The customer complaint was water is leaking down the back and into the crispers. I verified the heater is working. I quoted for the temp sensor and drain kit. I replaced the sensor and the drain heater. I adjusted the drain troff. I pulled the unit out and replaced the drain tubes. I set temps to 0 and 38 . I advised the customer to leave the energy saver off.

Customers complaint unit not draining. Was sent new drain hose and pump. Installed parts now unit is working properly for the drain. Customer also said they have had unit just randomly shut off mid cycle then was able to start it and run. Sounds like the control board might be having a issue but unit was working properly for me. Install drain pump and hose they sent to customer

Belt is broken. Load of towels seems like they were not spun out and cuased dryer dum to be too heavy and motor burnt belt and belt broke. Customer approved estimate. Replaced belt and cleaned out inside dryer of lint build up. Tested and dryer is tumbling, heating and working good.

I replaced the board and programmed it. It began cooling right away. The fridge is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, EC F28. Inspected and tested. Found the MCU is fried. Installed new MCU and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed.

Unit was giving the float switch error code and drain pump was running. Removed kick panel to get to float switch. Found water in tray. Drain out water then tested unit. Noticed a good amount of suds when running without soap. Found out customer was using the notorious platinum packets. Explained about how you his soap has a lot of issue for leaking out the front and to switch to a different soap all together. Customer rinses there plates well and that will help with the over sudsing.

Not draining. Dishwasher was full of water. Sucked all the water out, found debris in the sump by the drain pump impeller. Cleaned out some tiny pieces of hard debris. Tried filling and draining it again, nothing came out. Then checked drain line where it connects to the plumbing under the sink and it was packed full of mineral deposits. They just got a water softener but I tested the water and its at 20 on a scale of 1-25. Very hard. After cleaning out drain connections, now it drains awesome, but still leaves film on dishes. They will have the softener serviced on Friday.

Customer complaint is, temperature in the fridge was up to 45 and freezer still at 0. Inspected and tested. The evaporator is 100 percent frozen over. Found the board has failed and is not putting refrigerator into defrost. The board is NLA.

“I was able to make an appointment for the next day to look at a malfunctioning fridge. Matt made it during the two hour window and the text updates on arrival time were handy. Matt took the time to listen to my explanation of the issue. He then went ahead and traced the issue down to a problem with a circuit board. Cost estimate to send the part out for repair (new boards no longer available) was going to be too high to justify for the age of the fridge, so decided not to repair. Matt put it all back together and cleaned up the space.”

Customer complaint is, wont spin water out. Inspected and tested. Found the gearcase spline is corroded and stripping and the hub is stripped. Customer is going to try and fix washer himself.
