Found that washer drain trap was clogged with debris, hair, gunk. Tested and washer is draining and working good.

Washer not draining. I can hear pump run but nothing coming out. I checked drain trap and was had couple of baby socks stuck in there. Rmoeved debris and washer now drains. Washer is working good.I did not charge extra as the trap was right in front and nothing had to be taken apart and was quick call.

Customer complaint is, lower oven unit got super hot. Customer said it gave a E215 error. Inspected and tested. Started the lower oven and on the third cycle it stuck on and got to 500F before I shut it off. Needs a new relay board. Quoted customer $520. to install new board. Customer approved repairs. Installed new oven relay board and tested. Oven is heating great. Oven is now fixed.

The customer said while they were washing blankets the washer started to leak. I found the gasket was twisted and the basket looked like it was sitting low. I removed the rear panel and found the whole drum was sitting on the ground and the rear shock is bent. One of the holding springs is broken. I replaced the black rubber hose and secured the new drain extension line, making sure to install a high loop. The unit drained perfectly four times in a row.

The customer said the dryer is loud and sounds like a bearing. I started the dryer and right away it was loud and sounded like aiming was in the blower. I took the whole thing apart and I found nothing. The blower was clean and the blower is not loose or broken. The rollers look good and the older was good. I put it back together and it sounds normal. I open the door and closed it then tried it 5 times. I put my jacket in the dryer and it sounds fine. The customer had a blanket for me to put in the dryer and it still sounded normal.

Found that the door cables broke and door falls open. Customer approved estimate. Also found that the side mounting brackets broke off and are part of the tub. Only other way is to use granite mounting kit but the cabinets are offset so it might not work (see picture) i explained to customer that i would adjust the feet of dishwasher best i could so it is held in place that way.Replaced door cables, tested and door now opens normally and does not fall down. Dishwasher is secure and does not wiggle around. Dishwasher is working good.

The washer walks and then shakes. The washer is on a uneven cement floor. As it shakes it was down the slope of the floor. The damper pads look good and the washer is not leaking water. I advised the customer to clean the bottom of the feet and put some vibration pads under all 4 feet on the washer. If that does not fix the problem then we can try the damper pads and new belts. I created a estimate.

Unit was dead. Verified complaint. Found that the outlet is a GFI and was tripped. Reset the GFI and tested washer on all cycles and its working properly without any issues. Let customer manufacture says dont have them hooked up to a GFI. Let customer to keep a eye one it and see what they have plugged in on the same outlet and if there is a certain setting that it trips on. If it does get photos of what setting and where it stopped. If it continues to happen might be an electrical issue
