Customer complaint is, is not working properly. Giving a 4C water supply error. Customer said it seems like the issue is with the cold water. Inspected and tested. In test mode the hot and cold valve is working. I started it on a rinse and spin and it was filling with cold water. The water supply hoses are the leak protector kind, and Ive seen lots of issues with these. I advised customer replace hoses and test washer and see if that makes a difference. Customer said that he replaced the hoses and it still was giving error. I installed new supply valve and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed.

Found that thermistor is open and giving error. Replaced thermistor from the sump assembly that was preordered and will order new thermistor. Tested and dishwasher turns on and all functions are working. Dishwasher is working good.

Customer complaint is, NOT COOKING / no heat, stove top works just fine. oven just wont heat. Inspected and tested. Found the bake ignitor has failed.to install new ignitor. Customer approved repairs. Installed new bake ignitor and tested. Oven is heating great. Oven is now fixed.

Not going into rinse and spin. I put it through full test mode 3 times. Each time I got a good deal of detergent suds building up in washer. Washer seems to think theres a lot of water in there after it drains. Theres also play between tubs. When in spin it shakes. Explained to customer about the rear bearing.
Found that ice maker mold is corroded and leaks causing ice dam and build up. Replaced ice maker, tested and ice maker cycles and fills and no leaks. Ice maker is working good.
Customer complaint is, SMELLS GAS- BUYERS INSPECTOR- said it emits high level of co said flames are orange. Inspected and tested. All cooktop and bake and broil flames look good to me with occasional orange flame tips. Range is testing good. Im not finding any problems with this range that would cause high CO.
