"Air gap totally packed with food debris. Seeds and other debris. Pulled out dishwasher, dried out water that had backed up into the dishwasher. Cleaned out air gap.

"Replaced evaporator cover inside refrigerator, new part the evaporator fan was in backwards. Had to flip it so the problem didnt happen again. Also replaced ice maker. "Customer complaint is, TAKES TOO LONG TO HEAT UP BAKE, THE COOKTOP BURNERS ARE NOT HEATING UP FAST. Inspected and tested. All 4 burners get red hot and cycle on and off. Oven temperature sensor ohmed out at 1090 and both elements tested good. I preheated oven and got there in less than 15 minutes and heat was cycling between 380F and 325F. Range is testing perfectly. "Making a clicking sound from left cabinet side in ff section. Found there is no clearance on left or right sides, causing sealed system refrigerant line to make all kinds of sounds, extremely hot on sides. Needs 13/16 clearance on both sides. Nothing we can fix on this. They will figure out how to adjust cabinets.

We checked the compressor and the pressures. The low side pressure was around 55 psi and the high side was around 60 psi. Those pressures indicted a failing compressor. We replaced the compressor and the filter dried. I purged the system and pulled a vacuum. I updated the board then recharged the sealed system. The unit is cooling. I advised to wait 24 hours for it to be normal.

We checked the compressor and the pressures. The low side pressure was around 25 psi and the high side was around 75 psi. Those pressures indicted a failing compressor. We replaced the compressor and the filter dried. I purged the system and pulled a vacuum. I updated the board then recharged the sealed system. The unit is cooling. I advised to wait 24 hours for it to be normal.

"Found that the heating element shorted and broke so that was causing burning smell. Also found that water valve is bad on dishwasher as it only filling up half the water needed for normal wash. Also found that there was broken glass in drain pump causing no drain. Customer approved estimate to replace water valve and heater. Replaced parts, tested and washer now fills, washes, drains and heats. Dishwasher is working good.

The complaint was the dishwasher does not fill with water. The customer said the dishwasher sat in the garage all summer. When start is pressed the dishwasher will run the drain pump and then its quiet. I checked for power to the water valve and I get 120 volts. I hooked the plug back up to the valve and now it fills with water. I tried it 3 more times and it was filling and washing as it should.

Water was leaking from diverter. Today I replaced the diverter assembly and then ran the dishwasher. I found no leaks and all is working good.

"Found that the hot water valve on washer is leaking from top. Customer approved estimate. Replaced valve, tested and no more leaks. Washer is working good."

Replaced bad user interface and water dispenser module. Works great now.

Unit not draining. Unit had standing water. I vacuum out the old nasty standing water. Once out. Unplugged unit and removed the drain pump. All the fins are good on the propeller. I did find a chunk of glass in the sump where the pump locks in. Removed glass reassembled. Tested multiple times. Draining properly. No leaks. Explained to customer the pump looks good but there is a chance it might fail again. If it does give us a call and we will have to replaced the pump.

I tested dyer and heat only got up to 150 degrees and shut off. Dryer is short cycling heat due to clogged dryer vent. Found that the drying problem is not with the dryer. I disconnected vent and dryer itself is cycling heat normally. I can see the vent is clogged and is using flexible venting but appears that it goes up to the roof. Venting is clogged and ripped.I tired calling the autho contact but went to voice mail. Please follow up with management company and let them know that dryer venting will need to be fixed/replaced and cleaned so that dryer will work efficiently.; saved tckt

