The dryer does light up but when you press start nothing happens. I spin the drum by hand and it felt free. I removed the lower panel and found the belt was loose. I found the idler roller was off the pulley shaft. I quoted the customer for the pulley and then replaced the idler pulley. I also shortened the dryer duct. The dryer is working good now.

Found that the ice maker failed and even when lever is filled to off ice maker continually cycles and will activate water valve every 3-4 minutes and will overflow and leak onto floor.Customer doesnt want any water connected to refrigerator anymore so he doesnt have to deal with possible water leaks. I unplugged ice maker and shut off water to refrigerator. Customer will use refrigerator without any water hooked up.

Wasnt making ice. When I got there unit was making ice. Wife said wasnt making ice for a few days. I let her know its common on these model for it jam up.

Found that the dryer vent is clogged. Tested dryer with vent disconnected and heat cycles to 200 degrees. When i attach vent it cycles to 260 degrees. That tells me the vent is clogged and is not dispersing the wet, hot air and causing it to take 2-3 cycles to dry clothes. Dryer vent runs through the roof. I informed csutomer that dryer vent will need to be cleaned for dryer to work efficiently. Dryer itself is working good.

The customer said that the front right burner is slow to light and when it does not work they smell gas. Today the front right burner and all the other burners are working great. I removed all the burner heads and cleaned the orifices. I advised the customer to make sure the caps are on flat and to move the knobs to lite so the burner lights .

Customer complaint is, shuts off after starting sporadically. Customer said when it starts, it goes through and completes the cycle perfectly. Inspected and tested. Washer was working for me every time. Theres a stored door lock error. Im going to replace the door lock. Installed new door lock and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed.

Door latch plastic tab that holds the spring broke. I put a little screw into the latch to hold the spring and it works. Microwave is heating and working good.
