Customer complains that the washer is filling up on its own. Even after she shut off the water supply lines. The gate valves that run the water supply lines to the washer will not close and leak. The inlet valve has failed on the washer, and while I was draining water, I heard the rear main bearing was very loud. I talked to Customer, and she said it really Howells. I left her with a quote and shes going to call us at the latest by tomorrow if she wants us to order the valve at the plate the job.

Customer complaint is, bake does not work. Inspected and tested. Found the bake ignitor has failed. Installed new bake ignitor and tested. Oven is heating great. Oven is now fixed.

I installed the new door parts and adjusted the door close. The wall oven is now fixed.

The customer said the washer leaked after the 5th load of laundry. They did not use it again after it leaked. I filled it to the max and let it agitate. I did a drain and spin and no water is leaking. I checked the tub seal and no water is leaking. I did it all over and it stil never leaked. The washer sits in a pan with a drain in the center. I told the customer I have seen water back up from those drains during the spin cycle.

Customer wanted his fridge looked at as well since I was there for his dishwasher. Found that water valve on fridge is leaking and overflowed this ice maker and created big ice ball and broke the ice maker. Would need ice maker and water valve but also I explained that customer would need to defrost the freezer, so leave it unplugged for 24 hours.