"The customer said the unit is slowly loosing its cool again. Today I found the unit is on and cooling but the fresh food temp was around 42 and the freezer temp was around 26 degrees. I pulled the fridge out and put my gauges on the high and low side of the compressor. The low side pressure was -15 and the high side was around 90 psi. I used the dye light and glasses to look for dye. I found no dye leaking from any of the joints. I used the leak detector sniffer and checked for leaks, still found nothing. As a last resort I sprayed all the joints with leak detector soap, still no leaks. I did find the back wall of the refrigerator is swearing up around where the refrigerant lines going the ice maker evaporator. When that happens that means the foam around the lines has broken down and it gets so cold then it sweats. The back of the fridge is very cold. When the copper lines start to sweat they will oxidize, and then corrode and that can cause leaks in the copper lines. Last visit I added a leak stop sealant. It held for a while but the leak but be bigger now. The sealed system leak and the swearing on the back wall is unrepairable. Please submit my findings and pictures. "F8E0 error. Cooling fan. Put in test mode and fan doesnt come on. I then did the ohms test on the fan, and it was 80 ohms between P5-1 and P6-3. Should be 25. Then did the hall sensor VDC test, and board is sending 5 vdc to the sensor which is to spec. Needs new cooling fan. Quoted for fan. Found that the injector nozzle broke off and cracked so when washer fills it sprayed outside of the wash tub. Water or ice wont dispense. Took off line from wall and has good flow but found a lot of weird floating white stuff in the line. The lid strike was broke off in the latch. We replaced the parts ordered. The lid switch is working good and the washer is working great .

"Bellow came off when a shoe string got caught in it. I checked things over, nothing suspect with washer. Reattached boot, ran through test mode, and it runs great. Spins, drains, fills perfectly."

"Found that compressor is not running. Bad overload/start relay. Customer approved estimate. Replaced relay, tested and compressor turns on and is running. Refrigerator is cooling and working good.

Found that the door lid plastic near hinges are cracked and door wont lay flat and thats why you need to push lid down so lid lock will latch. Customer declined lid replacement and will glue or tape it to try and get longer life out of the washer.

The customer said the dishwasher stopped and was flashing the AE leak error code. We pulled the dishwasher out far enough to see under at the pumps and hoses. I then started the dishwasher and it filled then started a wash cycle. We watched it for 20 minutes and its not leaking. There is some water in the pan so it did leak at some point. I sucked the rest of the water out. I advised the customer it could have leaked from inside of water was misdirected or it was over sudsing. I advised them to run the dishwasher with no soap on one load then run with soap and see what happens.

"Found that water valve was leaking also found that the fill tube was disconnected and would leak when filling. Replaced water valve and pulled it dishwasher and secured water fill hose to side of dishwasher as normal. Tested and dishwasher fills, washes and drains. Dishwasher is working good.

The belt was broken. I replaced the belt and cleaned the rollers and vacuum the dryer out. The dryer runs good and sounds good now.

Installed new damper control from last diagnosis. Could hear something when disassembling to get to it. Turned power off replaced part reassembled plugged unit back in and tested. Unit is working properly and no loud clunking noises

Found that the water line extension that the copper water line was into had a crack on the plastic waterline and was spraying wate. I showed customer and told him we could just bypass that hose extension and go straight into the water valve and he was ok with it. Tested and no leaks.Refrigerator is working good.

The customer said the oven does not heat evenly and they get a smell. I found the bake ignitor is very weak and only draws 2.5 amps. When it does light only have the burner is lighting and that can cause a gas smell. I gave the customer a quote for the repair. I replaced the bake ignitor.

Oven not heating. Replaced a bad bake ignitor. Put it on bake and watched it quickly ignite and preheated great.

The dryer duct just needed to be hooked back up after the customer pulled the dryer away to clean behind it. We took the dryer apart and cleaned it and oiled the rollers. We put the dryer back together and tested the operation. We pushed it back and secured the dryer duct to the dryer.

