Upon inspection water damage in front of the fridge and behind the unit used floor mat pulled it out dumped water into drain pan found no leak leaks from drain pan went through tested water dispenser no leaks at valve or any of the waterlines coming from the valve found moisture coming from cap on lower right side that was compromised and had a hole in it and it was wet from the touch verified that leaking down the frame would run under the pan, causing the leak Used all weather, silicone adhesive and a rubber material covered spot filled void with silicone adhesive. Use metal tape around all seams and completely sealed it off called Assurian tech line and documented my repair and what I did with 5 photos and they confirmed a great repair

Had a ton of dog hair and lint built up in bulkhead, blower wheel, lint filter area, and bottom bearing. I spent an hour cleaning all of that out. I used synthetic grease and greased rear bearing. Fixed glides in front. Now it runs nice and quiet. Customer said it was taking multiple cycles to dry clothes. Now theres excellent air flow and should dry much quicker. Customer states ice gets white powder and is cloudy and clumps together. Also water dispenses slowly. Found that the water shut off behind fridge was barely open causing low water pressure then would cause small ice chips and slow water dispensing. The white powder is from hard water build up and during freezing process the hard water clumps together making it more noticeable. Also if ice is not being used often it will get freezer burn and shrink causing the powder.I fully opened water valve and now there is good water pressure at dispenser and I cleaned out ice bucket. Informed customer about hard water and only way to prevent is to get a good filtration system before the water gets to the fridge but it is an office building and not sure if that is possible.Refrigerator itself is working well and ice should be made within 1-2 days.
