Evaporator fan running loud. Found a Cherry Freezie that had fallen onto it. Took that out, also found the evaporator drain iced over. Steamed that out, so that the water drains now.

36 in fresh food and -2 in freezer. Replaced Icemaker, main PCB, and water valve. Everything works great now.

The refrigerator is not cooling to the set temp. The evaporator has low frost. The compressor is running but theres no heat coming off the compressor. I tapped into the low side and the pressure is low. I added nitrogen until the pressure got up to 200 psi. I sprayed leak soap everywhere I could and I did not find a leak. I replaced the dryer and added a service valve to the low side of the compressor. We pulled a vacuum and then recharged it and added the leak stop sealant. now the condenser is hot and the evaporator is cooling. Advise the customer to give it 24 hours to get back to normal and to give it a week before adding a lot more food.

The upper rack adjusters are broken. I replaced the upper rack adjusted with the kit that was sent. I took pictures of the parts.
Unit is coin operated dryer. One of our service keys worked so i can get into machine. Belt was broke but also idler pulley and rollers were worn. Replaced dryer repair kit. Tested and dryer now tumbles and is working good.

No power or UI response. The breaker had blown, I reset the breaker and tested it by starting on Xpress wash. The machine fills and circulates perfect. I could find no issues,the fan is loud.

My renters had assured me that they checked the circuit brakers, but apparently there was a mistake, or they did not know how to do it, because that was all that was needed. I guess I have to do that myself. At my age one gets a little lazy, and avoids basements and stairs! All around an expensive lesson. Customer complaint is, ice maker is only sporadically making ice and getting worse. Inspected and tested. Ice maker room was 0F. Ice bucket was completely full. I cycled ice maker and it filled with water, but didnt dump any cubes. the ice maker is bad. I sealed up the ice room, adjusted the water line and installed new ice maker. Tested and ice maker cycled and filled with water. Ice maker is now fixed.
