Found that the lock nut that holds the water guide in place came loose and leaked into bottom drip pan. Added caulking and tightened lock nut inside dishwasher. Tested and no more leaks. DIshwasher is working good.

Customer said it smells like gas when they run the dryer. I could not verify that smell. Smells like normal gas dryer. I took it apart, used the blue liquid and no bubbles on valve or on connections behind dryer. Cleaned all lint out of dryer and bulkhead. Replaced bad belt. They have a six foot vent. Cleaned out the vent. Already really clean.

Found that there was a lot of dust and pet hair that was blocking the vents and could cause the compressor/condenser coils to not cool off causing a freeze/thaw effect. I cleaned that out and has good frost pattern.Water was hooked up to reverse osmosis system that was turned off. They were ok with me bypassing it and going straight to water line. Tested and refrigerator now dispenses water and ice maker cycles and fills. Refrigerator is working good.

Found that the compressor was running but not pumping. Installed compressor tested and now cooling.

Iced up ice bucket and cant removed. Steamed out ice and removed bucket. Found a layer of ice on the bottom. Ice maker is working properly. Sometimes a ice cube gets stuck and needs to be clear and defrosted and good to go.

Installed new board and then reassembled. Now unit is working properly compressor is running properly condenser fan evap fans. Everything is working now properly.

Customer complaint is, water leaks from the freezer. it seems like it's coming from behind the panel at the back of the freezer. Inspected and tested. Found the evaporator defrost drain is frozen. Defrosted drain pan, cleaned out drain and installed new heat probe. Tested and drain is open. Refrigerator is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, leaking in the freezer. Inspected and tested. Found the evaporator defrost drain was plugged. Defrosted freezer floor, evaporator drain pan and cleaned out drain on back side. Tested and drain is now clear. Refrigerator is now fixed.
