Notes from real Omega Force service calls: the appliance, the problem we found and how we fixed it.

Customer complaint is, the upper right front inner burner is not turning on. Inspected and tested. Found the front right burner is fried. Installed new element part number WB30T10130 supplied by warranty company and tested. Burner is working great. Range is now fixed. This was the only part that the customer had.

Not heating. Found a bad heat element. Replaced element. Vacuumed all the lint out. Cleaned and oiled rollers. Runs and heats great now.

Customer complaint is, dryer is not heating. Inspected and tested. Started dryer on timed dry high heat and dryer is heating, but temperature is spiking to hot immediately. Theres no airflow on outside of house. The vent behind dryer is the foil material and its in rough shape and also outside it has a foil extension piece that runs underneath the deck. The problem is with the vent.

No ice. Failed icemaker and IM board was replaced. The fridge is now fixed.

Customer heard arcing then compressor wouldnt start. The run relay had failed. I replaced it with a hard start kit. The fridge started and began cooling instantly.

Found that water guide on left side was loose and the nut on the inside of dishwasher was loose so when it would fill the dishwasher would leak down side into drip pan and give leak error. Not sure how it came loose but tightened inside nut and added sealant. Tested and no leaks. Dishwasher is working good, no leaks.

Unit not heating. Unplugged unit then started testing switches and thermostats. Everything is testing good plugged unit back in and its working great tested multiple times and working properly.
