Ran full cycle with load of clothes and did not find any leaks. I suspect that it was an out of balance load and when in spin mode it sprays water and likly went up and over the lip of the wash tub and leaked. I did find that the agitator dogs are worn out and not fully washing clothes. Customer approved estimate to replace those. Tested and and washer now fully agitates. Washer is working good and no leaks.

Frost and ice building up around the bottom of the rear cover in the fresh food section. Found 2 ft of ice built up and drain iced over. Steamed it for an hour. Cleaned it all up. Poured a glass of water down. Drains great now. Made sure fridge was level. Called beko tech support and we checked all temp sensors and all pass and read correctly. Fans running well too.

Unit leaking out the front. Found the defrost drain in the freezer was a bit ice dam so when defrosting it drips out. Quoted to steam out ice dam and clear out drain. Customer approved. Steamed out the ice dam now unit is working properly.

Replaced spark module and switch. Tested and all burners now spark and light. Cooktop is working good.

Found that there is a lot of ice build up behind the evaporator and water/ice underneath crisper drawers. Needs drain kit. Sending customer estimate and he will call back if he wants to proceed. I did inform customer that refrigerator will need to be unplugged and allow it to defrost 24-48 hours before I come back.

"Customer complaint is, OVEN IS HOTTER THAN SET. Inspected and tested. I removed the bake burner cover and inspected and ignitor and burner tube look good. I ohmed out temperature sensor and it tested good at 1080ohms. I started oven on a 350F bake cycle and it was averaging about 370F-375F. I recalibrated oven -10F and advised customer to use it and see if that helps. I showed customer how to calibrate oven if they need to go down more, but advised them not to go more than 5F at a time. Otherwise range is working great."

"Customer complaint is, DRYER CONTINUALLY SHUTS OFF WAY BEFORE THE CLOTHES ARE DRY. TIMED DRYING NO LONGER WORKS EITHER. Inspected and tested. Dryer is giving a tO error when I try to start it. This is a thermistor error. I disassembled dryer and found the thermistor has failed. Also the belt is shredding and the idler pulley is the old bushing style. Customer approved repairs. Installed new thermistor, idler pulley, belt and tested. Dryer is working great. Dryer is now fixed.

"Customer complaint is, UNIT IS NOT COOLING/FREEZING, FREEZER FAN GOING IS NOISY. Customer said that when its noisy, its coming from in the freezer. Inspected and tested. FF compartment is 35F and Freezer is 3F. Compressor and fans are all running, but I dont here any noises and cant get it to do it while testing. I installed new evaporator fan motor and tested. Refrigerator sounds good. Refrigerator is now fixed."

The whole unit stopped cooling. I verified the compressor had failed. I replaced the compressor and filter drier. I updated the main board. I purged the system and leaked checked with nitrogen. No leaks found. I pulled a vacuum for 12 minutes then recharged the system. Advised the customer to wait 6-8 hours for it to cool down and 24 hours for it to be back to normal.

Was able to adjust the spring more to make it work properly. The door goes down smoothly and doesnt slam. Goes about 3/4 of the way by itself then half to lightly push it the rest of the way.

"Dishwasher leaks from lower left corner. I ran it for 40 minutes and when water got really hot and steamy, it started leaking. Found both lower and upper spray arms plastic separating. Ordered both arms and theyre being shipped to customer. Also found what seems to be excess water inside. Drain wasnt looped up high. Recommended looping up drain sink high to prevent back flow.

Today I finished defrosting the evaporator. I replaced the rear main board and the user interface control. I set the defrost to a 8 hour defrost and changed the mullion heater to cycle on all the time. I added some extra foam around the evaporator cover so warm air does not migrate around the evaporator.

Customer is getting moisture on the floor. Unit giving a PF code. And seams not drying properly. Ran unit and unit was having high temps up and over 200. Removed the from the vent it was normal. Which it was partially already removed. Also would explain the moisture if the unit cant vent properly there with be trapped moisture. I explained what I found they said they have been having an issue with the vent so it makes sense but the guy said it was all cleaned. I recommend maybe trying it unhooked and see what happens. Also recommend trying time dry and different cycles to see what it might give the code on. The control board has been replaced before for this issue. "Runaway temps. Ran it and it heated to 450 before I turned it off, when set to 350 on bake. Has a bad board. We do not carry the relays needed. They want to keep the bisque control which is NLA. Office staff in meeting, so I couldnt get a quote for them, but I pulled the control board to send out and have refurbished if they agree to the repair. DW can you please call them ASAP and give them quote for refurbished? They are hoping for $300 or less after applying the $129 from todays trip. So $430 or less total. ; saved tckt"

