Fridge has been warming up. 30 in freezer and 41 in fresh food. Found the evaporator fan iced up, most likely from the door getting left open. Put in test mode with newfi and sensors reading temps correctly, and defrost system works well. Steamed off evaporator so that fan can run again. Also did a firmware update. Works great now. Told customer to give it 24 hours to cool down to desired temps.

The dishwasher is running the drain pump and gives the e15 leak error. I pulled the dishwasher out and saw water leaking from the water valve. I gave quote for the whole repair. I replaced the water valve and verified its not leaking.

“When another major repair company that I had used for.. a long time was a cancelled and that was after business hours and after waiting in a 8-5 time frame, I didn't know what to do. Replaced ice maker and water valve. Ran diagnostics and ice maker cycles and fills. Ice maker fan runs. Water dispenses. AS im here ice maker is testing and working good. Informed customer that 24 hours should hav ice.

Customer complaint is, water is dispensing really slow. Inspected and tested. Found the filter housing manifold has failed. Installed new filter housing manifold and tested. Dispenser is working great. Refrigerator is now fixed.
