Not cooling. Failed sealed system.

Unit was making loud noise during use. Verified complaint sounds like a bad roller. Disassembled unit. Found the two front rollers were seized up and the rubber part of the roller was getting flat. Also the belt was pretty beaten up. Quoted customer for new rollers and belt. Customer approved. Installed parts and also cleaned and oiled the other roller and idler. Reassembled unit and tested. Unit is quiet and running properly.

Customer complaint is, NOISY. Inspected and tested. Found the tub seal is leaking water onto the gearcase and its roaring in a spin. Quoted customer $580. to install new gearcase. Customer declined repairs and is going to replace the washer.

Over icing and frosting up behind evaporator cover. Found that it needed the new drain kit, including insulation, heat probe, and drain tubes. Replaced everything and confirmed that the heater comes on. Was zero in freezer and 25 in fresh food when I got there. Customer already replaced temp sensor. He will call to pay.

Replaced bad rollers, belt and pully. Vacuumed all the hair and lint out. Runs quiet and doesnt smell like burning rubber.

The dryer shuts off before the cycle is complete. Upon arrival and inspection while testing at I found the temperature claimed that the unit powered off suddenly. I disconnected the vent and checked it and the outside vent had a 10 mph loss but still exceeded 20 miles an hour. I tested both TC hours and thermostats and I was getting in inconsistency when I checked them. I recommend replacement of all thermostats and tcos. I tested it using time dry just like the customer and let it run for 20 minutes and it ran flawlessly without cutting out again. The dryer is now fixed.

Not making crushed ice. Ended up finding there is a broken wire between the upper door hinge and where it comes out in the freezer. Its in the cabinet casing so cant be fixed. Customer wants cubed ice though so per the customers permission, I secured the solenoid in the upper position so that it only makes cubed. Works great now. Job complete.

Replaced condenser fan and cleaned out drain last time. No more leaks and fan is running and cooling compartment area. Refrigerator is working good.

Particles on their wash water. I found the whole house had this issue. It is apparent they are getting contamination in their water from the city. No repairs possible, I left them with a few thoughts to help them deal with water contamination.
