Not draining. Found a plastic safety seal from a bottle stuck in the drain pump impeller. I removed it, now dishwasher runs and drains great.

Customer complaint is, after the disposal clogged now the dishes dont come clean. Customer also said its not drying the dishes. Looks like all these problems happened at the same time. Inspected and tested. Started dishwasher on a heavy cycle and it filled, washed and drained perfectly. I ran dishwasher through service diagnostics cycle and there was a F7E1 no heat error. I found the heating element has failed. Installed new heating element and tested. Heater came on in test mode. Dishwasher is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, beeping noise and didnt finish a cycle. beeps reset now it not draining properly, over heating. Inspected and tested. Theres standing water underneath the dishwasher and theres a water detection alarm. I think thats were the beeping noise is coming from. Water is leaking bad from the circulation pump. Im assuming the water levels is low because its leaking so bad causing it to get too hot on the inside of the dishwasher.

The compressor was bad. I replaced the sealed system parts needed and the control. I did preform the board update. I pulled a vacuum and recharged the system.

Unit wont turn on. Verified complaint. Next checked outlet had no power. Actually the whole laundry room was dead. Went to the breaker and 3 different breakers trip. One was laundry one was downstairs and one was kitchen. Turned laundry back on and then checked. Washer is now working. Next checked kitchen and all counter outlets were dead. Reset the kitchen and downstairs breaker. Must have a had a power outage.

Water discharging from freezer. Upon arrival in inspection I found this unit was affected by a manufacturing defect with the drain. I replaced the duckbill with the P-trap. I steamed out the freezer and it drained great. The fridge is now fixed.

The customer said the wash is loud when it spins. I verified that when it spins its loud. The tub seal is leaking water into the bearings and now the bearings have rusted. Last visit I did all the work of removing the old parts. Today I installed the new tub bearing, seal, and shaft assembly. I started the washer on a wash cycle and then did and drain and spin. Its all working.

Customer complaint is, unit isnt detecting door closed. Inspected and tested. Found the main board is not reading the door as closed. Door switch tested good. There was a system configuration error update on SmartHQ, but kept giving me a error when I tried to update. I power cycled the dishwasher and now its working.
