Customer complaint is, Unit turns on but nothing is actually working. Inspected and tested. Found a shell underneath the float. Removed shell and now dishwasher is filling and washing, but has low water pressure. I disassembled sump and found it full of junk and the chopper blade was plugged also. Cleaned out sump and installed new chopper blade. Tested and dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, LEAKING WATER- floor warping up. Inspected and tested. Found the faucet is leaking underneath the sink. I ran dishwasher for about 15 minutes and its completely dry underneath. Customer is going to call a plumber.

Fridge off when I got here, but evaporator frosted over in a ton of ice. Couldnt get defrost to come on in forced defrost. Replaced bad main board and bi metal. Defrosts great now. Told customer 24 hours to get to temp. Was room temperature when I got here.

Customers, complaint unit not draining and making loud noise. Verified complaint drain is making loud noise. Removed drain pump and found two pieces of pistachio shell. Removed pistachio shells, then reassembled unit. Tested multiple times with unit out to check for leaks. Everything is testing good without any leaks.

Customer complaint is, wont dry a large load. Customer said the drum doesnt turn on larger loads. Disassembled dryer and found one of the rollers was seized up, the belt was cracking and the motor pulley is wore down. install new rebuild kit and motor pulley. Customer approved repairs. Installed new rebuild kit, motor pulley and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Tested and dryer is working great. Dryer is now fixed.

Unit wont start will do a quick flash of lights but wont start. Removed the board to get to the door switches. Found the bottom door switch was stuck. Replaced switch then reassembled unit. Tested multiple times and working great
