Arrived to new freezer door on site, I installed the new door and verified it was sealing properly and the display works properly, complete

Removed old compressor and installed new one with filter dryer. Recharged with refrigerant. Fridge appears to be working normally again

Replaced evaporator cover assembly. Tested and refrigerator is cooling and no more rattling and squealing. Refrigerator is working well.

Dishwasher hasnt been filling with water. I inspected the float assembly, wiring, hookups and connections. Ended up finding that the water to the unit has been shut off at the water valve. I turned the water on to it at the valve and let it run for awhile. Now it fills, circulates, drains, and washes properly. Minimum labor on this. Attached invoice.

Makes intermittent screeching sound - replaced idler and belt tensioner - tests good -

Rumbles violently when running. Took dryer apart and found a sock stuck in the blower wheel. Cleaned out blower wheel and removed sock. Runs nice and quiet now.

customer stated that the unit would not finish a cycle. Tech found actuator not fully engaging seal. Tech replaced and tested. Done.

Replaced freezer door handle. Done

Customer stated oven has F30 error code for oven sensor error. Found oven sensor not mounted behind oven, and harness loose as per tech bulletin. Mounted sensor and performed corrective action to harness assembly, verified 548 ohms resistance to control board and from sensor at room temp. Started oven and verified operations. Oven working properly again. If problem persists, order 5304533762 main board and 5304533767 oven probe.

Returned to install ice shut off arm. Working properly now.

Found when unit goes into spin cycle that it shakes causing noise between the unit and pedestal. The leveling legs were all the way out on the pedestal. Releveled pedestal while lowering the whole unit. Ran and tested fine.

Hose wasnt tight enough. Tightened down and tested. Good to go

Uninstalled dishwasher replaced pressure sensor and main power supply board and drain pump assembly ! reinstalled and mounted dishwasher verified no water leaks. Ran a test cycle working great done.

Returned to replace evap panel. Working properly now.

Removed defective bake element and replaced with new. Tested operations. Verified new bake element is heating. Advised of factory oil smell should burn off after 30-45 minutes of use.

Replaced ice maker, tested and ice maker cycles and fills. Ice maker is working well. Refrigerator has been cooling and no errors. Refrigerator is working well.

All doors were sent to customer. Replaced all 4 doors due to scratches. Tested and refrigerator looks and is working well.

Replaced gasket and tested. No leaks. Video submitted

Customer stated not getting as cold as it should. They had put in a thermostat inside fridge and was reading 41 continually when set at 36. I checked evaporator and found that the defrost thermistor was pushed off and not in right spot causing the defrost to shut off early and causing ice build up. I zip tied defrost thermistor in place and defrosted ice build up on evaporator. Refrigerator is running and cooling good now.Customer will keep an eye on it and call back if problems continue.

Returned to replace compressor and drier with factory parts. Recharged. Working properly now.

Upon arrival, the customer reported the dishwasher consistently tripping the breaker. Found failed wire nut in the power terminal. Stripped wires and replaced wire nuts. Dishwasher now working properly.

Removed freezer door out panel to gain access to dispenser assembly. Disassembled dispenser assembly. Tested dispenser micro switch. Micro switch tested good. Contacted GE tech support. Explained findings of water dispensing with dispenser switch being activated. Was dispensing water on its own and ruined hard wood floors. Based on findings tech support agreed that issue is in the user interface control board. Had me check continuity through wiring from main board to dispenser board and all checked good. Removed old user interface control board and replaced with new. Ran multiple cups of water. Unable to get dispenser to dispense water while not engaging dispenser switch. Advised customer to continue to monitor.

Install customer provided part and tested. Machine seems work in properly

Returned to replace evap fan motor. Found temp sensor wires damaged, and repaired those as well. Working properly now.

Disassembled refrigerator. Recovered refrigerant charge. Removed evaporator coil and filter drier assembly. Pressurized system with nitrogen to clear any restrictions. Found nothing coming out but system is fully charged with nitrogen. Contacted thermador tech support. Had me go into diagnostics . Reassembled control panel. Entered diagnostics. Started freezer compressor. Found out that previous tech support consultant had me pierce into wrong compressor. Definitely a sealed system leak on refrigerator side as no refrigerant came out. Installed service fitting on freezer compressor and pulled vacuum. Welded in new evaporator coil and filter drier assembly on refrigerator section. Leak checked with nitrogen and soap bubbles. All welds look good and pressures held at 200psi. Pulled vacuum and weighed in r134a at 6.53oz. Recharged freezer compressor with r134a at 3.53oz. Noted that freezer compressor was running fairly loud and hot. Has frost line getting back to compressor. Possible this is by design of the manufacturer. Advised customer to monitor temps of both freezer and refrigerator for the next few days before reloading with product. Reassembled refrigerator and freezer. Refrigerator is definitely dropping in temp. Freezer not so much. Found that refrigerator and freezer were starting and stopping. One would run then stop then the other one would start and run. Again this could be by design of the manufacturer. Advised customer to call back. Freezer may need to be topped off with refrigerant.

Customer stated refrigerator has ff error code. Found failed freezer evap fan motor assembly. Replaced fan grill assembly and verified operations. Refrigerator working properly again.

Found no issues at this time. Ran and tested fine.

Found debris in the drain pump housing. Removed all debris. Ran and tested fine

Found a dryer sheet stuck in blower wheel housing . Did a full Maitance on shafts and rollers! Cleaned unit out of lint and reassembled unit and tested it. Unit ran great sounded great ! Done!

