch is working good and the washer is working great .

"Bellow came off when a shoe string got caught in it. I checked things over, nothing suspect with washer. Reattached boot, ran through test mode, and it runs great. Spins, drains, fills perfectly."

"Found that compressor is not running. Bad overload/start relay. Customer approved estimate. Replaced relay, tested and compressor turns on and is running. Refrigerator is cooling and working good.

Found that the door lid plastic near hinges are cracked and door wont lay flat and thats why you need to push lid down so lid lock will latch. Customer declined lid replacement and will glue or tape it to try and get longer life out of the washer.

The customer said the dishwasher stopped and was flashing the AE leak error code. We pulled the dishwasher out far enough to see under at the pumps and hoses. I then started the dishwasher and it filled then started a wash cycle. We watched it for 20 minutes and its not leaking. There is some water in the pan so it did leak at some point. I sucked the rest of the water out. I advised the customer it could have leaked from inside of water was misdirected or it was over sudsing. I advised them to run the dishwasher with no soap on one load then run with soap and see what happens.

"Found that water valve was leaking also found that the fill tube was disconnected and would leak when filling. Replaced water valve and pulled it dishwasher and secured water fill hose to side of dishwasher as normal. Tested and dishwasher fills, washes and drains. Dishwasher is working good.

The belt was broken. I replaced the belt and cleaned the rollers and vacuum the dryer out. The dryer runs good and sounds good now.

Installed new damper control from last diagnosis. Could hear something when disassembling to get to it. Turned power off replaced part reassembled plugged unit back in and tested. Unit is working properly and no loud clunking noises

Found that the water line extension that the copper water line was into had a crack on the plastic waterline and was spraying wate. I showed customer and told him we could just bypass that hose extension and go straight into the water valve and he was ok with it. Tested and no leaks.Refrigerator is working good.

The customer said the oven does not heat evenly and they get a smell. I found the bake ignitor is very weak and only draws 2.5 amps. When it does light only have the burner is lighting and that can cause a gas smell. I gave the customer a quote for the repair. I replaced the bake ignitor.

Oven not heating. Replaced a bad bake ignitor. Put it on bake and watched it quickly ignite and preheated great.

The dryer duct just needed to be hooked back up after the customer pulled the dryer away to clean behind it. We took the dryer apart and cleaned it and oiled the rollers. We put the dryer back together and tested the operation. We pushed it back and secured the dryer duct to the dryer.

Oven not heating. Replaced a bad bake ignitor. Put it on bake and watched it quickly ignite and preheated great.

"Customer complaint is, THE FRIDGE IS NOT PROPERLY MAKING ICE, IT DOES WORK SPORADICALLY. Inspected and tested. FF compartment is 39F and freezer is 2F. Ice maker is clicking and trying to cycle but cant. Needs a new ice maker. Installed new ice maker and tested. Ice maker is now fixed."

WANTS THE WORK DONE FROM 5/22 - FRZING FOOD IN FF. Installed new FF evaporator cover with fan and tested. I hooked up SmartHQ and theres no software update available. Refrigerator is now fixed.

Red tagged. Have to diagnose further. Customer also has job number 71189 we need collect that total with this job of 237.57; (serial indicated as 'NotAvailable' so system created UIS w/pseudo #)