"I have a c4 error on this Samsung washer. Washer is pretty new. When it comes time to add water via the dispenser, the water valve hums but water barely trickles in. When the washer first fills with hot water or cold water it fills great. The water valve only sends a trickle of water through the dispenser. Needs new water valve assembly, which is part 3 on the dispenser diagram. DC62-30314K is the part number I get. DW can you confirm if thats correct, because when I look at Dey it calls it a hot water valve? And then call owner with quote? "Customer complaint is, NOT CONSISTENT ON MAKING ICE. Customer said they turned it off for a couple weeks and then turned it back on and it made a couple of batches but is not consistently working. Inspected and tested. FF compartment is 38F and freezer is -1F. I tried cycling ice maker and it cycled and filled with water, but the gears are grinding and clicking. I removed ice maker and auger motor assembly and sealed ice room on the inside and outside and checked the water line and it was good. This is going to need the ice maker kit if they have it, otherwise a new ice maker part number DA97-15217D. Found that the wire harness is bad and not sending power to spark module. Im assuming that spark module is ok but i let customer know that its could be bad also but until i replace wire harness i wont know for sure and gave him estimate for both incase. Customers complaint noted is not drying. Called customer to let me in he said the third dryer not drying. Tested unit it tumbled igniter is glowing but no gas noticed behind the dryer its off turned it on and tested nothing. Took unit about nothing seamed damaged next checked if I had gas to unit nothing. Checked in the utility room and there was 2 red tags for 2/3 dryers. The 3rd dryer was venting not hooked up and gas smell. First one I couldnt really read. Customer will see if he can get report. I didnt have time for the other dryer but I made a new job and rescheduled for that job. Third dryer the one Im called for. Turned gas on checked for leaks found the valve is getting stuck. "Fridge shuts off every so many hours. I checked the outlet for the fridge, and it was dead. I went to the electrical box and the power was on at the box. I flipped the switch back and forth, and the fridge came on. With compressor and fans running, it doesnt trip. I put into forced defrost and it didnt trip anything when the heater came on. Tenant said their outlets have been funny, power goes out to them even though the breaker box doesnt trip. I called the management group to let them know that Im going to have tenant run extension cord for fridge to an outlet that hasnt been giving them trouble to see if fridge still trips. I defrosted tube, and now water is dripping from the tube and from the wall cavity around it. I had customer shut water off to the refrigerator and it was still leaking over 30 minutes later. This is going to need a new valve, water line and fill tube. I cant find the fill tube that goes into the wall on the parts diagram. Someone is going to have to call Frigidaire and see if its replaceable. This is also a built in refrigerator/freezer and is going to be fun to move. "Customer complaint is, TEMPERATURE ISSUES. IT IS A GAS OVEN AND WHEN PREHEATING TO 400, IT WILL OFTEN HEAT TO 450 BEFORE shutting down. Customer said its cycling on and off more than it use to like it keeps trying to preheat. I checked out the temperature sensor and it ohmed out and 1083. I started a bake cycle and the ignitor is only drawing about 2.95 Looks like the ignitor is weak. Customer approved repairs. Installed new bake ignitor and tested. New ignitor is drawing 3.2 amps and heat is cycling on and off perfectly. Range is now fixed.

No power/no lights. There is power at outlet. Found that the fuse is bad on the board. Customer approved estimate. Soldered in new fuse. Tested and refrigerator compressor turns on and all lights are working. Refrigerator is working good.

"Customer complaint is, THE ICEMAKER IS NOT WORKING. Inspected and tested. Freezer temperature is 1F and FF is 37F. I found the ice maker was turned off. I showed customer how to turn ice maker back on."

"The customer complaint was the upper rack adjuster wheels are falling off and when they pull out the third level rack, it pulls on the door gasket. We replaced the upper rack adjusters and I glued in the top of the door gasket. It is working a lot better now."

The complaint was the dishwasher does not drain and it leaks. The customer scooped all the water out so there was no standing water when we arrived. I started the dishwasher and let run. The dishwasher filled and started to wash. No water was leaking from the dishwasher. When it went to drain the water in the sink started to back up. I started the garbage disposal and water and food shot up. The garbage disposal was plugged. We ran it 3 more times and it did not leak and does drain good every time. I called the management company and gave a update.