"Customer complaint is, GETTING NOISE IN THE FF SECTION AND TEMPS GOING UP AND DOWN. Inspected and tested. Customer had just unloaded refrigerator, so I couldnt get temperatures. Found theres ice on the left wall, but none underneath by the evaporator cover. I removed the evaporator cover and frost pattern looks good. Theres ice on the fan causing noise. I completely defrosted evaporator and fan and reassembled. Fan sounds great now. This is a problem issue with these because theres a service bulletin and it says to install the new air duct tower moisture kit. I installed the moisture kit last time and its still doing the same thing. I dont think theres anything wrong with this one, but the customer wanted us to check and see if it could have been defective. I found 2 different part numbers for the moisture kit. Can someone check and see if the one I installed part number WR49X26666 is the right one, or do we need to install part number WR49X32042. I dont think its going to make a difference, but customer would like us to check and follow up with them. Found that dishwasher had a lot of suds that was overflowing and leaking. I used the cascade soap pod and that is too much soap. I recommended to use finish dishwasher pods as those have less suds. I showed tenant. Mechanically dishwasher is working good and no leaks when there is no excess soap suds. Tenant will switch soap and see if that works.

"Lid switch is bad and wont go into spin mode unless push real hard on lid. Customer approved estimate. Replaced lid switch, tested and washer now drains and spin. Washer is working good.

"Customer showed me photo of water on the water line of the new valve that was installed. It was not leaking or wet when I got here. I reassessed the issue and found that the evaporator drain was clogged and water was overflowing from drain hose onto water line. Because the water valve was leaking last time i assumed that was the only issue but it was also the clogged drain line. I unclogged drain, tested and now it drains into drip pan and no longer leaks onto floor. That should fix the leaking issues they were having. Refrigerator is working good."

Two things drain pump making loud noise and tripping breaker. Started unit drain pump is loud. Checked the pump and found some plastic stuck In there. Removed debris and now its quiet. ran unit for 20 minutes and never tripped the GFi. Explained to customer. Explained if happens again try running a cord to no gfi outlet. It could have been the drain pump also. Everything is tested good. Customer will try it out and let us know

Replaced clutch and pressure switch. Tested and washer now fills and stops at correct water levels.

"Taking a long time to dry clothes and its been giving a lint error. I put it on timed dry and ran it, and it shot quickly up to 260 and stayed there. I then climbed behind the dryer and disconnected the vent and ran it and the warmest it would get was 180?. Explained to customer that there is an obstruction in the vent. Dryer is good."

The compressor would not start. Today we replaced the compressor inverter. The compressor started right back up and its cooling. I advised them to give it the rest of the day to cool down.

Today we replaced the freezer evaporator fan motor and the fan blade. It sounds normal today. I set the temps to 38 and 0

Unit is leaking because broken filter housing replaced housing. Tested multiple times and now working properly

The dryer does not heat. After testing we found the thermal fuse is bad. Also the heater wire terminal connectors are arced and shorting. We replaced the thermostat kit and repaired the heater wire connections. Now the dryer is heating good.

"Customer complaint is, THE SURFACE UNIT BURNERS ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY. Customer said the back 3 burner buttons dont always respond. If they power cycle it, it usually works again. Inspected and tested. All buttons are working for me. I inspected board from the back and everything looks good. Range is testing good."

The fresh food section is not cooling well. The fresh food was 54 degrees. We found the fresh food fan is not working and there is some frost build up. I quoted for the repair then replaced the fan motor and defrosted the drain. I ran the update and l is working well.

Replaced bad drain pump. Took awhile because its in a tight spot and I had to uninstall dishwasher. Replaced pump though and now it drains and washes great.

"Right front burner only sparks once or twice and doesnt ignite ever. I cleaned the burner head up well, but still wouldnt ignite. Then I pulled out range and redid the wires on the spark module. Now it ignites great.

"Complaint is there's water in the washer at the end of the cycle. I ran it on a full cycle, and the utility tub isn't draining. So water siphons back into the washer after it drains the water out of the washer. They need to have a plumber come out to get the utility tub draining."

