"The unit stopped cooling again. The refrigerator was plugged in and running when I arrived. The compressor is on and working properly. The high side pressure was 80 psi and the low side pressure was minus 15 psi. Those pressures indicate it has a sealed system leak. I removed the freezer evaporator and it has a partial frost pattern. I found green dye coming from the holder loop out of the cabinet bottom. The green dye was all over the top of the compressor and on the filter drier. I used my field piece leak detector and check for leaks around the compressor and all the joints. Im finding no leaks with the leak detector. I then pressurized the system to 225 psi with nitrogen. I sprayed soap all over sealed joints and I never found a leak from any of the joints. I did however see some soap bubbling from the bottom where the Yoder loop come out the bottom and connects to the drier. From what I found the fridge has a internal sealed system leak. The customer said water is leaking from the ice maker and the freezer door does not seal well. I found water is spraying out from the side of the ice tray. I cleaned the ice fill tube and adjusted the fill tube so water does not spray out. I also found the whole fridge is leaning back a lot. The floor is not level. The left side of the freezer door has frost build up and that was keeping the door from closing tight. I cleaned up all the frost around the door and on the back cover. The door shuts good now. I advised the customer the left side of the gasket should flatten in more in a few weeks.

Customer said that she hears clicking/tapping noise after the refrigerator turns on for about 3-5 minutes. Refrigerator has been cooling and keeping temperature.I turned up fridge to force compressor to turn on and it turned on but maybe sounded like the compressor is running harder than normal but it did start up every time and i explained that the tapping/clicking noise is normal as that is the coolant moving though the system and metal expands and contracts and it also says that in the user manual.I explained what noises to listen for if compressor is not running but that as long as refrigerator is cooling the compressor is running. I also explained that if it is the compressor that a compressor/sealed system repair would cost more than that refrigerator is worth as it is a major repair.She will use it normal and knows that some of those noises are normal. I told her to call us back if she had any more issues.

I opened dishwasher up and there wasnt many dishes in there, but the only thing wet was plastic items with low spots for water to pool. The rinse aid is completely empty and I dont think theyve been using it. I ran dishwasher through service diagnostics mode and the heating element came on. Dishwasher is testing good. I advised customer to use rinse aid for better drying and that plastic isnt going to dry as good as glass or metal dishes.

The remedy is a new temp sensor, and a bracket for the sensor, and then to relocate the sensor 6 from upper right corner of evaporator. Ran diagnostics test and noticed the water didnt sound like it was sloshing. Found that both upper and lower spray arms were not locked in and not spinning. Also found that the soap cascade ultimate has too much suds and would over flow overflow cap and drip underneath dishwasher. The combination of water being diverted incorrectly due to spray arms not being locked in place and the brand of dishwasher detergent was causing the slight leak. I locked spray arms in place and is rotating normally and to use finish dishwasher detergent as it has less suds. I ran dishwasher for over 30 minutes and no leaks. Customer will use dishwasher as normal and call back if problem is still happening.

"Found that there are two issues. First, the freezer door is not being pulled closed by the freezer door rail springs. They were somehow tripped and i was able to reset them and now door pulls shut. There is no rip in the seal. The rip the customer saw is normal and part of the gasket. The leaking is from the water line behind the refrigerator, the waterline was kinked and was leaking. Customer approved estimate to replace bad section of line but the fridge is so tight in the cabinet that there is a lot of heat that gets trapped and will cause the line to get brittle. I showed customer specs recommended from manufacture to keep compressor cooled off. I also recommended the copper waterline be installed by plumber if still enclosed in cabinet.No longer leaking from waterline. And freezer door is now being pulled shut and door is sealing. If problem keeps happening with door the freezer door rails will need to be replaced.

"Giving F1 error now. Drain error. I pulled out the dryer and disconnected the drain line and made sure that didnt have any blockage. Then I disconnected the internal drain line and blew through it and heard bubbles in the basin. So good air flow. Then used wet vac to suck all the water out of the basin via the internal drain line. Then pulled out filter and cleaned a ton more lint out of filter. Then cleaned out basin again. Ran it, it runs well and heats well. If for some reason we get the F1 error again, according to Asko it could only be a bad basin pump. I let the tenant know that."

Even when I removed any moisture from bottom drip pan and still getting error. I cant reach frost switch but appears it is always closed and running drain pump.Burning smell is coming from motor or heater. Heater is shorted and is constantly sending power to drain pump causing the burning smell and drain pump to never stop.Hard to diagnosis since the whole bottom has to split from tub to gain full access to those parts. The issue is the dishwasher leaks from the bottom of the door. I found the lower spray arm heat shields have fallen off and bottom of the lower spray arm is melted. There is a big hole in one side of the lower spray arm. So when it starts water is spraying towards the door and water is leaking out under the door. I checked for faults and any set or updates. I found no other issues with the dishwasher. The customer thinks maybe silverware had caught on and stopped the spray arm from spinning and then it was melted by the heating element. The customer will order the spray arm and replace it themselves. I did the firmware update.