Customer said that refrigerator is leaking onto floor when calling for water. Found that the water filter housing incoming water line was cracked and spraying water from there onto the back wall of fresh food onto bottom and out the door. Cut out bad section of waterline, attached it to housing, tested and no more leaks when calling for water.Also found that the evaporator drain line was frozen, causing ice to build up on bottom of freezer. Defrosted drain and removed clog, evaporator drains correctly into drip pan and no longer leaks onto bottom of freezer.Refrigerator is working well and no more leaks.

Steamed out the fresh food evaporator. Installed Parts thats were sent DA32-10104N Sensor DA97-12608A cover evapMade sure the drain was working as it should.

Replaced faulty cam assembly and worn out belt. Put washer thru automatic test mode and verified operations. Washer working properly again.

Customer stated water dispenser stopped working. Entered test mode and verified water valves energize as they should. Pulled refrigerator out and tested water lines. Found water turned off at valve. Turned water on and tested. I flushed water filter out. Dispenser and ice maker water valves both working as they should again.

Returned to replace compressor and filter drier . Unit is now starting to cool . Unit has good pressures and recommended waiting to 24 hour for it to cool.

Customer stated noise came back, in evap fan area intermittently. Found evidence of ice maker fill leaking and causing ice to build up on fan. Installed splash shield and water fill line as per bulletins. Verified ice maker filled properly without leaks.

Replaced faulty control panel. Started dishwasher and put thru test mode. Verified all operations, dishwasher working as it should again.

Customer stated that the burners dont stay red coils compared to the front right one. Found that burners are cycling on and off normally based on the temperature set point. I explained that any setting but high the burners will turn off and on based on temperature set point.Also the front right one is a dual burner and showed customer that the knob setting for high/low are different to the other burners, that one is functioning normally as well.Checked oven and other functions no issues found and range is working good as Im here.

Customer stated that the unit was tripping the breaker anytime its plugged in, I verified the issue and disassembled the unit, I found that the unit had an extra ground wire attached to the terminal block and ground that was causing the issue, I removed the ground wire and tested, unit operating properly, complete

Dishwasher will not drain - test a dishwasher filled tub for drained no problems draining unit is draining very fast - checked drain hose and loop and pump - suspect food got stuck that broke down and cleared - all functions test good

Wont wash - replaced wash motor - tests good - no leaks

Replaced main board. The time is now correct and will select the correct cycle.

Unit frost on the door and top of the freezer. Replaced the freezer door and nameplate. Once installed tested the seal now its working properly.

Rumbles. Found a couple bad support rollers. Used the kit we carry, replaced those two and two others, and oiled and cleaned up remaining roller shafts. Vacuumed out dryer. Was overheating too. customer had vents cleaned and cabinet removed on arrival, disassembled and cleaned interior of machine, replaced heat element bc of visible damage to element from clogged vent over time, reassembled and tested, dryer running and heating properly. ; pckd up 1 134792700 (Element)

Upon inspection unit has a pinched vent behind dryer. I pulled dryer out and tried to reposition, but because of the gas line coming out from the back of the dryer, it cannot be repositioned without being pulled out farther than the washer. I advised to call the builder to have a plumber come out and reposition the gas line so she could slide the dryer in properly. Unit worked great tested great done

Arrived on site to install dispenser door. Swapped parts from old door to new. Installed. Installed a defrost probe on the evaporator drain to prevent leaking. Working properly now.

Completed replacement of motor, blower assembly, blower wheel. Unit is now operating properly.

Installed the new impeller. Cycled and tested.

Costumer concern was of no cooling. Investigated and found signs of compressor failure. Replaced with factory drier and compressor. Recharged, and working properly now.

Customer needed water filter and air filter replaced. Frigidaire had already sent them the filters. I popped in the filters and reset the notification lights saying to replace them. Everything works great.

Returned to put new switch and knob on range. Unit is operating properly and I mentioned how size of pot and shape can effect how fast things boil on certain size burners

Unit not cooling properly. Called Techline went through diagnostics with Techline. I am getting an error code for a thermistor. Techline recommend new defrost heater with wiring harness and new board. Installed parts that recommended from Techline. Explain to customer also Techline says they need stuff in the freezer. Because when it goes to defrost if theres nothing in the freezer and wont keep the freezer cold enough.

Frigidaire dishwasher intermittently giving error code E20. Error code is in reference to a drain fault. Found service bulletin for this issue. Recommends putting a larger high loop. Created large high loop under sink. Filled and drained dishwasher multiple times. Dishwasher is draining water as designed at this time. Found garbage disposal was near over filling when dishwasher was draining. Ran garage disposal and water then drained. If garbage disposal continues to over fill service bulletin recommends customer to contact a plumber to verify the drain is not restricted.

Customer stated if they leaned over the unit and smelled behind there was a gas odor, i ran unit and smelled no gas odor, I explained to the customer that some gas smell can be normal especially if it is very faint as described, operating properly, complete

Fixed problem without any parts I advised parts and repair just parts alone are 200. Tested to verify fix was perfect and working great!

Took dryer completely apart replaced broken spring for idle tensioner clean unit out of lint verified unit sounds perfect while spinning heating great done

Upon inspection notice unit wasnt level pulled unit out reposition bracket to door latch assembly on top of dishwasher push unit back in re-leveled feet verifying its flushing cabinets verified unit is latching perfectly and engaging cycles perfectly done. Looks great.

Returned to replace compressor, evaporator, drier, and condenser fan. Unit is now operating properly and starting to cool, recommended to customer to keep eye on it and call back if not cooling after 24 hours

Got all of the solid ice out of the icemaker and adjusted the Phil time to four seconds. It was previously set to 10 seconds. Everything checks out good now. .

Installed new SMM board and let the machine install the software. Ran and tested machine multiple times.
