Did clean some debris in drain hose. Also ran unit through the service test and it ran through all the tests with out failures. Recommend customer to switch soaps from the platinum packets to the finish brand because seen a lot of problems with this soap and over sudsing.

"Found that there was a lot of grease build up on fan blade. I cleaned some and almost all noise went away but suggested that they either clean fan completely (which would have to be soaked for grease to be removed) or replace fan blade. Either way there is not much sucktion, barely holds piece of paper. Looks like vent goes to the roof and I cannot verify output.Customer will ret clean or call vent-a-hood directly and see if they will send him a new blade. Also he will call someone to check outside vent if something might be clogged.He will call back if he wants further service."

I tested each water valve, drain pump and circulation pump. I still found no leaking. I inspected the gasket for rips and found none. I cleaned out the dispensers and all the little holes. I cleaned the door glass. I advised the customer to run a Tub Clean cycle with bleach."

I found the washer was full of water and suds. I put into a drain but the water would not drain out. I got the door open and removed the clothes. I vacuumed all the water out and removed the drain filter. I found a candy bar wrapper stuck in the drain filter. I removed the wrapper and tested the washer. It drains good now and will operate in other cycles. I also adjusted the drain hose so only 12 inches goes down the drain pipe.

"Customer complaint is, VENTING HEAT BACK INTO THE HOUSE. BEEN AN ONGOING ISSUE. Customer said that hot air is coming from the vent above the door. This is were the cooling fan is and its supposed to vent it out there. This range is not setup to vent outside. I preheated oven to 350F and watched it cycle for a while and it was cycling perfectly. Oven is operating normal."

"Customer needs to run washer 3 times to get it to really get clothes dry. Put clothes in it and ran on a wash. At the drain and spin, the wash tub backed up all the way with water. Then it started siphoning back into the washer. I called owner and let him know he will need to have drain cleaned on wash tub. When I put drain hose in other tub that wasnt full of water, the washer drained and didnt have water coming back into it after."

"Customer complaint is, NO HEAT. Inspected and tested. Found the dryer is heating but spiked to 280F before I shut it off. I cant check airflow on outside of house because its behind the screened in porch. I disconnected dryer vent and airflow on back of dryer is 25mph and heat is cycling between 215F and 100F with vent disconnected. The problem is with the vent. Recommended customer have their vent cleaned and replace the foil venting on the back."

White residue and grainy dishes. Unit was heavily contaminated with minerals. I did some surface cleaning and left instructions on how to finish up the cleaning and use citric acid based cleaners to clear the contamination on her dishwasher. Unit is a little rough and will require a little bit of TLC to get it up and going. Theyre on the fence whether they will do any repair or they will replace it. Customer will reach out if they have questions or need any further assistance.
