Dryer was leaking water from inside from the steamer. Found that even when the unit was unplugged the steamer was still spraying water. The water valve had failed on the dryer. Customer doesnt use the steam feature so they were ok with just unhooking it. So unhooked the hose for the dryer and just used the one use for the washer. Tested both units for leaks Everything is working great

Squeals, I replaced the dryer repair kit and cleaned the cavity. It is now fixed. I watched cycling temperatures in the machine exceeded 260? when hooked up to the vent. The dryer duct is blocked I warned the customer a potential pitfalls and hazards with us they said they will take care of the doctor before using the machine.

Replaced rail, tested and door opens and closes but appears that new part is slightly different and may need both sides of rail to line up. But door is sliding in and out and freezer door is opening up fully. Is working good as im here.If problem continues the other side rail will need to be ordered 5218JA1009E

Failed idler and broken belt were found. I replaced them and tested the dryer. It is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, NOT DRYING. Inspected and tested. Bulkhead is packed full of lint. Dryer heat got up to 270F before it shut off. Airflow on outside of house is only 11mph and back of dryer is 26mph. The vent is really long and needs to be cleaned. Cleaned out bulkhead and dryer vent. Tested and dryer is heating great and cycling between 215F and 135F and airflow on outside of house is now 26mph. Dryer is now fixed.

Replaced evaporator motor, tested and fan is now running and moving air down to refrigerator. Refrigerator is cooling and working good.

Found that terminal block was shorted along with power cord. Customer approved estimate. Replaced terminal block and power cord, tested and oven turns on and is heating and working good.

Customer complaint is, scraping sound when tumbling. The front drum gasket is falling off. Installed new gasket that the customer had from previous company when it was under warranty and tested. Dryer sounds great. Dryer is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, stuck on sensing. Inspected and tested. Found a shifter fault error. The actuator is getting stuck and not switching back and forth. Also the gearcase is leaking a lot of oil and everything is completely covered underneath. Customer already replaced the actuator with a cheap one. Customer is going to order a OEM part and try and get some more time out of the washer before replacing it.
