Unit giving a burning smell and shaking. Removed the front cover found that a sock was by the belt which was giving a burning, but there was also a lot of oil and debris from the transmission and belt. Removed the sock and tested the unit shaking quite a bit, and I found that the snub ring that goes underneath the transmission is cracked, which will give some shaking. Also, the transmission is shot on the unit. Both parts are no longer available. Customer states dishwasher not draining and getting I30 error and wont start new cycle, custoemr had to unplug dishwasher to get it to stop.Found that the garbage disposal drain plug was never punched out and dishwasher wouldnt drain and then overfilled and leaked into the drip pan causing the error.I punched out drain plug from garbage disposal and emptied the water in the drip pan. Dishwasher now turns on and no errors. DIshwasher runs and drains normally. Dishwasher is working well.

Some stains have been found on clothes. So I cleaned off rear grate that had black build up on it with wire brush, and cleaned brown stains off rear inside the drum. If stains persist, Id recommend a new seal and rollers. Since theres a little bit of a gap between drum and rear, rollers may help along with the seal. If problem persists he will call us and then Id need to come back with those parts and make sure hes quoted before I come out.

Dryer gives d80 error, which is an airflow issue. Found the vent longer than normal behind the dryer and it was folded over itself. Pulled washer out, got behind dryer, removed vent and shorted it and then reattached. Now its a clean run straight to the wall. Also took dryer apart and found a lot of lint in it. Disassembled the whole thing and vacuumed it out. Cleaned out bulkhead. Also found the noise was from a loose baffle screw. Reattached that and also added another couple screws that were missing. Now it runs nice and quiet. If error comes back they will need a vent cleaning. Last time they had it cleaned the cleaner couldnt go on the roof and do it all due to snow.
