Unit not getting cold enough. Found the ice cream being soft. And not much of a frost pattern on the unit. Tapped into system and was getting around -10 to -15 psi. So we have a leak. Pressure tested could see it slowly drop. Checked all connections and all exposed surfaces. Nothing. Unit has an internal leak. The heat exchanger isnt available on this unit. Nothing I can do. Filled with refrigerant. And unit is back working until it leaks out.

Theyve sometimes had big flames come out of the burners. They said one time they couldnt get the burner to turn off, and that they smell gas sometimes. I found zero leaks of gas. I did find that some of the burner covers were on upside down, which was causing funny airflow of the gas, and bigger flames. Some covers were not on properly either, being off centered. I showed customer how to properly put covers on and explained that how they had the covers will cause issues with flame size, igniting, etc. Job complete.

Shuts off after 3-6 minutes and says to clean lint filter. Tech support said to disconnect the vent and run it, I ran it for 20 minutes and it didnt stop and give an error code related to the vent (15 red blinks and 1 green blink). I let the customer know that they will need to get the vent cleaned. Also, the washer lid was loose. Found one of the clips had fallen off. Took front off of washer and reinstalled clip and now its nice and secure. Job complete:

Customer complaint was unit shutting off after 10-15 min. Tested and it filled washed and ran for 35 min . Quoted a sump/motor assembly DD82-01126B if it continues to give issues. There is a hum during wash so it intermittently is working . They are gonna think about it and see if the dishwasher does it again. But as far I could test, unit was operating as it should.