Unit not cooling. Found everything was on. The fans running but not the compressor. Was getting 120 to the inverter. Removed the inverter. Ohms out the compressor its good. Quoted customer for new inverter. Customer approved. We carry the correct GE replacement. Installed part tested and compressor kicked on and sounds good. Unit is now working properly.

We verified the lid was broken. We replaced the lid and verified it locks and the washer starts.

Getting motor and heating error. Found that the motor is dead. Heater is fine. Also the soap dispenser door is broken and wont close/open. Needs sump assembly and soap dispenser. Needs autho. "Freezer is cooling as im here. Customer said that it got to 50 degrees and everything was thawing. Customer did say that the sides of the freezer were warm to the touch when freezer got to 50 degrees but they could not hear or feel the fan running when pushed the door switch, but the lights did go off.Since freezer is working as we are where only thing it sounds like is the evaporator fan wasnt running? The customer said that she heard a buzzing sound from the freezer and if she opened the door the noise stopped. Today its was quite but we did find a little frost forming around the freezer evaporator cover. We removed the cover and there is no serious issue. We melted the little bit of ice around the fan shroud and dried it all up. We put it back together and it all sounds normal. The 2 deli drawers are cracked and she would like them replaced. When i got here dishwasher is full of water on the bottom. I canceled cycle and dishwasher did drain out the water. I ran test and all functions are working good. I checked and cleaned out filter but nothing restricting it. I ran drain test 5-6 times and it drains the water completely out every time. Only thing i noticed is that the there was no high loop underneath sink. I added high loop and informed customer what problems that could cause as water could backfill into dishwasher.Customer will use as normal and keep an eye on it and call back if they are still having problems. Dishwasher is working good as Im here.

"Was making noise when tumbling. Disassembled unit. Found the idler was seized. Installed kit. Cleaned up dryer. Reassembled and tested. Unit is working great again.

"Light went out. Customer bought a new microwave bulb and installed it and it worked for 2 days and stopped working. Found the new bulb burnt out. Customer will buy new bulb and I told them to not touch the bulb with their skin, to keep oils off of it. I took down the panel under the microwave and found both terminal connections on bulb were burnt. One connector was loose. I spliced on new wires and new terminals and made sure they were nice and secure. New bulb should work great."

"The customer complaint is the fresh food section will freeze everything at times. Today I cycled the diffuser and found a diffuser was not opening during the test mode. I removed the diffuser assembly and found the diffuser, gearing and flap are broken and loose. I gave the customer a quote for the new part and then replace the diffuser. I cycled it again during test mode and now its working perfectly fine.

"The customer said that when the water was turned on water was leaking out of the inlet on the left-hand side of the dishwasher. The plumber said the water valve was defective. Today I did not notice water leaking, but the water shut off when I arrived so I just replaced the water valve. I ran and tested the dishwasher a few times and it was all working normal.

Leaking out the front of the fresh food section and temps being off. Found the drain clogged. Removed the back cover to remove drain hose and cleaned it out. Disassembled to access the fresh food evap drain. Found the evap on had about 10% of the frost. Unit had a compressor replacement hooked up gage and equalized at 30 psi so its starting to leak. Explained about the sealed system repair. She said she doesnt want to fix it. Still cleared the line for the customer, so she can use it till she replaces

Installed parts from last diagnosis. Once installed tested unit is working properly

Hooked up my gage it equalized at 26 psi. Hooked up nitrogen pressures to 200 psi and found a leak in the evap. Installed new evap heat exchanger and filter. Once installed pressure tested. Made sure no leaks. Vacuumed and held. Filled with Freon. Tested unit is working great also installed new gasket. unit is working properly.

Water is not leaking from the fridge or from anything we replaced. Water is leaking from the copper water line that comes out the floor. I can hear water hissing from the copper waterline and then it leaks into the basement. I advised the customer to contact a plumber to replace the shut off valve and replace the water supply line.

Customer says leaked all over floor. I ran full diagnostics and ran dishwasher for over 30 minute and doula not find any leaks. I can see that the kick plate foam has gotten wet. Nothing leaking from inside door. Only place with water marks is from underneath the water float. I did check the nut and it was loose. I added pod soap and found that it oversuds and would leak from front. I showed customer and told them to use finish pods. They will change soap and call back if problem persists.

The drain pump was locking up and not drain all the way. Today I replaced the drain pump. I ran and tested the dishwasher. It now drains good.

