I brazed in a new compressor, filter drier and low side access on the compressor. I pulled a deep vacuum ave charged the sealed system with 40 grams of R600 refrigerant, inspected high and low side pressures to verify flow of refrigerant. Compressor is weak, cannot cycle refrigerant as needed.I recovered a full charge of refrigerant, cut out the defective compressor and old filter drier, cleaned out the remaining lines with nitrogen. I brazed in a new compressor, filter drier and low side access on the compressor. I pulled a deep vacuum and charged the sealed system with 5.81 ounces of r134a refrigerant. The high and low side pressures were ideal post charge, the freezer was beginning to cool off minutes after the refrigerator had been running. Customer reported clothes were getting burned on the back wall of the Whirlpool dryer. Found black streaks on clothing caused by contact with melted or burnt fabric residue on the rear heater grate. While this is often due to restricted airflow, airflow outside the unit tested good and the vent run is short. Advised that the most reliable solution is replacing the back vent assembly to fully remove residue and rule out internal restrictions. I access the main power control board. I removed the power supply, harnesses and unsecured the main power control board from its housing. I installed the new main power control board and attached all wire harnesses to their respective homes. I reassembled the back panel on the range and plugged through appliance in, tested my repair by turning on the oven and watching the cavity heat up. The surface elements all turn on as well. Upon inspection unit has a complete ice blockage and been assembly. Cannot be removed. Pulled steamer out. Use steamer to release ice obstruction. Thats causing the bin to stay in. found that there was a calcium buildup on fill tube assembly. Going to icemaker inside. Left door of refrigerator cleared obstruction verified. Has been having tons of suds coming out from the dishwasher and leaking all over the floor. Customer showed me the detergent they use. Theyve been using 7th Gen dish liquid, not dishwasher detergent. I ran the dishwasher a couple times and verified lots of suds, with no detergent being put in there today. Then ran it with some olive oil, and got rid of all the suds. Recommended finish dishwasher detergent. Everything runs great.

Water was leaking from a John guess fitting I put on last time. Customer just wanted the leak fixed, wherever it was coming from. Since it was from work we did, no charge. Water dripping from dispenser after you dispense water. Found a bulletin. Made the recommended adjustments, so that waterline now comes through the dispenser hole and water doesnt wick anymore. Doesnt drip now. Ice in the back of the bin has been freezing together sometimes. Not from dripping water, but from when the defrost heater comes on, if they havent taken ice out of the bin in awhile. I also found a lot of plastic from when it was delivered that hadnt been taken off of the perimeter. Removed the plastic. Everything good now.
