Customer back the day before woke up to range in lock position. Upon arrival and inspection I reset the lock and the machine went through self check and unlocked the doors and went back to a normal standby position. Checked all the major functionality along with watching temperatures in the machine cycled perfect I could not find any run away temperature conditions or issues. If this machine real fans we need to swap out the master board and the oven relay and control board.

Customer complaint is, when turns on the oven, heats very slowly & wont reach temp. Inspected and tested. Found the lower oven bake ignitor is weak.. Customer approved repairs. Installed new bake ignitor and tested. Oven is heating great. Oven is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, not cleaning dishes. Inspected and tested. Found the circulation pump has failed and both lower and upper spray arms are plugged solid. I installed new circulation pump and shipped both spray arms directly to the customer to install. Dishwasher is now fixed.

The customers concern was it sounded like the compressor wanted to start but it wouldnt start every once again. Upon arrival and inspection I plug the fridge in and heard exactly that the compressor would try to start but it would not kick off. I hooked up a hard start device to test and compressor did kick off but has a slight noise. I spoke with the customer and he has decided to move ahead and install a hard start device understanding that this is a Band-Aid solution for him. The fridge began cooling instantly and I watched temperature dropped 10?F in under 20 minutes. The refrigerator is now cooling.

Unit wasnt cooling. Found that everything seamed to be working properly. Fans were running. Lights are on. Controls work. Pulled unit out and found that the compressor isnt running. Found when I tested the compressor it was good. I found the control board had failed which is common on this model. Replaced the control board and compressor started right up again. Let unit run for about 15 minutes and could feel it start cooling. Installed WR55X10942 from truck stock

Unit was making a squeaky noise then went to a louder noise. Disassembled unit and found the idler had fallen apart.Tested unit and works great. Idler 279640

Customers complaint is unit not drying well on plastic cups and plates. Customer said unit does dry ceramic and glass kitchen wear. Put unit and test mode. Tested unit multiple times. Heater and fans working properly. Also no error codes. Informed customer that unit is working properly. These units with the plastic tub dont do a great job drying. Gave customer some pointers on how to make it dry more efficiently
