Found that there is a sealed system leak. (See picture) only %5 frost pattern. online it shows that it may have a 5 year sealed system warranty but im not sure if it includes this model. Customer said it will take a long time to preheat or never reach set temperature.Found that the bake element is shorted (open) not related to cooling fan i replaced. The customer said the washer does not drain and they get the oe drain error. I verified the drain pump is bad. The impeller is stripped off. I replaced the drain pump and tested the washer. It is working great now.

"Pulled fridge out. Pulled off back panel and vacuumed out all the lint and dust from coils and compressor. Cleaned out inside of fridge.

The complaint is the dishwasher does not drain. I put it into a drain and I can hear the drain pump buzz but it does not drain. I pulled the dishwasher out and removed the drain pump. I found the drain pump had pieces of the screen that wrap around the wash pump stuck inside. I cleaned out the screen and put it back together. The dishwasher runs and the wash pump is a little loud but it does drain. I quoted the customer for a wash motor assembly. At this time they declined the wash motor repair.

The dryer does not heat and has poor air flow. I found the fuse was bad. I replaced the fuse and then cleaned the dryer duct. The dryer blows air good now.

"Fridge has been leaking water from the front. Found the bottom of the freezer frozen over with ice, because the evaporator drain was frozen over. Steamed out all the ice in the freezer, then pulled out the fridge and detached the drain line. Found the drain line full of sludge. Steamed out the drain line. Now the drain drains awesome."

Customer complaint is unit not drying but heating. Found unit only getting to 150 degrees on high. Removed the vent in the back and now its up to 188 which is perfect. Vent needs to be cleaned.

Unit not heating. Also customer said a gas smell would happen. Checked over the oven. Found the bake igniter would glow but not light. Unit needs a new igniter. Installed new igniter then tested. Unit is working great now.

The customer said periodically he'll see some water on the floor in front of the dishwasher. I removed the bomb to kick panel and the insulation on the panel was wet but the insulation in the door is dry. I can see where water has dripped and leaks from the waterline connection. I tightened up both connections and water is not leaking anymore. I ran the dishwasher and no water is leaking from the dishwasher.

"Customer complaint is, ICEMAKER MAKES TOO MUCH ICE, SHE HAS TO TURN IT OFF. WATER DISPENSER IS TOO SLOW. Inspected and tested. FF compartment was 39F and freezer was 5F. Ice maker is testing good and the arm is in place and working great. Water pressure is slow from dispenser. The rear water valve has failed. This is not covered by warranty. Installed new water valve and tested. Water dispenser has great water pressure. Refrigerator is now fixed.

Customer got parts from last diagnosis. Installed new display board and gasket. Once installed and reassembled. Found the outlet that the dishwasher was plugged in is dead. Tried to trip the breaker, still nothing. Possible that the dishwasher blew the outlet. Tested unit in a different outlet and it works properly now. Tested unit for 15 minutes and no leaks.

"Dishwasher has been leaving food particles on dishes. I ran dishwasher for one hour, found that it drains great, fills, heater works great, and circulates awesome. Spray holes on arms are not plugged. Recommended switching detergents. Also recommended running a bottle of finish dishwasher cleaner through it. Water is soft, I tested it. Nothing to fix on this other than switching detergent."

"Customer complaint is, STARTS, BEEPS, STOPS. NOT FILLING OR WASHING. Inspected and tested. Started dishwasher on a heavy cycle and it filled and started washing. After 5 minutes I canceled and drained and started a normal cycle. It filled and started washing. After about 10 minutes I canceled and drained and started a 1 hour wash and it filled and started washing. Dishwasher is testing good while testing and I cant get it to fail."

"Customer complaint is, leaking. Tenant had dishwasher running when I got there. Water was leaking out the bottom of the door pretty good and theres soap suds underneath the dishwasher. I opened dishwasher and theres a ton of soap suds in the bottom. I put some milk in the dishwasher and ran for a few minutes and now the suds are gone. I canceled and drained and started a new cycle and watched for over 10 minutes and it never leaked again. The pod was still in the dispenser and wasnt dissolved yet, so the suds are coming from dish soap that got in there, or buildup from soap scum. I recommended running a cleaner through dishwasher regularly and making sure no dish soap gets in the dishwasher or its going to leak every time."

