refrigerator is a basement fridge and not hooked up to waterline. Leaking out of bottom of freezer. Found that the evaporator drain was frozen over and when defrosting it would leak onto bottom of freezer and onto floor. Defrosted ice build up and found that the evaporator drain tube was not pushed in all the way. I pushed it in and added some sealant to ensure it is secure. It now drain water into drip pan and no longer leaks onto bottom of freezer. No more leaks. Refrigerator is working well.

Advised that this dishwasher is equipped with a flood safety sensor located below in the base of the dishwasher. If water is detected in the base of the dishwasher it will trigger a fault code and go into a drain mode until water is removed from the base of the dishwasher. Removed lower kick plate. Started wash cycle. Monitored dishwasher for nearly an hour. Not one drop of water outside of base of dishwasher was found nor inside the base. Unable to recreate any water leaks. Took multiple videos of dishwasher while running searching for water leaks. No water leaks found. Omega Force not liable for any water damage.

Customer said that it seems like the refrigerator is always running and that it is louder than her previous refrigerator. I monitored the refrigerator for 45 minutes and everything sounds normal. I also found a service bulletin for the fan and how the clips can come loose or it may not be mounted in the right spot so I took off the back panel and made sure that that was all good which it was. I also verified that defrost works, and the doors are sealing well. I told customer approximately how often the fans will stop when it goes into defrost and she confirmed that that matches up with how often she hears the fridge stop running. Approximately every eight hours or so. Everything is great and nothing to fix on this one.
