Customer complaint is, TRIPS BREAKER. Inspected and tested. Found the middle door switch has failed and the holder is wore out. Customer approved repairs. Installed new switch holder and 3 micro switches. Tested and microwave is working great. Microwave is now fixed.

When the wash plate spins it makes a loud rubbing sound. I removed the wash plate and found the bottom of the basket is breaking and it coming up and rubbing on the wash plate. The center of the wash plate is loose and coming out. It needs a wash plate and inner tub basket.

Water is leaking and running down the seam on the back right side of the fridge, between the metal cabinet. No restrictions in the drain line. No condensation on outside of the fridge. No cracks or leaks on external waterlines

High limit is open. REplaced high limit and cleaned out inside of lint build up. Tested with vent disconnected and cycles at 200 degrees. I attach vent and spiked to 250 degrees. Customer vent runs across the house and he will clean vent. Dryer itself is heating and working good.

Found that the drain pump is bad and wont drain and wont advance cycle. Customer approved estimate. Replaced drain pump, tested and dishwasher drains and is working good.

The customer said the dryer does not start. I found the timer knob was broken so when I turned the knob is was not turning the timer shaft. I replaced the knob and then turned it to a time dry. The dryer started and works on all the cycles.

Not cooling and water leaking underneath. Had a bad inverter board. Replaced that and some waterline coming to the water valve. Ran the dispenser and no leaks.

He was polite, diligent and obviously really experienced with repairing refrigerators. They do not charge you if the repair doesn’t work - even after they spend the time and installed a new part. Ours ended up working based on his guess but it was reassuring to know we would not be paying for the repair if it did not work. The service fee is deducted from the parts & labor. I could not recommend Nate or this company more. Truly exceptional service.”