"Customer said it sparks when using it. Found that the screw that hold the waveguide was loose and sparking. Tightened screw, tested and no more sparks. Microwave is heating and working good.

"Customer complaint is, EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE THERES A LITTLE WATER COMING OUT THE BOTTOM. NOW ITS BECOMING MORE FREQUENT. Inspected and tested. I filled washer all the way to the top and drained washer in test mode and no leaks. Started a speed wash cycle and watched it fill and agitate and still not leaking. "The customer compliant is the washer does not drain and the door is locked. I put the washer into drain. The drain pump buzzes but it does not drain. I manually opened the door and sucked all the water out. I removed the drain filter. There was a quarter of smithing in the pump. I cleared the pump and found the impeller is loose and feels stripped. I ran the drain pump, its noisy and does not work properly. I had no service so I had PW look up the drain pump. He found that its no longer being made. He only found one oem drain pump on eBay I quoted the customer $350 for the part plus $147.95 for labor. The customer will call back if they want it fixed. Also customer said the craft ice maker in the freezer was overflowing into the bucket and creating a ball of ice and theyve had it turned off almost from the beginning. These craft ice makers have been a issue with that because its not ejecting all the cubes and then overflowing when it fills. They have a new part number for this ice maker, AEQ73449909. The customer said the ice maker is filling the drawer with water. I found the right ice tray is broken and not dumping ice. Tech support then tested read switch and it reads opens/closed as I open and close door, which is good. Ran test of ice maker sensor and it reads 51 degrees and that would appear normal since it just filled and i had door open and it is reading temperature of the water.Tech support said everything seems like its working and said that maybe the sensor on the ice maker is off since its reading 51 degrees but that would be normal to me since its reading the temperature of the water that just filled.Tech support said to let it go and see if ice is being made now. The customer said the display panel was not responding like it should. I replaced the control panel. The microwave is working like it should. All buttons work good.

"Not spinning or draining. Found a broken lid switch. Replaced, runs and drains great now.

Oven has a bad ignitor. Replaced ignitor. Heats great now.

The customer said the dishwasher is flashing heavy and the drain pump runs. I verified it is flashing. I pulled the dishwasher out and tipped it on its side. The bottom pan had some smelling water in it but not a lot just enough to trip the sensor. I can see where water is leaking from the sump seal and from the motor. Needs new sump assembly.

The customer said the ice maker has not been working for a while. The customer had freezer door open today and was cleaning out the freezer. When I arrived the ice maker all of sudden dumped ice and filled with water. I tested the ice maker and the heater is faulty. I replaced the ice maker and the new ice maker filled with water. I advised them to dump the first batch of ice.

"Not running. Found a bad lid switch. Replaced both switches. Now it fills, agitates, drains and spins great.

Tenants complaint unit not draining. Randomly not finishing cycles. Unit had water inside on arrival. Put unit in a drain. Found it was a slow trickle of a drain. Vacuumed out water then got access to drain pump. Disassembled and cleaned out pump and filter. Was really dirty. Reassembled and tested. Now its draining properly. And going through the cycles. Also drain hose too far in drain. Put to correct level and zip tied

"Customer complaint is, COIN MECHANISM ISNT WORKING RIGHT. MISSING BAFFLE IN THE DRUM. Customer said the amount starts counting down when you put in coins and then randomly starts over at $1.50. I couldnt get it to do it while testing. I reset dryer through diagnostics on the board. Dryer is level. Customer is going to use it as is and will let us know if they want to replace the optics in the future."

Installed new parts from last diagnosis. Also did the service bulletin for lubricant the knobs. Tested unit its working properly and the knobs turn freely.

Installed new correct fan. Once installed tested no more loud noise. Reassembled and now unit is working properly

The customer said the microwave does not heat on 100 percent power. I ran the microwave on and off for more than 5 minutes and its heating up great. I tried slamming the door and then shutting it softly. The microwave heats every time. I advised him it defaults to high heat.

The twist tray on the ice maker is broken. Today I replaced the ice maker assembly. I turned the ice maker back on. It is working great now.

