"Customer complaint is, 1/4 OF WATER STANDING IN THE BASE OF THE DW AFTER A CYCLE. CIRCUIT BREAKER IS TRIPPED AT THE SM TIME, ALSO THE SPRING IS BROKEN. Customer said that dishwasher is on same circuit as some lights in the basement. Inspected and tested. I started a heavy cycle and dishwasher drained, filled and washed. I advanced through the cycles manually and everything was working perfectly and heating element came on multiple times and was drawing over 8amps. Circuit breaker never tripped while testing. The left door spring is stretched out and fell off. I reattached it and further back and its now working. This is a plastic tub dishwasher thats over 20 years old and its in rough shape. Customer is probably just going to replace it in the future if he has more problems."

"Fan making a loud noise in freezer. Door had gotten left open to freezer, allowing outside humidity and moisture in. I pulled off the back evaporator panel and found a lot of frost built up around the fan area. Steamed off fan and evaporator, as well as the rest of the freezer. Cleaned it all up. Sounds great now. No tears or gaps in door gaskets."

The complaint is the dryer does not heat. I ran the dryer on time dry and verified its not heating. I took the dryer apart and found the lower heat thermostat was tripped. I also found the dryer duct was plugged up with a lot of lint. I quoted for the repair. I replaced the thermostat and cleaned the dryer duct. The dryer is now heating good and it cycles in and off.

The end of the gasket was pulling out. Stretched the gasket and got it back in good. I did not need to replace it. The customer looked at it and thought it was good.

"The complaint is the dryer does not heat. I found the timer was bad and not sending voltage to the coils. I went and got a timer than replaced it. After I replaced the timer and let run I found the gas coils were weak and failing. I replaced the gas coils as well. Now the dryer is working good.

The customer said the dryer is noisy and makes a high pitch sound after a few minutes. I removed the drum and inspected the rollers. I found the right rear roller was very bad. The front 2 and the idler are good. I quoted for the repair. I replaced the 2 rear rollers and oiled the others. I also vacuumed out the dryer. The dryer sounds much better now.

The complaint was the dishwasher is dead. The fist thing I did was look for a wall switch off. I found was off so I turned it back on. Now the dishwasher is working. I ran it for a few minutes and its working great.

"Runs indefinitely. Found a smoked control board. Quoted $300 for refurbished one, but they dont want to spend that much money. Dishwasher wasnt fixed after DE was there last month, so they requested a refund on todays trip charge. I told them yes. Please refund trip charge. ; saved tckt"

"Found that the drain pump fins broke off and not draining. DIshwasher powers on and motor runs, just not draining. Also the cover for drain pump fins plastic is very chewed up and recommend that be replaced as well (see picture)Drain pump and cover part needed. The customer said the washer was getting stuck in the wash cycle and not advancing to the final rinse. I started a normal and let run until it finished. It never got stuck for me. I found the extra rinse was off. I turned that back on. I found the agitator dogs were broken. I replaced the agitator dogs. ; schdld next appmnt for 8/23 WED !

Found that the defrost heater wires burnt up and that was lily cause of smell and now evaporator is frosted over and not cooling well. Door gasket is ripped. Owner approved estimate. I manually defrosted refrigerator so it should cool until i can order parts and get back.Ordered parts and rescheduled. Scheduling 2 hours to defrost whole evaporator when i get back to replace the heater.; ordrd 1 242044008 (Defrost heater) and 1 242193212 (Door gasket)

The whole unit is not cooling. I plugged the fridge back in. The compressor starts for a few seconds then shuts off. I removed the relay and ohmed out the compressor. The compressor is testing good. I tried a new relay and the compressor started right up. I gave the customer a quote for the repair. I replaced the start relay. The compressor is running and its drawing 1.46 amps. The freezer is getting cold.

"E11 error. Found multiple broken wires in door harness. Needs new wire harness. The customer is going to replace the unit.

"Customer complaint is, STOPS 5 MIN IN AND NOT DRAINING. NOT FINISHING A CYCLE DISPLAY STILL WORKING. Inspected and tested. Found the drain hose is really long and has 3 different hoses and goes down stairs and then back up. The last one is the black rubber hose and its kinked underneath the sink. Customer approved repairs. Removed black rubber hose and installed new extension hose and put a high loop in it underneath the sink. Tested and dishwasher is working and draining great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

Customer complaint having to run it twice to dry and now its not tumbling. I could hear the motor but wouldnt tumble. Gave it a boost and it kicked on and started tumbling. Took temps found the air flow is a little glogged up. When I unhook the vent temps are regular. Customer is going to have a company out to clean the vents. The motor is now working properly.