The customer complaint the freezer display flashed HI and there was some frost on the freezer door where ice is dispensed. Today I found both sections are cooling great and the freezer temp is around 0 and the fresh food was around 37. There was just a little frost on the ice chute. The freezer showed the HI. I pressed the freezer temp down button and the HI went away and never came back. When the display shows HI that just means the temp was above set temp. We ran diagnostics and it all passed. There are no saved error codes. No other issues found.

"Washer would try and start and within 10 seconds would go to done. Getting actuator motor sensor error. Customer approved estimate. Replaced actuator, tested and washer now fills, agitates, drains and spins. Washer is working good.

"Customer said that staff who was there said it was smoking but the maintenance guys did not verify it. As im here I tested the dryer that I replaced heating element and it cycling heat normally and no smoke, nothing inside dryer is burnt. Since right dryer I did not touch last time. I tested the heat on that one and the dryer vent is clogged. Dryer got up to 280 degrees with dryer vent attached. Per the notes last work order it is a blind hookup underneath cabinet and I cant verify that it is fully attached and i know its not based on the hot air i can feel out the sides.What is happening is that since dryer vents are clogged there is lint floating around and dryer is sucking in and burning the lint and making a burning smell. I called Nick (contact) and informed him that dryer vents need to be cleaned because they are clogged and that the dryers will need to have some kind of accordion vent to ensure that it is sealed to blow the air outside. Dryers themselves are heating and working good."

"LE error and motor wont turn. Found that it is a bad hull sensor. Customer approved estimate. Replaced hull sensor, tested and washer now tumbles and spins. Washer is working good.

Customer showed me streaks and some stuck on grit on some dishes. I ran diagnostics and mechanically all functions are working good. So then I referred to user manual and explained that they should follow the recommended dish placements for best washablity. I did increase the amount of rinseaid is used to max in the settings.I also recommended to use the auto wash or heavy wash and to avoid normal as that is eco setting. Also to use sanitize option. Since mechanically everything is functioning by doing these changes to the wash settings that should be better cleaning the dishes. Customer will try that and call back if they are still having issues.

Dryer not running. Just hums. I found a tooth pick wedged in the drum and by rotating the drum was able to free it up and now it runs great.

Unit wasnt draining. Put unit in a drain and nothing. Felt the drain pump was getting hot and rumbled. Removed all the water. Next removed drain pump and found a chunk of glass and a broken fin of the motor. Customer is getting a new unit in 3 weeks so I reassembled unit and tested unit is draining.

Replaced all wire harnesses. Runs great now.

Replaced bad main PCB and leaking water valve for dispenser in door. Put into service mode. Now the temps read correctly and the icemaker cycles like its supposed to.

Unit was making loud noise during tumbling. Disassembled unit and found the front rollers are bad. Quoted customer for a new roller. Installed new rollers and reassembled. Once reassembled I tested unit.

The customer said the dishwasher does not heat but it does work just fine otherwise. I plugged the Newfi tool in and checked for faults. The flood switch fault was active. I removed the flood switch and checked the float. I found the float was stuck. I quoted the customer for the repair. I replaced the flood switch and ran the firmware update.

