The customer said the dishwasher first started to leak out the left side corner but now leaks out both sides. They said it usually starts to leak after 10 minutes or so. I first inspected the lower spray arm. I found the lower arm is starting to split down the center. I started the dishwasher and let it run for maybe 10 minutes. It did not drip on the floor but when I felt under the door I could feel the door blanket was wet and water was about to drip. I replaced lower spray arm and let run longer.

Customer complaint is, agitator wont spin- CLUNK NOISE. Inspected and tested. Found the actuator has failed. Also theres some oil on the belt and pulley. Customer approved repair. Installed new actuator and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed. I advised customer that eventually the transmission will need to be replaced because of the leaking oil, but it sounds good in a spin.

I installed the kit and follow the instructions on the service bulletin. I watched the evaporator for frost and the sealed system was weak, it did not frost consistently in 20 minutes. She will watch it and see if the cooling issue persists she will get a refrigeration company to top off the system.

Oven and control dead. Found a bad thermal fuse and a bad cooling fan. Installed both, heats great and the fan blows great.

Found that microswitches are bad and not reconizing that door is shut. Customer approved estimate. Replaced switches. Tested and micro is running and heating. Microwave is working good.Vent grille plastic is cracked and doesnt stay in place well. Customer will fix it or replace it himself.

Customer complaint is, 48' BUILT IN - FREEZER IS 36 DEGREES. Inspected and tested. Refrigerator was room temperature and nothing was running accept the lights were on. I power cycled refrigerator and compressor and fans came on, but the fans are pulsing on and off. Installed new control board kit and tested. Compressor and fans came on and it started cooling. Refrigerator is now fixed.

The model number got rip off over the years. Customers complaint unit got disconnected the vent and was all kinked up. Moved washer out to get to dryer vent used some of the high strength flex vent I have and reinstalled unit. Checked the vent outside and was getting 18 mph outside which is good. No charge for additional labor

The door does not latch smooth when the door is shut and when they press the button it does not always open. I put some clear grease on the door latches and on the latch assembly. The doors shuts way better and with less force. The door opens up fine for me every time.

Installed parts from last diagnosis and talking with Kevin at tech support. Installed both sensors and fan. I had to steam out the ice build up. I put towels down so it wouldnt fill the water defrost tray. Once installed assembly unit and tested everything is working properly now