The front left burner would not spark. I replaced the spark module and cleaned the igniters. Now all the burners spark and light.

This is the refrigerator last time was the freezer its separate units. Unit isnt cooling. This unit had a compressor replaced before over 7 years again. When off pressures equalized at 60psi. Cut out the dryer and found the dryer was plugged. Quoted customer for sealed system repair. Installed new dryer. Vacuumed and filled unit. Frost pattern is great and cooling properly. Also cleared out the drain that was plugged.

Put unit in test mode tested all features. Everything mechanically working properly. Unit spins out good. Without any no issues. I explained to customer about how picky these units are. They said they mix laundry. I explained have to pants with pants. Shirts with shirts. Towels with towels. They will try that out. Also gave some other great pointers.

"Customer complaint is, WASH CYCLE IS OFF BALANCE. Inspected and tested. Started washer empty and it filled, agitated, drained and spun out perfectly and sounds good. Customer put a blanket in the washer and I ran it through another cycle and its shaking pretty good, but its on a rubber mat and its not very level. I recommended customer try replacing the rubber mat and leveling out washer. Otherwise theres nothing more I can do to make it not shake."

Customers complaint is that unit not heating. Verified complaint no heat. Removed front then tested. Igniter would glow red quickly but no gas. Found bad coils. Quoted then replaced coils. Reassembled tested. Works great.

Installed new board from last diagnosis. Went through test mode. Everything is working properly now.

"Customer complaint is, BROWN MARKS ON CLOTHES. Inspected and tested. Found the top glides were wore out and 2 of them had fallen off causing clothes to get stuck between felt and drum. Installed new top felt glides and bottom felt. Tested and dryer is working great. Dryer is now fixed."

"Customer complaint is, OVEN NOT LIGHTING JUST CLICKING. Inspected and tested. I removed drawer and tested oven. Its igniting every time on the first try. I inspected ignitor and it looks good. I preheated oven to 350F and watched oven reignite multiple times and it was working perfectly. Looks like the problem was with the stuff in the drawer being to close to the ignitor. "Customer complaint is, WHEN HE OPENS THE DOOR CONDENSATION IS CAUSING A LEAK ON HIS WOOD FLOORS. Inspected and tested. FF was 37F and freezer was 3F. The center door mullion on the FF doors has condensation on it. I have 120V to it, but its not heating. Also the right bottom door hinge is bent. Installed both FF lower hinges and shim kit. Door are not sagging anymore and are lined up almost perfect. I installed the center door mullion and found that the tab on the top is not right and doesnt flip it open when you open the door. "Door alarm keeps going off. You can stop it by pressing against the door for a moment. They told me to take down the grate in the freezer and see if the reed switch is wet. Its not. I called them back. Then used a magnet and when placing magnet next to reed switch, fan turns on in freezer. Then when I pull magnet away, fan turns off. I then tested closing door, and freezer fan comes on. When I open door, fan turns off. The main PCB is bad. Tech support said its 19 years old and these boards at this age commonly fail. Board is NLA. Jared can you see if anyone has it? Or if it can be refurbished?; saved tckt"

Unit giving E11 code. Customer replaced heat pump for the motor code. He said it does everything but heat. Found the plug wont be 3 orange wires for the heat pump is damaged. Will need new harness12008383 - CABLE HARNESS; ordrd 1 12008383 (Harness)

"The customer complaint was the washer door remains locked after she runs a rapid wash cycle. I found the spin refresh option was on. If the spin refresh options on it will keep the door locked after cycle and periodically will tumble the clothes so they dont become smelly and it prevents humidity. The cycle will cancel after six hours, or when the customer presses power cancel. I showed the customer how to turn the option off and there was no other issues on the washer."

"Customer complaint is, LEAKING A LOT OF WATER. Inspected and tested. Found the tub seal is leaking onto the transmission, its squealing really loud in a spin. Theres a pin hole in the drain hose. Belt is shredding. Washer is in rough shape and is rusty. The transmission is not covered by warranty. I advised customer they will need to replace the washer."

