Microwave no longer heats. Customer was using the cooktop boiling water and began to use the microwave and there was a loud pop and flash. The cooktop is too close to the microwave per manufactures recommendations. The high-voltage system has failed I quoted a magnetron, capacitor, and diode. After speaking with the customer she is going to replace it with a thin model style that well have the appropriate amount of distance between the countertop and the bottom of the microwave.

Customer complaint is, MIC/CONVECTION OVEN- unit not working. Inspected and tested. Found the oven TCO is fried. Installed new TCO and tested. Microwave is working great. Microwave is now fixed.
Found that evaporator fan motor is bad and not running. Also the evaporator drain is frozen over. The water pressure coming to ice maker is very low and only fills about 2 cubes when ice maker cycles.Customer approved estimate to replace evaporator fan motor and add heat probe. Picked up parts, replaced parts, tested and fan now runs and evaporator drains normally and no longer leaks. Refrigerator is working good.

Customer complaint is, fridge is getting louder & louder has to shut it off to hear the tv- is cooling fine. Inspected and tested. FF compartment temperature was 39F and freezer was 9F. Put refrigerator into service diagnostics and thermistors, fans and baffle and heater all were working great. I removed the evaporator cover and found excessive frost buildup around the fan, but not the evaporator. I defrosted the fan and evaporator and after 20 minutes the evaporator only had frost on about 25-30 percent. The sealed system has failed. This is not covered by the warranty.

Just drains. The float was stuck in the raised position. Set it back down, its totally dry. Now the dishwasher will run. But there were tons of suds, many of them leaking out. Most likely this is what caused water to leak down into the basin. I put veggie oil in the dishwasher and ran it and got rid of the suds. Also recommended Finish. Runs great now with no leaks.

NE error, I found there was hard water build-up on the diverter motor. I quoted a sump as the seal is not individually sold. They declined repairs.
