Not heating. Took dryer apart. It stopped heating after they were blowing lint through the dryer ducts in the wall, towards the dryer. Found a resettable high limit thermal cutout. Reset the cutout. Cleaned some lint out. Runs and heats great now.

Customer complaint is, not cooling in either section. Inspected and tested. Found the start relay has failed. Installed new start relay and tested. Compressor came on and started cooling. Refrigerator is now fixed.

Installed diverter from last diagnosis. Ran unit through test mode made sure no leaks. unit is operating correctly without leaking.

Leaking from front left side. Found that the door seal was pinched from the cabinet screw cover. I showed customer and adjusted cap and now door seals and no leaks.

Replaced water valve, tested water dispenser and ice maker. Both fill and no leaks. Refrigerator is working good.

The customer said the dryer makes a strange noise when it runs. I started the dryer and verified the noise was not normal. I pulled the front off and found a sock stuck in the blower. I removed the sock and vacuumed out the dust. Now it sounds better.
