Customer complaint was the freezer was cooling OK but the temp in the fresh food was warm. I verified that the freezer was cooling and not the fresh food. I found that the evaporator fan was moving Very slow. I replaced the fan motor and now its working good and blowing air into the fresh hood.

Customer said that when the dishwasher runs and makes a surging growling sound halfway through the cycle. I ran the dishwasher while I was fixing the microwave and it sounded normal. I open the door and found suds in the bottom. I show the customer how to clean it with oil and told them to use a different soap.

Customers complaint is that unit is burning bottom of there food. Customer said she put the food on the bottom really close to the burner. I explained how when they set it to 400 degrees its an average so it will normally go down to like 375 and up to 425. So if you have something near the burner it can definitely burn the bottom. I took averages and they were high so turned it down the temp calibration down 15 degrees because it was average 15 degrees high. Then tested now its working properly

Sock stuck in blower. I removed it and tested the dryer. It is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, loud while running. Inspected and tested. Found some underwear in the blower wheel. Cleaned out blower wheel and bulkhead. Tested and dryer sounds great. Dryer is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, WONT DRAIN- has to reset to get it to start & stops mid cycle. Inspected and tested. Customer said dishwasher is randomly stopping in the middle of the cycle and has standing water in the bottom. I found the drain hose underneath the sink is laying on the floor and theres no high loop. I tried adjusting it, and the hose was brittle and just broke. I started the dishwasher on a heavy cycle and after about 30 minutes the display went dead. I can restart it, but it keeps going dead. Dishwasher needs a new control panel and drain hose..

Washer not agitating. Found leaking oil from transmission. Needs new transmission, clutch and belt. Quoted for the three. Put into test mode and it sounds horrible.. Old rubber ones and one has a big bubble. "ce it.

Unit making loud noises during tumbling. Disassembled unit and found that the front roller was busted. Checked all the other rollers. The other rollers looked good. Quoted customer for new roller. Replaced roller and then cleaned up all the other rollers and oiled them. Also cleaned out the dryer. Reassembled unit and tested. Unit is working great. Installed roller front truck stock

Replaced timer, lid switch and agitator dogs, tested and washer fills, agitates, drains and spins. Timer is advancing. Washer is working good.