"Customer complaint is, LEAKING. Customer said the last 2 loads leaked a lot of water on the floor and they were both big loads with bedding. Inspected and tested. I filled washer all the way to the top with water and drained and couldnt get washer to leak. It must be splashing over the top when they have a big load in there. Customer is going to try some smaller loads and see what happens."

Replaced Icemaker. It cycled and filled great. No issues with water leaking in bottom since I steamed out and cleaned out drain lines.

Customer says dishwasher will complete cycle and about 24-48 hours later there will be water that has filled the bottom of dishwasher and then customer has to run drain cycle so it wont overflow. I found that the dishwasher water and drain hose runs underneath floor then up to sink drain. The drain was pointing down so when using sink it would push washer back into dishwasher. I turned drain up and cut rubber extension so that it runs as a high loop to prevent water from backfilling. Tested and dishwasher is working good and no longer backfilling water into dishwasher. Customer will use as normal and call back if issue continues.

Installed parts from last diagnosis. Tested multiple times for leaks. No leaks. Reinstalled to exact spot it was mounted before.

Replaced bad thermostat. The unit is operating and running great now.

Replaced wire harness for igniter. Tested and all burners spark and ignite. Range is working good.

A whirlpool dishwasher that fills with water but doesnt circulate. I put it into service mode and it gives an F7 E1 error. In service mode the wash motor runs for a minute and then stops. Verified 120 vac. Tapped it with my screw driver and it started running but sounds horrible. Leaks too. Needs new motor. Quoted, but customer will replace."

"Steam valve just keeps spraying in dryer. Customer opted to have water line disconnected from Y valve and instead run straight to washer, with no water line coming to the steam valve. Washer and dryer work great now."

"Freshfood evaporator iced up. Called tech support and found that the evaporator fan was installed backwards and was sucking in air instead of blowing out air up top of evaporator. Reversed (flipped) fan, tested and now is blowing out top. Refrigerator is working good."

"Customer complaint is, NOT SPINNING.. IT STOPS. Inspected and tested. Found the belt and pulley are covered in oil and its roaring in a spin. The transmission has failed. Customer declined repairs and is going to replace the washer."

The light switch was bad. The customer said the vent fan sounds good now. I went and got the switch then replaced it. It working good now.

Customers complaint is unit not heating. Verified complaint tumbled but no heat. Disassembled dryer and tested the igniter because it never glowed. It tested bad removed igniter. Can visually see the damage. Quoted for replacement. Installed part and cleaned up lint. Reassembled then tested. Unit starts to heat properly now.

The customer said the fridge stopped cooling a few months ago. They had unplugged it then plugged it back it for a while and it never cooled but all the lights and fans were on. Today I plugged it back in and waited for it to cool. The compressor is running but the evaporators are getting a little cold. I advised the customer it had a sealed system failure. He will just replace the mini fridge.

"Squealing loud. Found a bad idler pully and a lot of lint. Vacuumed out dryer, cleaned rollers and oiled shafts. Replaced pully. Runs nice and quiet now.

The complaint was the whole unit stopped cooling very suddenly. Another service company was out and diagnosed the compressor had failed. Today I verified the compressor was bad. I used the compressor and filter drier that were sent to the customer by LG. I replaced both parts and updated the board. I leaked checked the system then pulled a vacuum. I recharged the fridge. I advised the customer to wait 6-8 hours for it to cool then 24 hours before he fill its back up.

Diagnosed sealed system issue for the cooling. Found the compressor is running hooked up my gauges got negative 5 and about 140. Looking like a leak. This compression was replaced one other time but the guy didnt put a new filter or anything. When it equalized around 45. So might be a small leak and bad compressor. Cut out old compressor. Installed new compressor and filter dryer. Pressured to 200psi. Never lost its pressure. No leaks to be found. Vacuumed unit under 300 microns. Held for 10 minutes after and never lost vacuumed pressure. Filled unit and reassembled. Tested unit and its working properly. Psi when I left 5 low and 96 psi on the high. Unit is all good now.

Dryer would not power on (wake up) when i got here. I unplugged to check power at outlet and it has power. I plugged back in the dryer and it turns on and all functions are working good. Dryer powers on and starts. Dryer is cycling heat normally. I checked and cleaned inside of some lint build up but not bad. Dryer is working good. I informed customer that if it happens constantly to call back in.