The customer said the dryers makes a loud noise after a few minutes. I started the dryer and it sounded fine. I removed the drum and inspected the rollers. The belt was warn a little and the rollers were dirty. I used the kit and replaced the bearings and belt. I vacuumed the lint out. I ran the dryer for a bit and it never made that loud noise.

"Every once in awhile theres a loud buzz from the freezer. Then things warm up. They unplug it and then after a day it runs fine again. I took off back panel and saw that water from the icemaker dispenser runs down the back of the dispenser, down the back wall, and ice builds up by the evaporator fan. I cleaned out the ice, inserted and glued a tube around the half pipe water dispenser tube, and then cycled Icemaker. It filled with water and water didnt go running down the back. Showed customer."

"Dishwasher flooded their basement, and now is giving an i20 error. No water under it, but drain pump continually runs. Quoted for pressure sensor, but also let them know once I can run it and let it circulate water, I can figure out what is leaking, so that it doesnt flood basement again. Given that its 9 years old, and its been serviced multiple times, she will replace the unit."

"Customer complaint is, ICEMAKER NOT WORKING. Inspected and tested. Freezer was -2F and FF was 37F. Found the ice maker was all frosted up. I removed ice maker and auger motor assembly and defrosted and dried out ice room. Sealed inside and outside of ice room compartment. Also the supply line was pushed in to far. I adjusted water line and reassembled everything. Cycled ice maker and it filled with water. Ice maker is now fixed.

"Not draining. Found the filter full of fat, which I cleaned out, and a piece of glass in the drain pump. Cleaned that out. Drains great now."

The customer said the oven takes a long time to heat and it does not maintain the temperature good. Also they get the f9 fault. I started the bake and after 1 minute the bake still did not ignite but the ignitor glows. I quoted for a new bake ignitor. I replaced the bake ignitor and then tested the bake. The bake light in about 30 seconds then it got to 350 under 10 minutes.

Once the oven reached the temp and ran for a while the bake burner was unable to reignite. Today I replaced the bake burner and bake/broil harness. I tested the oven at 450. It reached temp and then cycled back on several times.

Customers complaint unit taking long time to heat. Put unit on broil and the broil lite right away. Next did the same for the bake but the bake wouldnt lite. The igniter is glowing but just isnt getting hot enough. Unit needs a new igniter quoted for new igniter installed the part then tested. Unit is working great again.

"Customer complaint is, GET AN ERROR CODE E9 WHEN THE CYCLE COMPLETES. DISHES APPEAR TO BE CLEAN ALTHOUGH NOT AS DRY. Inspected and tested. Found the heat pump has failed. Customer approved repairs. Installed new heat pump and tested. Dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

This unit customer said isnt making ice so it was turned off and warm. Scrubbed interior, disassemble what is available, and cleaned. Turned unit on and its starting to cool and spraying the ice cube tray.

"It didnt drain one time, a month ago. They havent used it since. I ran it five times and it drained perfectly every time. The sump is good. Drain line is clean. Looped up correctly. I took off the little plastic filter clip and theres no debris in there now. Told customer best educated guess is there was some type of food debris a month ago and since then it disintegrated. Runs great."

The dishwasher had the fault code F 11 which indicates a no drain issue. I powered the dishwasher on and then hit start right away. The drain pump comes on and makes noise as if its trying to drain. I removed the drain hose from the garbage disposal and made sure garbage supposal was clear. I ran a tube down the drain hose and turned the drain pump on. The water slowly drained into a bucket but now has a good steady stream. I hook the hose back up to the garbage disposal and tried it a couple more times and now the dishwasher is draining out the water like it should. I turn the dishwasher onto a clean cycle and advise the customer to let it run in the clean dishwasher cycle.

"Customer complaint is, WATER ON THE FRONT ITS CONSTANTLY RUNNING AND IT DOESNT SHUT OFF. Inspected and tested. Freezer temperature is 2F and FF is 39F. The water is stuck on because the paddle is broken on the back side of the dispenser. Needs a new dispenser assembly. Installed new dispenser assembly and tested. Dispenser is working perfectly. Refrigerator is now fixed."

