When the door opens the clocks was going dead and had to be reset. Today I replaced the door user interface and choke. Now the door is working and the microwave is heating good. All the buttons on the door are working.

4e error code it intermittently completes cycles. Upon arrival and inspection I took the unit apart and verified pressure sensor was good the valves were good check the water supplies they were perfect pull it apart looked at the bar and I could hear loud hissing sound. I hooked up my HASS Tool and it would not read the control board. The control board has failed and intermittently it works and intermittently it fails. I quoted via blue book, he declined repairs.

Customer complaint is, wont bake, error f-11 comes up broil works and burners work. Inspected and tested. Found the bake ignitor has failed. Installed new bake ignitor and tested. Oven is heating great. Oven is now fixed.

Found that hull sensor is bad. Replaced hull sensor, tested and washer went into high speed spin and appears to be working good. I pushed washer back and then the house power went out so i couldnt fully test it but was a bale to verify tub spinning and washer should be good to use once power is back on.

Install dishwasher. The cabinet was not big enough for the unit her husband will modify it. I hooked up and installed the dishwasher but could not seat it in the cabinet. It ran great no leaks. Noted issues the plumbing is not graded correctly, the drain plumbing nipple size was incorrect, and the cabinet was too small for the dishwasher.

Customer complaint was the dryer will not tumble. I started the dryer and verified that nothing will happen. Motor would not make a noise. I spun the drum by hand and felt no resistance. I lifted the top and found the belt was not broken, but the idler pulley wheel had fallen off the shaft. I gave the customer the blue book quote for replacing the idler pulley assembly. I replaced the idler, pulley assembly and oiled rollers. The airflow tested good, and the dryer is heating properly.

The customer complaint is the dryer does not heat. I started the dryer and verified its not heating. I took the dryer apart and tested the heater and thermal fuse on the heater. I found the fuse is bad. I gave the customer BB quote plus advised I would shorten the dryer duct in the back. I replace the fuse and shortened the duct. The dryer is heating but its taking a long time to heat up. When I disconnected the dryer duct the temp went up faster. I advised the customer they need the duct cleaned ASAP. If the duct is not cleaned it can cause the fuse to pop early. Advised there would be a charge for replacing it again if the duct is not cleaned .

Has been making a knocking sound since customer moved here in November. Looked at evaporator. Uniform frost, no ice around evaporator fan. Checked compressor. Warm and running, fan running strong, condenser line nice and hot. Everything checks out great.