Found that the door seals and doors are fine the issue is that the evaporator cover is frozen which needs the drain kit. Customer approved estimate and knows that 48 hours before the appointment to unplug and defrost the refrigerator so I can do the fix. "Customer complaint is, NOT DRAINING AND GIVING THE CUST AN E2 CODE. NOW IT WONT GET TO THE POINT WHERE THE DISP OPENS. Inspected and tested. Found dishwasher was draining really slow. I pulled dishwasher out and found the drain hose was kinked behind the dishwasher. The hose is compromised. Quoted customer $340. to install new drain hose. Customer approved repairs. "Giving F21 error. Found after checking the filter that the filter was clean, and the drain pump had good spring to it. There was cavitation going on, because someone used too much detergent. Owner came over and I used her key for the washer to open up the top compartment, and hold down the lower right button, which reset the error. Then tried a drain and spin and still was siezed up. "Found that the refrigerator door gasket is ripped and creating moisture build up. Also customer has on low temperature but is still cold. Light socket is broken. "Customer complaint is, LITES IN THE FREEZER AND TOP LITES IN THE REFRIGERATOR DO NOT WORK. Inspected and tested. Found the back left light on the ceiling of the FF compartment had failed. There chrome and I have a white one. Quoted customer $272. to install the white LED module that I have. Customer approved me installing white LED module. Installed new LED module and tested. This is a Samsung built unit and has the famous Samsung issue of frosting up and not draining. Found the evap top is all frosted up and causing the evap fan to stop. Steamed out the frost then installed the defrost heater kit. Next the drain is clogged removed the drain hose in back fridge and found the duck bill clogged. Cleaned out clogged then cut back the duck bell so it wont get clogged. Reassembled then tested. Customer also complaint was the ice maker not making ice. Found the ice maker is just continuously trying to harvest. Restarted unit and now it stopped. Put in test mode and gets stuck. Removed the ice maker and inspected reistalled and started to work properly. Now it seams to be working properly. Customer will watch and let us know if has an issue again will need board and ice maker Board WR55X11065Ice maker WR30X10131; used 1 SH502 (HEATER) from stock

As soon as you push power button the dishwasher starts to fill and drain pump runs even when door is opened and no lights or response from UI. I assumed control board but called tech support and they verified that could be the only thing. "Customer complaint is, HAVE TO USE THE TIMER SIDE TO DRY AND TAKES A FEW TIMES TO DRY. Inspected and tested. Started dryer on a timed dry high heat cycle and it was cycling between 220F and 120F for over 20 minutes. I cant check airflow on outside of house because it comes out underneath the deck and theres no access. Airflow on back of dryer is 32mph and with vent disconnected the heat is cycling between 200F and 115F. I tried the auto dry cycle and I can only get it to heat by holding the timer, when I let go its not heating. The timer has failed. Part on order. "The ice maker is no longer making ice but it use to. The ice maker is on and the ice tray is stuck at the 4 oclock position. I called Beko and there is no test for this ice maker. "Cooktop grill not working. Found a bad ignitor. Replaced ignitor. Works great now.

"Not cleaning the dishes. Wasnt filling with water. I whacked the valve a few times and then it started filling. But then after finally filling, the wash motor would run, but only circulate the water for a couple seconds before seizing up and humming. I would stop and restart it, and it would do the same thing. Needs a new valve and motor.

"Customer said not drying clothes and dryer will shut off quickly. Found that there was a lot of lint build up on outside dryer ven. Also found that the auto dry moisture sensor wire was unplugged. Attached wire, tested and dryer is now cycling heat normally. Dryer is working good."

"Customer says will stop or dishwasher will not get dishes clean. Found that dishwasher has very low water level and not washing dishes or washing away soap. I ran diagnostics and no errors but only thing is had low water, I manually added several cups of water and dishwasher completed with no errors. Checked water pressure to dishwasher and was low. I checked water shut off and it is rusted and leaks. I suggested that be replaced first before we replace water valve on dishwasher. Customer will get plumber and fix shut off and check pressure and will call us back if dishwasher issues continue.

The complaint is the dishwasher is not cleaning or heating. I started the dishwasher and it filled with water. After a few minutes I found the wash motor is not starting. The wash motor is buzzing. I quoted for the wash motor repair. I replaced the wash motor and ran diagnostics to reset the control. Its working good now. I advised them to run a clean cycle with a dishwasher cleaner.