Customers complaint unit leaking. Unit is a front load on a pedestal in a tub. With a built in. Im not able to get the washer out. Tested unit and ran through test mode. let each water valve run for a minute 3 times and no leaks. Checked over the boot and nothing. No water on the bottom either. There is a lot of suds. Unit is suds out the back vent and marking a leak. Had to fill and drain multiple times to clear soap. Unit is working good.

I found the front rollers were bad. I replaced the front 2 rollers from the kit. I oiled the rest. The dryer sounds good now.

All the compliant says is the stopped working and they cant open the lid. When I arrived I found the washer lid was open and the washer is empty. I checked for fault codes and there are none. I did a test and found the agitator was loose. I removed the agitator and cleaned up the grime and soap build up on the transmission shaft. I put the agitator back on and tightened the screw. Now when I try it on a normal cycle it agitates good. I did run the calibration cycle. All tests passed.

Unit making loud noise when running. Heating fine. Verified complaint. Sounds like a bad idler or roller. Disassembled unit. Found the idler was bad. The rollers were good. Customer approved. Installed part. Reassembled unit. Tested unit is nice and quiet.

Found on arrival unit warm. Customer explained woke up about a week ago and it was warm. Found everything running. Compressor is running but not doing anything. Amp .6. Unit has a bad compressor. Verified had equal pressures around 50. Removed bad compressor and dryer. Installed new ones tested for leaks. Everything works great. Pulled vacuum under 300 microns. Let hold vac for 10 minutes didnt led up. Refilled Freon. Then tested unit cooled 15 degrees before I left.

The customer said the fresh food is not cooling well. When I arrived the customer had all the bins out the fresh food and was defrosting the fresh food evaporator cover. The cover had frost build up. I continued to defrost the evaporator. I found the temp sensor had been replaced. The wire connectors were corroded and broken. I repaired the connections and completely defrosted the evaporator. Unit is working good.

"Customers complaint lots of frost. Right away noticed the right side not shutting. Cleared out all the frost and then shut the door found the bottom foot is bent. Its he right foot. Tried to tweak it and still rubbing. Called tech line. They said. This is a new style and havent made any service bulletin for this unit yet. Cant look anything up will need office to source. "The customer said the dishes dont come out dry and there is a oily substance left behind. He said he will open the door while its running and the water is cold. I verified the dishwasher is getting hot water . I ran a service cycle and the fault e3 heating fault came up. Per the tech sheet can we please order the heater, the control and the turbidity sensor. I found the sensor but I could not find the other part. 1757990100 sensor ; states that autho needed"

"When you select cold water, it only runs on hot. Very hot. Spoke with Asko, Amy, highly likely its a stuck relay on the main PCB. Small chance theres a grounded/shorted heater, or bad thermistor. Stacked unit. Couldnt fully diagnose it today, but she would plan on having her husband get dryer down, so I could service washer and dryer on floor when I come back. Would not need a second technician. Part numbers are Board230667, Heater 251260 and Thermistor250223. Please call owner with quote for each, but she knows most likely it will be the board. "Customer complaint is, PART COMING LOOSE FROMT THE BACK OF THE APPLIANCE. Inspected and tested. The silverware conduit keeps popping off. I reinstalled it and it locked in place tight. I dont think customer was getting it locked in place all the way. If this happens again, we should send the customer a new silverware conduit."

"Tripping breaker and then went dead. Found some melted wires at junction box. Redid wires, runs great now."

Unit smells like a fire. Removed kick plate found some lint started on fire. Cleaned out the lint. The wiring looks still ok. Tested unit and its working properly. Little noise but nothing crazy. Checked air flow outside and was 13. Cleaned out the vent and now its working properly. Customer is going to run a load and watch it. I said might take a little bit to remove the smell.

The complaint is the freezer is not freezing and the fresh food is now getting warm. I removed the freezer evaporator cover. There is a small amount of frost on the evaporator. I tapped into the system and it was in 10 inch vacuum. I advised the customer it would need a new low side assembly. The low side is no longer available and it would be a expensive repair. I did add coolant for now so it can get by until they replace it.

"Customer complaint is, FRZ COMPARTMENT NOT GETTING COLD. Inspected and found the evaporator has heavy frost on about 10-15 percent and nothing on the rest. The sealed system has failed. Customer is going to replace the refrigerator."
