Found that it was leaking from back of hose (see picture) customer approved estimate to replace hose. Replaced hose, tested and no more leaks. Washer is working good.

Customer complaint is, wont spin or complete a cycle. Inspected and tested. Found the idler pulley has failed and the belt is broken. Installed new idler pulley, belt and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Tested and dryer is working great. Dryer is now fixed. If I ever have to work on this dryer again, I want extra time. You have to pull out the washer to work on the dryer.

The customer complaint is the dryer makes a loud squeal. I verified the dryer is loud when it runs. I took the dryer apart and found the idler pulley was locked up. I quoted for the idler assembly. I replaced the idler arm assembly. The dryer sound good now.

Dishwasher had the error of watertap as i got here. I canceled cycle ran test and dishwasher fills, washes and drains. Dishwasher is working good as im here. I suspect that when it was -10 degrees that the water line froze and thats why no water and the error.I informed customer and suggested to take off kick plate and ran a fan to keep air circulation underneath dishwasher to prevent line from freezing in the future when it gets very cold outside.

Customer complaint is, AGITATOR ISSUE- things are getting caught almost every load- thinks its loose at bottom. Inspected and tested. Found when its agitating, its only spinning one direction causing the clothes to get rapped around the agitator. Needs a new board and capacitor. Installed new capacitor and tested. Washer is working great, so I dont need the board. Washer is now fixed.

Dispenser line froze up again. Last time about 8 months ago install the ge heater kit for this issue. The heater is still working properly. Steamed out the blockage. There isnt any more we can do on this one. If it happens again will need a whole door replacement. The insulation is falling apart then and freezing the line

Unit wasnt powering on and had water in unit. Removed the toe kick panel to get to the junction hook up under the dishwasher. Found the power cable had burnt up the wire cap. Cut out the bad wire and cap and rewired the unit. Tested multiple times and is working properly now

Customer complaint is, takes forever to dry. Inspected and tested. The vent is 100% blocked on the outside screen. Removed screen and tested. Dryer is heating great and cycling between 195F and 90F. Dryer is operating normal. Showed this to the customer and advised on the importance cleaning regularly.

I replaced the leaking water inlet valve and reset machine in place. I watched it for 15 minutes no leak was present while it ran. We watch the valve uninstalled but with water connected for five minutes and there were no leaks. The dishwasher is now fixed.