The compliant was the freezer. The customer said the freezer seems to be better and the fault codes are gone. I took temp in the fresh food and the temp was around 42 degrees. The temp was set to 40. I ran the defrost test and the fans test. Everything is working good today. There are no active fault codes. The doors are sealing good.

"The customer complaint is the fresh food is warm and the top of the freezer is warm. Again, I found the top half of the evaporator in the freezer section frosted up. The bottom half was good is only the top half that had too much frost on it. I defrosted the evaporator, and then I tested the defrost heater. The defrost here comes on a test mode. I replaced the main control, the defrost thermostat, and the evaporator sensor. The doors seal good and the fan is working good. No other issues found.

Customer wanted new right hand door. Swapped doors. Adjusted and leveled doors.

The customer complaint is the dishwasher does not start and the clean light flashes. I found the clean light is flashing 7 times which indicates a heating issue. I put into service mode then let run. I took an amp draw of the heater and I get 7.1 amps. I then canceled the service test and ran a normal. The dishwasher seems to be working and pumping water. After about 15 minutes the heater came on again. I inspected the board and connections. All looked ok. The drain pump is a little noisy and the wash pump sounds a little rough but it still washes. I suspect the wash pump may be stopping so its either a failing wash pump or main board. I advised to clean it with vinegar. Unit is operating good right now.

"Dishwasher doesnt run. It just flashes the lights on door and chirps 3 times. Pulled down the main PCB and the green LED is dead. GE tech says to replace main PCB if its not flashing a code. Replaced board with PCB we carry, and it works great now.

REPLACE BROKEN COOKTOP. Installed new glass cooktop and tested. Range is now fixed.

Needs new evaporator fan motor. 4389142. Office found one in Texas. I texted office and let them know that owner said to go ahead and order it and call him back to set return visit. Use his card on file. ; saved tckt

"Transmission is locked up but motor still runs and burning the belt. Old washer needs several parts and the transmission part shows NLA but washer is in tight space in basement and customer would like to try and find the transmission. I told him even if we did find the part it would costs more than new washer but he still wanted to see if we can find it.I do not want to replace the transmission on this if we do find that part. Its a big job and basement is nasty and stinks, so quote high so he declines or tell him you searched and searched and its NLA (see picture); saved tckt"

Unit now has water to the unit. Cycled unit in test mode it harvested the cubes inside and filled properly. Tested a couple of times it seamed to be cycling properly now. Cant find anything wrong with ice maker. Took temps and was about 8 degrees so its warm enough. I would have them check the unit tomorrow and see if it starting to produce ice or not. ;

Customers complaint not making ice. Was here before and didnt have water hooked up now its on. First ran water through dispenser made sure water was on. Next checked the ice maker. Notice they have the wrong ice bucket and its blocking ice he arm and its thinking its full of ice. Will need new bucket. Next ran it through a harvest cycle and it worked properly and filled with water. Just needs bucket to finish this repair. ; ordrng 1 WR30X30127 (Bucket)

"Replaced control board, tested and refrigerator turns on and compressors are running. Found that the wires for condenser fan ripped off. I was able to splice wires back on but if cooling is issue condenser fan would need to be replaced. Refrigerator is cooling and working good.

"Customer said they've been smelling gas when the large oven runs. Found two bad bake ignitors. Quoted for new ignitors. Replaced the ignitors. Unit is working great now.

"Customer complaint is, NOT WORKING, FROST BUILD UP ON THE FREEZER AND WATER LEAKING ALL OVER THE FLOOR. Customer turned the water off to the refrigerator and it hasnt leaked sense. Inspected and tested. FF compartment is 35F and freezer is -1F. Theres some white frost buildup on the left freezer drawer rail. Both FF compartment doors and freezer drawer is sealing perfectly. The only way your going to get frost buildup on the rails is if the door is not closing all the way. I turned water on and couldnt find anything leaking. After running water through dispenser and cycling ice makers, found the freezer ice maker is leaking out the back when it fills. I disassembled freezer and removed ice maker and found the fill tube was frozen up. I defrosted and reassembled ice maker and cycled it and now it filled the ice maker and did not leak out the back. I advised customer to make sure the door is closing all the way or there going to continue getting frost buildup in the freezer."

"Found that the high limit is open cutting power to heat. I reset high limit and cleaned out inside dryer of lint build up. Tested dryer with dryer vent disconnected and was cycling heat normally. I attached the vent and heat spiked, which means dryer vent is clogged. Vent runs underneath deck and hard to get to. Customer will clean vent. Dryer itself is heating and working good.

