"Customer complaint is, NOT MKNG ICE AGAIN. THE CUST THINKS NO WATER IS GETTING TO THE ICE MAKER. Inspected and tested. Freezer temperature is 4F and FF is 39F. The ice maker fill tube is frozen shut probably because the water valve is leaking. I installed new water valve and defrosted fill tube. Tested and ice maker cycled and filled with water. Ice maker is now fixed. Customer has really low water pressure because its hooked up to a reverse osmosis system.

Customer says at the end of cycle the dishwasher will intermittently not drain and still have water on bottom of dishwasher at end of cycle. Customer said it has been working fine for past couple of days but wanted me to take a look at it anyways. I ran diagnostics and no errors. All functions are working good. Tested drain several times. Checked hose to make sure not kinked. I did find a lot of suds and I did not add any soap. I also informed customer that if garbage disposal gets backed up it could suck water back into dishwasher. Customer will use dishwasher as normal and call us back if problems continues.

I vacuumed all the water out then removed the drain pump. I found the drain impeller is stripped off the shaft. I gave a quote for the repair then replaced the drain pump assembly. I tried the washer again and now it drains and spins.

"Customer complaint is, The dryer is on the fritz. It turns on and spins just fine, but it doesn't seem to dry anything. Inspected and tested. Turned dryer on a timed dry high heat cycle and it was heating but only got to 170F and then took forever for the heat to drop before it cycled on again. I disconnected vent and found it was plugged at the back of the dryer. I cleaned out the plug in the vent and reconnected vent and now heat is cycling between 210F and 120F. Dryer is now working great.

I added coolant and nitrogen to locate the leak. I found a leak from the fresh food evaporator low side. Because its been tapped into and the leak is on the low side moisture can get sucked into the system and damage the compressor. I pushed the bailing arm in tight and made sure the it clicks when the arm is up in the off position and when I move it down I can hear the micro switch click when the arm goes down.

"Customer complaint is, WATER ON BOTTOM OF FREEZER. The water is on the top of the bottom freezer drawer. I tested that freezer mullion and its getting 120V and ohms out good at 840. Theres moisture on the FF mullion and black mold on the bottom half of the gasket because the door gasket flapper is ripped off and not sealing. FF mullion is getting 2vdc and ohms out at 23.5. Im going to replace both FF door gaskets because there not sealing great around the mullion and I think moisture is running down and getting on the top of the freezer drawer. I had wiped the mullions dry last time and there both wet again. Installed both new FF door gaskets and did a software reset on the board.

Found that the breaker trips as soon as fridge is plugged in. I checked all wirings for the heater kit I installed. I unplugged heater and evap cover and refrigerator still tripping beaker. Ice box was completely frosted over to where i couldnt pull out the ice bucket last time. Customer said he would let it thaw out and left the refrigerator unplugged even after i did the drain kit install and when it did thaw out he plugged back in fridge and started tripping breaker. I unplugged ice auger and refrigerator now turns on and is starting to cool.Appears that when thawing out the ice box caused auger assmebly to short out and cause breaker to trip. Customer left auger assmebly unplugged and refrigerator get ice errors but i bypassed that so the refrigerator will cool. Refrigerator is currently cooling and running.

I placed the my thermal couple in the fresh food and waited 15 minutes to take temps. While I waited to hooked up the Newfi tool to get codes. The most recent fault detected was for the fresh food doors open for more than 60 minutes 3 days ago. I cleared the codes and ran the firmware update. The fresh food temp was stabilized around the low 35s. I ran the firmware update and cleared codes. I ran the fans and the fans are working good as well.