Found that the dishwasher is getting e:09 (heating error) checked heater and it is open. Customer approved estimate to replace heat pump (motor) Ordering part and rescheduling.Scheduling 2 hours as it is hard wired and have to pull it out.; ordrd 1 12011015 (Heat pump (motor))

Getting weird power issues. Finally figured out that the outlet in the garage is wired wrong. L1 and N are switched and N was getting 120v to ground. Moved wine fridge to another outlet that is good. "Complaint is that its not cooling. Today it was on and running when I arrived I found that the fresh food side was in a vacuum about 15 psi, and the high side was about 75 psi. I removed both covers and both of the evaporators have very low frost pattern. I checked all the evaporators and all over for leaks and I ended up finding die leaking from the bottom of the condenser. Today I replaced the condenser and dryer. I purged and leaked checked the system with nitrogen and found no leaks. I pulled it into a deep vacuum less than 400 microns for about 20 minutes. I installed all the bins and shelf parts that were sent. The customer wants more bin replaced. Please submit for approval. Ship the customer the bin parts please if they are approved. While brazing I kind of melted the condenser fan and bracket EAU62025701 . It didnt seem to make a difference and they still work. Customer was ok with it I just said I would note it. Now I see why its falling off is because when they installed the dryer, they must have switched the door swings and its not lining up because its upside down. I disassembled door to flip it around and some of the plastic brackets are broken so you cant flip it and the glass brackets are missing. The door seal is going to keep falling off with the door like this. This is going to need a whole new door. I cant see that they sell it as one assembly, but looks like it comes in 2 parts and one is NLA. I need the whole door. Can someone see if this is covered and see if they can find a new door. "The customer said both sections have stopped cooling and it does not make ice. I verified both sections are warm and nothing g is running. The fresh food is above 40 degrees and the freezer is above 20 degrees. I put the fridge into diagnostics and there are no fault codes. I took it out of service mode and still would not start up. I then did a 40 second hard reset. Now the compressor came on and all the fans. This is a common failure and it will need the rear main board. "Customer complaint is, GAS OVEN NOT HOLDING THE TEMPS. Inspected and tested. I removed bottom panel and inspected the ignitor and everything looked good. Its got the spark electrode ignitor. Its doing some really weird stuff. The first time I tried it it only clicked once and didnt ignite. I turned it off and back on a couple times and there was no clicking. I tried the broil and still no clicking. I tried bake again and it ignited on the first try but then went out. I tried again and then it ignited on the first click and started preheating. It only got to 300 and then went out. A couple minutes later it ignited on the first click and finished preheating. The ignitor wiring harness is the new style with the rubber coating. Pulled out oven and tested from the board and found the DSI board has failed. Customer approved repairs. Installed new DSI board and tested. Oven preheated great and is heating great and cycling between 390F and 320F for 3 cycles. Range is now fixed."

Customer says no matter what load she dries the dryer will give her a d80 error which is a vent clogged error. I ran test and tested temperature with vent connected and it went to almost 270 degrees. I disconnected vent and dryer got up to 200 degrees and is cycling heat normally. I showed customer and informed her that her dryer vent will need to be cleaned out. House is townhome and looks like vent goes up through the roof. She will have it cleaned out. Dryer itself is cycling heat and working good.

"Did not see it leaking when i got here but customer says it leaks though the ceiling again and filled up pan of water in basement. I did wiggle the water valve hard and found a small drip. I replaced water valve inlet, tested with several cups of water and cycled ice maker and no leaks. Working good as im here."

"Not draining. Found a bad drain pump. I cleaned everything out of the sump and reassembled, sucked water through drain line under the sink. It drains all the way now but pump doesnt sound good. She will use for now, if drain pump totally stops working she will replace the dishwasher.

Today we replaced the drain pump and mounted the dishwasher properly. We ran the dishwasher and it washes and drains good.

"Customer complaint is, oven door handle is loose. I removed door and disassembled and applied thread lock to screws and tightened down. Reassembled and tested. Range is now fixed.

"The whole unit is not cooling as good as it use to. The freezer is above 10 and the fresh food is above 40. I pulled it out and found that the compressor was replaced about 3 years ago. The low side pressure was in a vacuum and the high side was around 75. I used the leak detector glasses and light and found die around the condenser solder joint. They replaced the compressor and the condenser. To verify I pressurized the system with nitrogen and sprayed the joints with soap. Where the die was I saw bubbles. I replaced the compressor, filter drier and repaired the leaking joint. I purged the system again and found no leaks. I then pulled a vacuum and recharge the system. I advised them to wait 6-8 hours to cool and 24 hours before its 100 percent back to normal."