"Not heating at end of cycle. Took off vent. Vent is clean. Tons of lint built up inside dryer since I was here last. Also, coils stop working after the first half of the cycle. Vacuumed out dryer, replaced coils. Runs and heats great now.

Customer wanted new boot installed. Customer bought the boot and decided to hire for install. Installed new boot. Removed front to get to the inner spring and make sure its installed properly. Once installed tested multiple times for leaks. Unit is working properly.

"Customer complaint is, DRYER IS MAKING A LOUD METALLIC SCREECHING SOUND. Inspected and tested. Found there's screws, a bit and a pencil and the blower wheel. Removed debris and vacuumed out blower wheel and housing. Reassembled and tested. Dryer sounds great. Dryer is now fixed."

"Customer complaint is, Our dishwasher shutoff at the end of its cycle and won't power on. I have tested power where it's plugged in and that's fine. I have also unplugged it for a few min to try to reset. No power or lights. Inspected and tested. Found no power at the outlet. Plugged dishwasher into the garbage disposal outlet and it turned on. I had customer reset breaker and started a heavy cycle and it was working great. I canceled and drained and started a service diagnostics cycle and there was no stored errors. Everything worked perfectly in test mode. Customer said theyve had issues with other breakers in the past. Hes going to switch out the breaker."

"Replaced bad water valve. Ran it for a while, no leaks now."

Same thing happened about a year and half ago. Opened door and blew the fuse. Think its the same issue customer said opened the door before it was ready. Then no more power to any thing. Verified complaint. The fuse one the noise board blew. Replaced fuse now working. Checked all switches were working properly. Installed new switches and holder. Tested unit is working properly with out issues.

Dead. Not doing anything. Verified complaint. Checked voltage at outlet and that is good. Next checked power at the display. Removed the display board and found it came unplugged. Customer replaced the fuse himself and must have came unplugged. Plugged display into plug. Tested multiple times up and down and on each speed. Everything is working properly

"Customer complaint is, ICEMAKER SOMETIMES WORKS&SOMETIMES NO.THE FREEZER IS OVER FREEZER.FRESH FOOD OK EXEPT BY VENT FRZES. Inspected and tested. Freezer is -2 and FF was 40F. I inspected wiring at the hinge and couldnt find any wires broken or severed. I put refrigerator into test mode and couldnt get the ice maker to cycle, but did get it to fill. Ice maker has failed. Ordering new ice maker. Installed new ice maker and tested. Ice maker cycled and filled with water. Ice maker is now fixed."

Customer stated and took video of ticking noise that was happening. I pulled out fridge and looked at compressor and is running and working. Refrigerator is cooling and working. The ticking noise is from the evaporator and coolant running throughout the system. I explained to customer that it is normal and showed that in the user manual says those nosies are normal. Customer understood and will use refrigerator as normal.

"Customer complaint is, LIGHT WON'T SHUT OFF, NOT COOLING PROPERLY. Inspected and tested. Freezer temperature is 3F and FF is 35F. Found the right FF door switch is only sporadically working and the refrigerator thinks the door is open. Customer approved repairs. Installed new right door switch and tested. Refrigerator is now fixed."

Installed new motor assembly from last diagnosis. Once installed tested multiple times for leaks. Everything is working properly with out any leaks. Reassembled unit then went through test mode and cleared all codes and everything is operating correctly

"Replaced door springs with the heavy weight ones, tested and door no longer falls down and is working good."

"Dishwasher wasnt draining all the water out. They have an air gap. Its been draining the last two cycles so customer wasnt sure what the problem was. I took the cover off the air gap and made sure that it was clear. I checked the drain line and how its looped, which is proper. Pulled out the filter and found some fat build up and some plastic stickers probably from new dishes. I cleaned out the filter. The drain pump sounds great, and the sump is clear. Everything checks out good now."

"Has a bad magnetron thats crackling, along with a bad fuse and bad door switch. Quoted for new mag, switch and fuse. They will replace. Just bill for the trip charge. ; schdld next appmnt for 8/21 MON !"

