This is a new fridge. I hooked up the water line. I installed the filter and ran the water. There are no leaks. I used some dens thick cardboard to level the bag legs. I raised the doors so they are level.

Washer does not spin out the clothes, or drain. I pulled clothes out of the pump it now drains and spins great.

Customer says itll drain but still seems like itll not fully drain. I tested both upper and lower drawer and the drain line runs far (see picture) and there is no high loop but the drain line is behind built in cabinet to where i cannot add high loop. I explained that to customer and while it still drains there will always be a little water that sits underneath filter and since the water almost fully drains that you cannot see it above the bottom tray it is still functioning and draining almost fully.They will use it as normal.

Both ovens 50 degrees too low. I checked for errors in history, no errors. I checked and made sure all bake and broil elements work. I then recalibrated it 30 degrees higher, and put each oven on bake. Both ovens reach temp of 350 fine. Showed customer/ and explained delay on preheat between actual temp and temp on display. They have a thermometer inside the oven and it most likely reads lower. Takes 30 minutes according to customer to get up to set temp. For me with it recalibrated it took 15 minutes for upper and 12 minutes for lower.

The customer said it was giving the E01 code and some water was inside the dishwasher. The code is for a leak in the bottom pan. I got all the water out and then ran the dishwasher. The customer also said that one time it was not drain gas good and it had leaked once before. Another servicer was out and said it was from the door not shutting. I ran it and it never leaked. When it drained it sounded like it was draining for the first time. It drains good now. The door was rubbing on the trim pieces. I adjusted how it was installed and made sure the door shuts better. I advised the customer of what I did.

The customer said the freezer stopped cooling well and was making a loud noise. I found the fan was blocked by ice and not running. I removed the fan and it works fine. Under the evaporator there is about 2 inches high of ice and ice was built up behind the fan. The customer wants to un plug it and defrost it manually.

After running for 30 minutes i found that the hose clamp was not attached to the water inlet (see picture) to the sump so it was leaking slightly from there. I added new clamp and hose is now secure and no more leaks. Dishwasher is working good.

Leaking bad from a big tear in the Diverter seal. Replaced the Diverter, no leaks now.

Found that thermal fuse is open and cut power to heater. Thermisor was out of range so heater was running hotter than a actual. Replaced parts, tested and dryer is cycling heat normally. Dryer is working good.
