Not spinning or agitating. Lid switch is good. Found a broken coupler. Cleaned up the coupler area and replaced coupler. Leveled out washer and ran on both agitate and spin. Both works great now.

I replace the brake element and the controller, when the bake element went bad and burnt out the control board. I tested all the functions of the oven it worked like new. The range is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, wants the repair kit and the inside of the dryer cleaned. Installed new rebuild kit and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Tested and dryer sounds great. Dryer is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, icemaker is not working. Inspected and tested. Found the wiring harness at the bottom hinge is completely severed. This would need a new door to fix issues. Customer is just going to go without a ice maker for now.

The customer said the dishwasher does not drain and its full of dirty water. I started the dishwasher and I could hear the drain pump run but water was trickling out. I sucked ip all the water and removed the drain pump from the sump. I found a bottom to a candle was stuck in the hose. I cleared the hose and tried it again. It now washers and drains out good.

Im possible to read model and serial, but multiple things going on. Transmission is leaking a lot of oil. Motor is covered in mineral deposits and motor shaft is all rusted and corroded. Water pump is broken and leaking water. Its 30 years old so customer is going to replace washer.

Replaced bad water valve. Ran it. Now valve calls for water but water barely coming in. Disconnected water line from shut off under the sink and turned on the water. Water barely trickles out. Spoke with manager and maintenance and let them know it needs a new valve under the sink. Dishwasher itself is fixed now though.

The dryer was making a burn smell. I took the dryer apart and found it was full of lint that was backing up. The dryer dust is plugged somewhere. The customer will clean it. I cleaned out all the lint and advised the customer that it will smell for a little while.