"Customers complaint randomly cooling. He said randomly the compressor wont kick on and all the other fans run. Also weird noises. On arrival everything is cooling checked frost pattern and it was light. Next checked amps was at 2.4. Compressor says should run 3.3. Unplugged unit. Plugged it back. Getting 120 volts to inverter. Could hear the compressor trying to get going and was making weird noise. But wont start. Did it again this time it fired but sounded terrible. Compressor is failing. "Installed new board from last diagnosis. Tested worked 4 times reassembled and tested and blow the fuse on the microwave. Removed the microwave checked the door switches all good. Called tech line. At first he thought it was something on the high side. Removed the capacitor still having an issue tried at the transformer. Still. So we know its on the lower side. Tried removing a bunch of different connections and now we are shorting to the cord and outlet. After 30 minutes with tech line he said there has to be a short in a wire we cant find. "Customer complaint is, STUCK ON SENSING PART, WATER DRIPPING. Inspected and tested. Found the washer was half full of water because the valve is dripping. I drained it and ran washer through diagnostics and everything worked but the cold water valve was just dripping. The cold water valve has failed and the solenoids are cracked. Quoted customer $383. to install new valve. Customer approved repairs. Installed new cold water valve and tested. The cold water valve is now opening, but its only trickling in. I removed the hose and theres very little water pressure coming from the wall. There going to have to have a plumber come and see whats going on with the cold water pressure. "Temps good except freezer on lower right is 19.7 degrees. Per Beko technical assistance, today I replaced the 3 way valve. Main PCB and user interface have already been replaced (main PCB twice). Called tech support and they helped me switch it so the lower right is set to freezer now, zero degrees. Please follow up in a couple days and see if its zero. ; saved tckt"

"I found that there is ice in the drain channel. Evaporator drain tube is not clogged. I poured water and drained fine. So from what it appears is that it does defrost and drip into the channel but then before it can travel to the drain, the water freezes and from that point eventually then leaks outside the drain channel and underneath crisper drawers.I called tech support and they said it was evaporator problem, which didnt make much sense to me. When i pressed for more answers all he said was Ive dealt with it before and its an evaporator issue. Turns out i think tech guy was talking about the freezer evaporator?Either way, can you see or contact tech support why this is happening? Tech support said there is no service bulletin. The evap fan works, customer said that food is cold and he will make sure food is not being pushed against the evaporator cover. Customer said that it had been working find until few months ago from our last visit from almost a year ago.Im not sure where else to go with this. Getting e01 intermittently and then getting e02 intermittently. Tested and all functions are working but then i did get e02 error which is water flow error and when i looked inside tub it was almost overflowing. Seems like flow meter is not reading correctly. Ordering air breaker assmebly (which comes with magnet) also ordering flow meter PCB per tech support.; ordrd 1 1760200500 (Air break assmebly) and 1 1760940100 (PCB counter)

Last visit I replaced the hall sensor and today I replaced the motor. The dishwasher is still not working. The rotor I was sent was the wrong part. The part number ordered was correct but they sent the wrong part. The customer would rather replace the dishwasher than keep putting parts in it. I will send the wrong part back. "The customer said the unit is not cooling good anymore. I pulled the upper cover off and found the heat exchanger was replaced and the evaporator. There was a tap on the compressor low side and on the filter drier. I put my gauges on and found the system is low on refrigerant. I added gas until the low side pressure came up. The low side and the high side pressure both came up. It has a leak in the heat exchanger. It will need a heat exchanger, evap and filter drier. The evaporator fan started to make a lot of noise like the bearings are failing. It was in and off. It will also need that fan motor. Please build a quote and contact the customer. "The fresh food ice maker does not make ice. The freezer ice maker is working good. The freezer temp was good and temp was 0. I checked for ice maker fault codes and the fresh food ice maker has a e5 thermistor fault code. I ran a couple ice maker test and the heater test failed but the heater came on. The sensor says its not working. It will need a new ice maker W11658802I was unable to locate the part in stock. "Installed the new door mullion, but had to transfer over the bottom spring from the old one because it was missing. This is the second mullion I got from Beko that wasnt right. "Found light off on unit and display is dead bedside flashing filter reset. Unplugged unit test switches to make sure its reading the door shutting. All good there. Plugged unit back and now everything was working lights display. Went through test mode everything working properly. "Dryer making loud vibrating sound and will mid cycle give e9 (heating error) found that there was a lot of lint build up stuck in blower wheel making it out of balance and vibrating loudly and also not venting out well. Also found that dryer vent was disconnected behind dryer in the closet and could cause e9 error.Cleaned out blower wheel and attached vent, tested and dryer now runs quiet and is heating and working good. No errors."

"Dryer squealing. Found a bad idler pully and belt. Replaced both, vacuumed out dryer and oiled rollers. Runs great now.

Cant find model and serial. Bake hasnt been working. Found both wires to the ignitor were severed. Installed new wires to ignitor. Now it ignites and heats great.

Installed belt and pully kit and cleaned out dryer. Runs great now.
