Customer states during spin mode the washer is really noisy but will complete the cycle. I found that the water pressure switch had fallen off and was behind the tub and pushing against the back of washer cavity causing noise and vibration. I clipped water pressure back in place but also added zip tie to ensure that it is secure and wont fall off again.Ran speed wash cycle with load of towels and washer is running normally and no longer making loud noise and excess vibration. I also added zip tie to drain hose going into stand pipe drain to ensure it is secure also. Washer is working well.

Customer stated that the freezer was accumulating large amounts of frost and that there is a small gap on the freezer gasket on the top edge, I was able to manipulate the gasket into place but it would return to its original shape within a few minutes, I spoke with tech line who had me check for the straight edge on the cabinet of the unit, I found the cabinet to be straight, tech line recommended flipping the gasket , if that does not solve the issue a new gasket is recommended , I flipped the gasket and it appears to have a much tighter seal all the way aroundTech line file number 16844165 Cory

Unit not cooling again. Hooked up gages reading a restriction. Removed the filter dryer from the cap tube. Pressurized it was clogged on the cap tube side once I got to 150 psi oil and debris came out. Flushed the system for a few minutes. Making sure it was cleared. Replaced filter dryer and compressor. Pressure tested for leaks and then vacuumed under 300 microns. Board was already updated. Filled with refrigerant. Let unit run for 15 minutes and unit was running at 3 psi when I unhooked the gage which is perfect. If issue comes back will NEED EVAPORATOR AND CONDENSER FOR REBUILD. to much debris in the system that is clogging it. ; pckd up 1 TCA38151706 (134A LG COMPRESSOR) and 1 ADH73150210 (COMMON DRIER)

Made sure last time freezer door was sealing and im back and there is no difference. Still frost build up behind crisper drawers. I replaced all parts in end of February. Before our company, D&T was out and replaced air tower and control board.Called tech support and ran me though tests again and checked all thermistors and ensured that air tower damper had no leaks and opened/closed.