Dryer wont turn on. Found that there is no power at the outlet. Checked breaker and it is on. Customer said that there is a switch that turns on the roof fan for the dryer and it was turned off but i could hear inside the dryer that the roof fan (booster fan) was running. I turned on the switch and the dryer turns on. Dryer is running and heating and working good.I showed and explained to customer that the switch controls power to the outlet and that the booster fan is always running. Customer is aware and will use dryer as normal knowing that the light switch controls the power to the dryer outlet.

"Customer complaint is, DETERGENT DISP , RINSE AID EMPTIES DURING THE 1ST WASH AFTER FILLING, ALSO STOPS WITH A CODE. I20. Customer said that when they fill up the rinse aid compartment, its empty after running dishwasher one time. The i20 code is a drain error. Dishwasher had standing water in it when I got here. I canceled and drained and pump was running, but not draining. I removed hose from garbage disposal and found it was plugged at the garbage disposal. Cleaned out plug and tested. Dishwasher is draining great now. Also found the sump filter was plugged solid. I showed this to the customer and advised on cleaning regularly. Customer approved repairs. Installed new dispenser assembly and tested. Dishwasher is now fixed.

The customer had it unplugged and mostly defrosted but I still had to defrost the top coil of the evaporator. I put into a defrost and the defrost heater comes on. We replaced the defrost sensor and installed the drain kit. No other issues found. This model does not have the second loop so it does not need the add on heater.

Replaced condenser fan motor and fan blade. Tested and fan is running and no more squealing noise. Refrigerator is working good.

"Unit was getting gas smell during bake at beginning of cycle. Found a weak igniter. Would glow then open gas before lighting. Quoted replacement. Customer approved. Installed part and unit is working properly.

"Not filling with water. Found the float assembly switch was bound up and not allowing voltage to the water valve. Disassembled the switch, cleaned it up and oiled parts. Now it actuates great and fills with water.

"Replaced bad Icemaker. Cycled it, it filled great. Also got water filter part number for customer."

"Its been running the drain pump randomly when not in use. Found no evidence of mineral deposit coming down from water inlet, wash motor or drain pump or sump. But I did find where a screw could be, that water has been going through that screw hole in the frame for quite some time. It pools up on the top of the hinge and then runs down into sump basin. Then it triggers the flood sensor. I showed it to the customer after pulling out the dishwasher. I used special silver tape to seal off the hole on upper right and left to stop water from getting through. Ran it, it runs great now, no water leaking down by the front right corner like it was doing before."

"Replaced turntable motor, tested and it now spins. Microwave is working good."

"Customer complaint is, D90 ERROR CODE, EXHAUST IS CLEANED. Inspected and tested. Started dryer on a timed dry high heat cycle and got 245F really fast and then cycled off. Dryer then cycled on at 90F but only for a few seconds and cut out before it got to 150F. Dryer is quick cycling now and giving a D95 error. I disconnected the vent and now dryer is cycling between 220F and 100F and airflow on back of dryer is 27mph. Its not giving the error with the vent disconnected. The problem is with the vent. Its on the second story and looks like it vents out the roof. I advised customer to have a company come out and clean the vent."

"Came back out to service dryer. They ran it on 2 full timed dry cycles before I got here. They put a load of wet towels in the dryer this morning. Towels are still pretty damp. When I got here I put my temp sensor in the dryer, and restarted it on a timed dry high heat. It ran for 30 minutes and only fired up once. After that it stopped firing and only ran, at 90 degrees. Called GE, sat on hold for 20 minutes, then left my number for them to call me back. DW, can you please order the sensors and the ignitor sensor/radiant sensor? All the possible sensors would be: #WE4X448, #WE4M398, #WE4M137, #WE4M80, #WE04X20685 #WE4M300, and WE1575. ; saved tckt , states that autho needed"

Found that washer keeps overfilling even when on lowest water setting. Also not spinning out clothes. Clutch is worn out and water pressure switch is bad. Customer approved estimate. Ordering parts and rescheduling.; ordrd 1 285785 (Clutch) and 1 W10335056 (Water Level switch)

"The customer complaint is when the door is shut the cooling fan and light are on but my queer still runs. I tested and then replaced the door switches. All the door switches are making contact and working properly. The door looks fine. Now we will need the main board.need board. I could not locate the part because I cannot find the revision number.