"Customer complaint is, Microwave is sparking and has burning smell. Inspected and tested. Microwave is running, but not heating. Found the magnetron is black at the connector. Needs a new magnetron. This is a convection microwave, so Im going to need help when I go back. Also the tile backsplash is tight to the microwave on the back and could be a little tricky to remove and reinstall. I advised customer about the tile and warned her that it could be a problem. Please schedule with a second guy. I ordered a new magnetron, capacitor and diode from Marcone and should have it by October 2nd. Its Marcone, so I probably wouldnt schedule it before next Thursday. Fresh food section has been freezing some things since they moved in here in August. Sometimes on the upper right side. They have it set to warmest setting in ff section and its. Currently 34 degrees. Freezer was 12 degrees. Defrosted evaporator to see what it would do. Frosted over within 7 minutes. Temperature control is not managing temps correctly. Customer says that its only dropping 1-2 trays of ice a day. I tested ice maker and it cycles but making a loud clicking noise. I tested water valve but since there is no way i can time the fill in test mode I dont know if the water valve is a slow fill vs normal fill of whole tray. Need to order water valve assmebly and ice maker assembly.Refrigerator water looks like its on reverse osmosis system but said that it was working fine up until few days ago. So lets replace parts before we point to the water filter system.Water valve is not in stock. The customer complaint is the washer does not wash good and does not spin out good. I ran the washer and found the impeller/pulsator is stripped. During spin the clothes cannot balance so it does not spin well. It needs the pulsator replaced. I gave the customer a quote for the repair. Customer said that dryer tumbles but doesnt heat. Found that gas coils are bad and wont turn on gas for heat. Customer approved estimate. Replaced gas coils and cleaned out inside dryer of lint build up. Tested and dryer is heating and working good.Office: owner approved to be charged to card on file. When i look i dont see it stored. "Unit has a few different issue. One issue compressor making loud high pitch noise at random times. I know from past ones we done. Its been an inverter. Also customer door needs alignment. They have a service bulletin for this issue. I have the parts for this and dont need them. Next issue is the fridge never getting under 40 degrees. They have a service bulletin for this issue also. "The customer complaint was the whole freezer is not cooling. When we arrived I found it was plugged in but the thermostat was set to off. I set the thermostat to 3 and the compressor started right up. Only the top shelf is getting kind of cold after 25 minutes. The compressor feels warm and theres hardly any heat coming from the discharge lines or the condenser coil. The customer said when they first plugged in it when it was new the top shelf only completely built up with about 2 inches of frost. I believe it may have oil floating around the system which could be causing a restriction at time. This is a smaller unit so its a good chance it was layer down at some point. "The complaint is, it does not cool well in both section. The unit was on and running when I arrived and the compressor was running. I found the compressor is hot and not pumping refrigerant. It needs the compressor and filter drier. Please order the parts. ; schdld next appmnt for 10/3 TUE !"

"This is a whirlpool duet style gas. Unit wasnt heating but tumbling. Found when I started unit igniter wouldnt even glow. Started with the thermostat on the blower house it was bad. Quoted for replace. Approved installed part reinstalled toekick panel and tested. Unit is now heating properly. Advised getting the vents cleaned also.

I found the bake igniter is shorted and not working. I replaced the bake igniter and now the oven is working as it should.

Giving D27 error. Found that it had a lot of detergent in it. Called whirlpool technician support and they walked me through clearing the error code. Now it no longer flashes out of order or the error code. Pushed washer and dryer back to wall. Tested it out. Runs great now.

The customer complaint is water sits in the dispenser tray and the led is cracked on the left corner. I found the cold water is coming in slow and a part of the dispenser tray is missing. I need the whole valve assembly not just the valve and the dispenser tray. It also needs new glass lid. Today we replaced the all the parts. The lid closes good and water runs out the dispenser tray as it should. No other issues found.

"The timer was not advancing on its own. Today I replaced the timer and parts. The washer timer is now working and advancing. The washer is working as it should. We ran it in a wash cycle, the washer filled and agitated. I then ran a drain and spin and that also too works just fine."

"Complaint is the washer is not draining and not going through the cycles. Put it in test mode with the newfi device and the drain pump hums but would not turn on. I vacuumed all the water out and then removesd the drain pump and found impeller was stuck. I gave the customer a quote for the entire repair then when he approved it, I replaced the drain pump and tested operation. The washer is working as it should.

The upper rack rail stop was broken. I replaced the upper right rail. All tested good.

Installed board. Once installed tested made sure unit was working properly. Unit is now working like before.

"Dryer had gotten detached from vent when the washer in the room flooded. I pulled out the washer, got behind the dryer, and reattached the vent. Now its nice and secure.
